Ask Boeing about their 787 Dreamliner production problems!!
Best to get it right, and the stock's PPS will smile ! JMHO

rogus:
The only concept they had was to screw the investors. JMHO

JCMoney:
Peculiar trading and Pink Sheet listed stocks seem to find each other - - why ? Perhaps it is because of the many first time investors are learning how to invest and make mistakes.
That said, penny stocks are a crap shoot and dependent upon the integrity of the company's management.

bigbux1:
Stop the bull, big guy ! Your need to sound important exceeds any value you add to this board's relevance. CEO Leopold has guided the growth of this Company with astute care, and we are very fortunate to have him as our CEO. Listen to what he has to say rather than that of anxious posters. NBRI is a gem worth the patience of all of us. JMHO
Walt Calahan
Dreamin:
NBRI has to work it's way through the price points (.02, .03, and .04) established by the pump and dump stock flippers on their last adventure. The stock market after Labor Day will begin to show NBRI's true value with "Real PR's" from CEO Leopold. Patience will reward everyone. JMHO
Walt Calahan
JCMoney & All:
$0.10 PPS is not out of range for NBRI in the coming weeks. The charts are very positive, and from my perspective, I suggest we let our CEO Leopold do the PR work instead of us shareholders. The last time when Ryan and others pumped ("spread the word") about NBRI's potential, the PPS hit a high of .04, and within two month's it retraced to .013/shr.
It was "A Flash In The Pan", to quote a prospector's appraisal, unsustainable POP that the fippers took advantage of !!! CEO Leopold's PR's have always been real and without false words of inflated promotion.

The Dean & All:
Big end of summer weekend where most investors are enjoying the last "Rays of Summer Sun" - - How can any volume take place against that ?
W A Calahan
JCMoney:
I'm a long term NBRI bull, but we have a bunch of price points to go throught before any sustantial PPS increases happen. These were established this spring/early summer when a bunch of "pump & dump" guys took over, and they made their profits at the expense of others. Patience is the "key" going forward - - NBRI is in the right place at the right time!!!!

Have you checked the share structure of PALG and compared it to BEHL's ? Big difference and reason why they have a higher PPS.JMHO
W A Calahan
sexyone1:
I hope your reference to "Blel" sould instead be "Biel"! If not, you ought to see if there is a listing for a company with a symbol "Blel". Attention to detail is an important key in investing as well as posting messages. JMHO

Noahvan:
No, I'm not mocking you, but just feel it is nobody's business but yours so the reply politely answered their question. Good job!
Walt Calahan
Noahvan:
Good reply !!!

milehighbuck:
I beieve that FIX is a HVAC service company. Do they plan to position themselves as a national service company for BEHL ?
If BEHL is going national (also international), they will need this type of service for the sale and installation of their product. It could be a good fit. JMHO

You can make the same judgment for all markets- - it's August!
Walt Calahan
JCMoney & All:
These are the dog days of August when all the Wall Street people are at the beach and elsewhere so nothing much is going to happen. Patience, everyone, please.
Walt Calahan
Bruce:
Cynic - Ha! Unfortunately, you are probably right.
Walt Calahan

That's what all these financial skarks count on, damn shame too. I experienced a similar highjacking on an investment in USGA. Just roll up your rug and move on, and beware of these phony posters on ihub boards. JMHO
Walt Calahan
DaveyBid:
In the Material Definitive Agreement you posted, a reference is made to an Exhibit 2.1. Is this exhibit available for viewing ? It seems to hold the important details about the final financial structure of the deal as to who gets what.
Walt Calahan
Monk1:
On July 21, 2009, when HMIT entered into this agreement to be taken over by another mining company, you posted a message on the board concerning the competence of CEO Klok in managing the Company. Some how he knows how to make a deal without telling the shareholders - - I hope he was able to reward all the HMIT shareholders besides himself with this agreement.Time will tell. JMHO
W A Calahan
Monk1:
In all of Klok's previous PR's, has he ever carried out the PR's message to a satisfactory conclusion?
Walt Calahan
Rem:
Good for the Company, but what is the cost to the shareholders?
Walt Calahan
goldisking3000:
It all depends upon what the cost will be to the shareholders of HMIT. The annoucement does not spell this out, but you can assume that it will be costly to them. JMHO
Walt Calahan
goldisking3000:
Did Mercator Minerals (MLKKF a Pink Sheet listed Co) ever reverse split their shares ? A reference is made in the Company Information section of www.pinksheets.com to a 1 for 5 split. Thanks
W A Calahan
goldisking:
Please expand on this reference and its importance to HMIT.
Thanks.

So much for the "dead dog" theory. I'm out and have no plans to look back in.
Walt Calahan
Rem:
Following this theme that nobody kicks a dead dog, two weeks ago a pair of bashers (Alicemode and Pennytrdr) began kicking NBRI with vicious negatives as well as personal attacks against positive posters, including me! Sure sign something positive is in the future for NBRI. I'm up to my ears with my NBRI investment, so I hope Dr. Peale's thesis holds. Ha !
Walt Calahan
Rem:
I'm going to age myself, but do you recall the book "Power of Positive Thinking" ? A chapter in this book," Nobody Kicks a Dead Dog" pointed out that truth to me and has always encouraged me to checkout something everyone is kicking. This applies to politics and financials, paticularly HMIT. I bought 250K shares @ .001/ as a pure lark, only $250 + com, and at my age, win or lose so what. Thank you Dr. Norman Vincent Peale for your words of wisdom ! Ha !
Walt Calahan
Gem and all:
Forgive me, but I mistakenly refered to the July 7, 2009 PR as the reason for the sudden jump in volume and PPR. Now I'm just as curious as you are for the reason.
Walt Calahan
Gem:
A very impressive PR this moring.
Walt Calahan
Rem:
It's a double + !!!!! Hell, Im fool enough to hold !
Walt Calahan
Rem:
Finally, I'm in the GREEN !!! Very impressive PR today causing the heavy volume and PPS pop. Let's see if it holds.
Walt Calahan
Rem:
Sorry, but why kick a dead dog? Unless, of course, all these negative posts are just made to get all of us shareholders to sell on the cheap. Most accept that HMIT might not make it, but hang around in hopes we are proven wrong. OK ?
Walt Calahan
Gem and all:
Why do you guys continually kick this dead dog, HMIT ? And to spend additional money getting even makes no sense at all. Better learn from your mistakes because the investment world is full of guys like Madoff, Klok, etc.. The politicans now serving at the Federal level in Washington DC are a greater threat to all of us.
Walt Calahan
Tex:
With "pinkies", accept it - - don't ask why! Just go to bed with a smile !
Walt Calahan
Sklauble:
You know, so do we ! Good luck with all your future investments!
W A Calahan
JCMoney:
Yes ! We have been watching this. Very positive if it happens.
Walt Calahan
Rem:
Then you have made the right decision ! Enough said!
Walt Calahan
Gem:
I don't mean to be picky, especially over HMIT, but the date was July 31, 2009 ! Either date, however, Klok and Company are dead. JMHO
Walt Calahan

JCMoney:
Checkout the activity of SRSR after they posted a positive report on their claim. All junior mining companies are the object of momentum stock players all after a quick, short term profit and NBRI's action is no different. It will take time for NBRI to regain its momentum! Patience is the order now !
JMHO
Walt Calahan
Sklauble:
No, it is not. The "Stock Fippers" pump and then dump on penny pops much to the disgust of all of us longs. Keep the faith and have patience. If not, sell on the next "pop".
