Zero volume into close. Fizzled again.
If we have topline prior to ASM, and it is good, both of which I believe...I think she will leave authorized shares alone and reverse split to uplist.
Getting ready for power hour with some snap, that's all. LOL.
Afternoon push would be great. Back to 137k bid at $1.44....take out the 27k at $1.45 and we should approach $1.50 by close. We are right up against the 100DMA, and the 50DMA is at $1.50, very tight. Could blow through if we get there.
We'll see, just hit $1.41. Need to get over $1.44 to be really positive, haven't gotten over that since the decline last Thursday. And, the bid just followed up, 233K bid at $1.40.
Interesting Bid/Ask. 205k bid/67k Ask. Let's see if this is the beginning of the push higher, in volume and price.
Might as well be @jack on twitter. He likes to censor those he doesn't agree with as well. There are a lot of viewpoints here re: nwbo. You may not like them, but a lot of them are valid. Especially those who simply disagree with the silence strategy.
Not a good trend with lower highs and lower lows. Volume or news or both are needed to break out on the upside. IMO.
Well, we need some big buyers. The number of shares on the ask are endless.
Still grasping at straws on topline timimg. Here goes:
Oct. 5th, Data lock.
November 15th, Statisticians release unblinded data to company.
January 1st, SAB, Steering committee and principal investigators review complete.
When did Journal request for publication begin in this process?
How long will that take with peer review?
How large of a time gap will they allow from Topline to publication?
Not sure if Reefrad was quoting directly or inferring and paraphrasing from DI's comments. However, I don't think I have ever heard of a Journal article being published before material public information? If that is the plan, then it has definitely changed. My understanding was comprehensive topline announcement followed closely after with peer-reviewed Journal. Either way, it would be nice to know where we are in the process.
Reefrad, Will you detail your conversation with DI? Obviously, he cannot disclose anything material. What makes you so convinced in your decision to hold?
Contrary to some posts today, I believe this loan signals that we are closer to TLD and a cash infusion was part of the strategy to announce. It was not raised to add time, it was added to shorten time and insure we have the resources to start filing. JMHO.
I actually believe the opposite. This tells me we are very close. You need cash to move everything forward as soon as topline released. It would take much longer if you announce topline and then start looking for cash, IMO.
Without seeing the actual loan terms and agreement, a few thoughts:
1. If it is secured, what would it be against?
2. If there was a conversion feature, wouldn't that have to be disclosed in the 8K? And, if there is, what shares are available?
3. Loans are made based on ability to repay. So Streeterville has to be confident that there will be excess operating revenue available by November to start repaying at $900,000+ per month.
4. With no real revenues currently, had to be an NDA and unblinded data available, right?
5. Would indicate we are close to topline to agree to repayment terms starting in November (many things have to happen between now and then to make that possible). So, does that suggest BLA in place for accelerated approval, or at least a plan to do so based on data?
All very positive IMO. Yet, still assuming we get topline sooner rather than later to be able to generate revenue to repay loan.
$11 million to be used for ongoing business operations. Funded by Streeterville Capital. Tried looking them up and there was also a loan to CYDY by Streeterville, referenced as an affiliate of Iliad Research and Trading, L.P. in November.
Skit, while a one-page topline is usually the case, I doubt it will be that for NWBO. LP's strategy will leave nothing to "interpretation." Our topline will be comprehensive and detailed. That is the impression I get from DI. Full, detailed topline and a peer-reviewed Journal article to follow quickly behind it. That, I believe is what is behind the delay. They do not want Fudsters to have any room to bash results.
There honestly just can't be many sellers out there. And, i don't see this being grouped in with biotech stock drop....this isn't part of many portfolios. shake out and take down on low volume. easy pickins for MM's.
Low volume take-down. Should recover this afternoon again.
decent bid this morning, predicting a green day.
The low volume and tight range recently, along with no replies at all from DI, make me think we are getting close. Still thinking topline sometime in March.
Easy manipulation for MM scalpers on this low volume.
Agreed, it was my first question and concern to DI. How are we going forward without money? I am not sure they have to disclose loans though. Although if LP lent the company like 5 million it would be a good sign. If there are no warrants or conversion option, not sure it has to be an 8k, probably just included in 10K.
Probably a year if they want to stretch it. They have been blaming covid for delays at every step. Not sure how they can use it once they have the data. Bottom line is if they cannot get a major journal to do a peer reviewed article, the data is ambiguous. If they have gotten one to agree, they are now in the waiting game of peer review, questions, comments, responses. At what point in that process they feel ready to announce topline, no one knows. They have been saying they want the two very close to one another, whatever that means. A week? A month?
Pretty close to what I think, except for the last .1%. I think that is 0%.
Looks like it but still need a catalyst. No one can let that arrow fly without big buying volume to get through resistance. And, unfortunately, you can't let go when the target keeps moving.....
Continued low volume stagnation and offers at $1.50. Need news and volume.
I am fine with endpoint changes, we knew they were doing this with the revised SAP. Past that.
Has anyone spoken to or communicated with DI recently? I sent an email with a few questions and no reply. There must be something material in the past 5 months they should or have to disclose:
Sawston buildout
UK specials/Advent/flaskworks manufacturing. Revenue?
ASM notice
Financing? How do we have any money?
Unblinded? Journal? Topline?
Starting the day with selling pressure again. Ugh. Lather, rinse, repeat.
Like I said, I would be happy to close over $1.50...I'm happy. If we can hold and build, I agree we can take a shot at $1.60's in near term.
That will be difficult with the current volume. I would be happy getting over and closing over $1.50 this week. Need positive news, or topline!
It could, but many of my friends in the mortgage industry who hedge loan portfolios don't seem to think so. They think it will settle under 1.4%, which still leaves 30yr mortgage rates just over 3%, which will keep housing moving...as long as there are listings to sell.
Cut short by Wed? What does that mean? Prediction for topline?
ridiculous. I am sitting with a buy at $1.42 and they sold me 5 shares in a partial fill. lol.
Is our 10K due today without extension filed? Not sure if our status changed so either we are a 60, 75 or 90 day past year-end filer.
"the deadline for filing for large accelerated filers is 60 days. For other accelerated filers the deadline remains at 75 days and for non-accelerated filers the deadline remains at 90 days"
Wow, at least a name Cramer will recognize...maybe he and others will read and look into it.
Well, as usual, we closed the gap and then some. Going to be an ugly candlestick if this continues today.
Could run into close....someone biting off the $1.51 block on ask.
