Meanwhile the dump has started. 10's gettinh dumped on. Just in time too!
Exactly my point. $3.16 tested 3 times yesterday? Watch when this weather system clears out east.
Sorry. Disagree. Thursday? 100MM more shares dumped in the morning. .0008 by 10:30, just like today. Then they'll let it run a bit, til Friday. Expecting final dump Friday morning....
But that JMHO
Spot closed at $3.05 up .01. Surprising, I thought the storm being gone from the Gulf Coast region would bring the price down sub $3. I guess that same storm hitting the North Eastis supporting prices..Algonquin Hub was trading at $4.35 earlier.
I bet this closes at .0008 with 200MM in volume. 18MM t-trade
End of day dump. Just in time
Terribly quiet again.... never a good sign.
Watch for EOD dump..
Maybe you're right. They might be in good standing. But Western Grade is still owned by Ms. Gillespie, according to Secretary of State. SOUM forgot to ammend the public records? They filed but it still doesn't show up? It's been since Sept, 5 months now. It doesn't make sense.
Can't be in good standing, they had 45 days to file the ammendment to public records. When did this deal close? Sept 8?

Why isn't Western Grade owned by SOUM, according to the Arizona Secretary of State? Last modification to the public records dates back to Oct 2015 when Troy Gillespie passed away and control was given to Joy Gillespie.... something fishy there imo

12's won't last much longer. 11's soon....
Many 9's leaving the building. 10's up soon!
Watching for news today or tomorrow. Usually when they "hint" something on Twitter news shortly follows. Major deal with state distributors?
Spot's going sub $3 today.
No rush right now to sell. Contango decay's helping me out. Also CDN$ decreasing in value as per USD. My cost as of yesterday went from $3.61 to $3.54. If oil drops to $46 I'm expecting my DGAZ to drop into the $3.40's.....
Playing other games in the meantime. Have you seen gold?
Nice trade!!! Weather fricking out yesterday in your part of the world as well?
Coldest period of the year here now. Rained last night like it was April. Barelly any snow left. Crazy weather.
Oh...and check out the wind coming over the continent around Feb 14. That's gonna take a couple of Bcf off if NG's electricity generation....
Great trades to all. I'm still holding, waiting for my 5$.
"EIA expects the share of U.S. total utility-scale electricity generation from natural gas will fall from 34% last year to an average of 32% in 2017 as a result of higher expected natural gas prices. The forecast natural gas share is forecast to rise slightly to 33% in 2018. Coal's generation share rises from 30% in 2016 to average 31% in both 2017 and 2018. Nonhydropower renewables are forecast to provide 9% of electricity generation in 2017 and 10% in 2018. "

If NatGas increases too much, other sources of power for electricity generation are ready to take over.
Your friend needs to chill or get out of OTC plays. This is closing at 12. Watch
Henri Hub next day $3.04 a little earlier.
Welcome to the OTC!!! Chill out, gonna close at 12 today, 16 before eow. They're working it hard. This is that $100k settlement converting. Probably 40-50% discount.... should be over soon.
Edit Henry Hub 2.925 atm.
Ec model. European weather map. Most reliable imo. And no...I haven't checked for spot. Busy today so not playing... much.
The dump start already?
And all the dumping as well! Watch Twitter. When they start tweeting you'll see the dump start shortly thereafter. 10:30 this morning?
Rather quiet this morning, ain't it?
My preoccupations from yesterday are confirmed this morning. But I now feel a little more at ease. This is just a technical bounce. 3.16 -3.17 NatGas to relieve the tension, then back down $3 come Thursday or so....
Weather is a little colder based on the GFS models around 2/27 but looks like it warms right back up afterwards. Might need to consider CDD's instead of counting the lack of HDD's...
Contango decay means contango growth for the big D!
Happy trades!
ROFL!!! Thanks for the laugh!
And that 6 cents is 2% of NG price, 6% for DGAZ (leveraged x 3). 6% of $4.80 is 28.8 free cents on the price of DGAZ bringing it to $5.09....
Henry Hub spot down .08 to $2.92.....
What's gonna happen tomorrow. See today's volume? Last time that happened was when we dropped from NG /$3.994 end of 2016....
Getting anxious. Think I'll be selling my $3.61's soon....
T-trades. Dilution. Big players dumping. No retail investor / trader can do that. They're maxing out the a/s before reverse splitting this thing. Gotta finance the operations somehow, right?
Next stop on Gold $1262 and empty field between here and there. As long as Japan stays out of the way as they promised they would Saturday, your strike is just a couple of days away I think. One week tops. Although, $26 GDX is decent reaistance but I think we'll work our way through in no time. look before the elections...
Not me. Party's just starting. GDX closing at $25 is very bullish, and this came out this AM. Big component of GDX:
http://www.randgoldresources.com/randgold-caps-record-breaking-year-proposed-52-dividend-hike
It's not people selling it's notes converting hitting the market.
That's crazy!!! Best of luck with that!
Anybody think they'll do same here as they did with SDVI? That pump over there sure worked out nicely! Roger Daltrey and Peter Frampton made nice money there, they'll surely want to repeat here....
Sorry. Math is off, wasn't watching price action. Kids off school...we're watching Karate Kid... but you get what I'm saying.
NG $3 is done imo, next to watch for is gap fill then $2.86. $2.72 after that.
Bottom line, given time in season and Feb weather, big players will see more risk going long than going short.
Forget about $5 DGAZ, that's a given at this point. I'm now thinking $6.
$2.86 NG is a quarter down and 7% or so. Gives DGAZ 20% higher. $4.80 + 20%.... $5.76?
Good morning!!!!
Yes. UNG follows 1x NatGas front month moves, UGAZ is 3 x the NG moves.
So...if you have a 3% contango decay factor upon contract roll, UNG loses 3% of it's value, UGAZ loses 9%.
But... if NG goes up 4% in a day, UNG goes up 4% but UGAZ goes up 12%.....
Swn and chk look good, maybe smaller NG equities. Also Canadian leveraged ETF'f like HNU (i won't have to worry about currency commissions and USD moves vs CDN). I don't do options and am particularily fond of warrants. UGAZ should decay from considerable contango when NG goes up as I expect it to. DGAZ on the other hand will only be playable upon contract roll (like Oct - Nov) and for very short periods. With NG supply / demand tightness, any warm trend this summer could lead to mid to high 4's...maybe even 5$....
See today's weather? Blowtorch again. http://www.cpc.ncep.noaa.gov/products/people/mchen/CFSv2FCST/weekly/
