(OTC Bulletin Board: BMTX) announced today that its wholly-owned subsidiary, smartTOUCH Consumer Products, Inc., is launching programs for select, pre- qualified dealers, to sell and install the highly acclaimed patent-pending, smartTOUCH(TM) garage door opener. The Company is providing cost effective options for thousands of dealers across the country, many having expressed interest in carrying the product. smartTOUCH expects as it increases its sale channels, it will allow its products to reach a larger audience. The company expects to realize additional revenues from product and warranty sales in addition to annual membership fees collected from the programs.
The smartTOUCH(TM) Garage Door Opener has received extensive coverage from both national and regional media sources and was most recently featured on HGTV's prime time program "I Want That". bioMETRX Inc. is a Jericho, New York- based research, development, engineering and marketing company that utilizes state-of-the-art finger activated technology to create innovative, stand-alone security and electronics products for consumers. The smartTOUCH(TM) Authorized Dealer Program will begin in March 2006 and interested parties will be expected to "smartTOUCH Certify(TM)" at least one of their installers to qualify for consideration. smartTOUCH offers three membership levels and charges an annual membership fee along with monthly service charges. smartTOUCH offers various dealer discounts, volume rebate incentives and other benefits to their authorized dealer members.
