Oh well, the FDA is a agency which was developed to keep us all safe and it's turned into a agency that promotes drugs that hurt. They also trys to keep people from using and learning about safe natural alternative remodies. I hope this all changes soon because America is being slowly poisoned by the drugs they steadily approve as safe.
Biolectronics should have a ad that goes something like this & I bet some people will order the product for their pain as well as their pets!
-------------------------------------------
Introducing Healfast new product which safely and effectively reduces the swelling in your pets joints that causes pain. This technology is exactly the same technology used in the Actiband which has no side effects. Plastic Surgeons across America prescribe the Actiband to their patients to reduce the swelling and bruising which causes pain. Now you can buy HealFast to reduce your pets pain and know that it's both safe and effective because it's already US FDA approved for use on humans!
Do you think this could generate sales from pet pain and their owner pain?
Couldn't read this post because it's too long. You are trying way too hard to convince people here!
Welcome back, I don't know if youve seen this yet.
BioElectronics Update
June 9, 2012
We are pleased by our meeting today with the FDA. We had the opportunity to collectively address senior management and approximately twenty examiners, consultants and department heads. We addressed the application of the technology to support our menstrual pain medical claim.
Dr. Kenneth Mc Leod, our consulting biophysics, made the technical presentation. Ken is the Director of New York State University's Research Center on Pain at Binghamton. Ken has been a Godsend since the inception of our Company. Our Chairman, Dr Richard Staelin, is a mathematician and statistician, was in attendance to support our clinical data analysis.
We therefore expect a decision soon on our Allay™ Menstrual Pain Therapy product. We have another meeting upcoming with the FDA in July on our RecoveryRX™ surgical product. Our request for over-the-counter classification of the ActiPatch is still under consideration.
What if the king brought in the experts so that they could give him advice on warnings that need to be placed on the boxes of these peft patches that he is feeling pressure to approve?
Hopefully the FDA decides to give Allay approval for otc sales this week.
Sorry, best post made over at Yahoo's message board made it look like you were posting the link to dispute my post but when I checked the numbers they were the same. These bashers/shorts are trying to bring this down by twisting everything. I hope they get caught without stop losses in place. I'm pretty sure the company is diluting to pay bills but that's expected. The naked shorting goes on especially with these penny stocks but there isn't much more we can do other that sign petitions and hope things change. Good luck with your investments.
I made a mistake adding it up. There were 8,593,008 shares shorted this week.
The site I use is very accurate.
Yes, Jun 15 OTCshortreports.com shows 2,414,715 shares were shorted for Friday & that is what http://regsho.finra.org/regsho-Index.html also shows. So, what's the problem?
I use their info and have found it the most accurate around.
OtcShortReport.com was put together for one reason. To track the true volume, and display in a coherent fashion the daily short positions of over the counter stocks. Short Positions for over the counter (OTC) stocks are hard to come by. At OtcShortReport.com we make digesting the information easy to understand, and add valuable charting and historical data. This saves you time, and most importantly it is all free!
We hope to help investors with understanding what is really happening with your OTC investments.
No problem. OTCBB updates its short report bi-weekly. Today was the day they updated. At least we now know that it wasn't just dilution causing the pps to slip.
Are you sure it is dilution? 6,178,293 have been shorted this week.

It's good to see that Bioelectronics is finally getting the decision that they have been working toward for YEARS! You would think that one of the worlds most advanced countries would have a FDA that could handle deciding, in a timely fashion, on a safe technology that has been around for decades with thousands of studies already completed. I feel bad for the companies that invent something new and need OTC approval! They better have very deep pockets. I hope the FDA's decision process is streamlined soon or we may cease to be one of the worlds leading technology producer. Right now we are in 3rd place on the 2011 Global Technology Index. Finland is first followed by Japan. If interested in more info on the subject...
http://www.theatlanticcities.com/technology/2011/10/worlds-leading-nations-innovation-and-technology/224/
"Your argument assumes it's only *now* that the FDA decide they don't actually know enough about the technology and they should have a meeting about it, despite already denying multiple applications. That they've already had multiple meetings in the past and already made decisions on the applications are facts you seem to be ignoring."
If the FDA knew enough about the technology they would have approved already. Instead they stall their decision with questions like, "will the device shock if wore while taking a shower?" These people aren't rocket scientists. They read what is given to them and if they aren't sure about something they decide it's safer to say no. This is a learning process and Bioelectronics is schooling them. I've asked a doctor about PEMF and he claimed PEMF just isn't there yet. I replied, but it's been uses for fifty plus years by doctors to relief joint pain. He had a puzzled look on this face and just walked off. He was too busy to discuss the matter, I guess. Doctors are trained to believe drugs are the way to treat most ailments and they too have to be educated about alternative treatments that work. In the future it may help Bioelectronics if they give away vacations to tropical resorts were they can teach physicians about PEMF in a setting they are more use to.
Again I've mention my PEMF patch to my primary care doctor and the fact that it works. She said, "I've read some good things about PEMF but it has to be FDA approved for back pain before I can prescribe it. Drugs have helped me but their side effects have also hurt me. PEMF has helped without hurting, so which is better. It's obvious to me that there's something wrong with the FDA's if they understand PEMF but still deny the public access to it again and again.
The FDA will set conditions and approve. They have made a mistake as we all do from time to time. Good luck
I expected the numbers to be weak after the FDA stopped all US sales.
If I were JNJ. I'd be ready with a offer to buy BIEL for a very attractive amount directly following the first otc approval. This would be my strategy because it could save JNJ a load of cash and secure rights to a great technology that will be very profittable in to near future.
that was my first thought also
In 2009 we made it to .125 on speculation from rumors of FDA approval. I would guess we have many more eyes watching now and of course many more shares but you may be correct .50 to .75 sounds about right. I believe the company will be sold before the second product gets approved and that is why I'm guess way higher. If JNJ does end up with this company they'll make it very profitable in a short time. I believe that will be what drives the stock way higher.
I'm guessing somewhere between .75 & $1.75 before settling back to half or maybe a little more.
The FDA isn't in the business to save people pain or insurance companies money but they may soon have to be.
Can't hurt
If his boss believed that it was snake oil he wouldn't be posting his BS 24/7.
Someone is obviously concerned with these PEMF patches and would like to see Bioelectronics just go away. This leads me to believe that the price of this company will be bid up quite a bit once the FDA approves at least some of the patches, imho.
They most certainly are!
You conveniently overlook one very important detail. There are several companies with ample cash to make a great success of these products.
Of course they're worried. They know they will soon have to pay the OBSCENE price Andy wants or be forced to compete!
Can't wait the see an ad like this on national TV. ____________________________________________________________________________
Have you been worrying about all the side effects that come from masking pain with drugs?
Introducing the new, powerful, OTC FDA approved portable technology solution for pain called...Actipatch! The Actpatch has no side effects because it immits pulsed electro-magnetic frequencies, simular to the ones naturally occuring on earth, to heal the pain away!
So, stop worrying today and heal the pain away naturally with Actipatch!

I have friends in Maryland emailing her.
Looks like for every share sold there's a buyer. We lost nothing today. It could traded sideways until the appeal is addressed.
but the other pemf devices don't have heat period and why is pemf considered class 3 when no side effects have ever been demonstrated. This leads the FDA to the conclusion that it's dangerous? This all seems strange and so convenient for the drug companies because keeping the FDA believing that there chemicals are the best option and the only inexpensively available option for the masses is of course so so important to them. The most important reason illegal drug dealing is illegal is because our govenment is lossing tax revenue and illegal dealers are potencially stealing revenue that big pharma could of course use to make more drugs to pay off the government with for approves. The safety thing must be just not as important but makes for a great excuse!
Hey now! We only start wars when we're forced to or see opportunity to spread democracy and of course make a little money off some oil to pay for the war effort and line Dick Cheney's pockets the former firm, Halliburton, which is involved in both Pentagon contracting and oil and gas ventures, gave 86% of its contributions to Republican candidates or committees and only 14% to Democratic candidates in the 2004.(longest runnon sentence ever but I'm tired as heck!) Hey, we're capitalists and we're good at it! lol
Great post fuente. I agree whole heartily and a lot of things they do are backwards. Like tell the company that the device isn't a thermal device and then when they make it, the FDA decides it still isn't a thermal device. Oops, they didn't see the change. IMHO the FDA is full of puppets under big pharma control and I've wrote my representatives and aired my belief to a few news agencies. I just hope enough concerned citizens do the same and it creates a serious change within the FDA.
My daughter and her friends will be sending NOW emails. I'm sure someone from NOW will be contacting Senator Barbara Mikulski's office soon. Any women reading this can click on the following link and send NOW a email with your opinion of the FDA's decision on Allay. http://www.now.org/comments.html
"I'd just really like to know the FDAs rationale for not clearing Allay. Of course this well never be made public, but the public should have the right to know."
You are 100% correct. We all have the right to know! This is what I was afraid of though. The FDA is a organization of big headed holier-than-thou types that get paid handsomely by those who believe that the pain of the majority WILL be controlled chemically at any expense. If you don't believe it read the following story.
http://www.anh-usa.org/fda-huge-conflicts-of-interest-with-big-pharma/
and more that proves money is the problem...
http://abcnews.go.com/blogs/health/2012/02/27/are-rich-people-unethical/
"At last, an explanation for Wall Street’s disgrace, Bernard Madoff’s Ponzi scheme and other high-society crimes and misdemeanors: A new study published in the Proceedings of that National Academy of Sciences found that wealthier people were more apt to behave unethically than those who had less money."
It's sad when the people with the most use it to make them even more at the expense of the masses. We live in a great and resilient nation. Though we have many problems, we remain a global superpower and beacon of liberty for people around the world. We have a lot to be proud of and thankful for but I'm afraid that the love of money will eventually be our downfall. IMHO, the FDA should NEVER allow drug companies to do their own research. It's simply a conflict of interest. As science evolves so should the way we look at medicine and the way we treat people for various aliments. We should always put the safety of people first. These drug company want to and do make more and more money at the expense of people. The FDA system is broken and it needs to be reformed! Send this to your elected officials and remind them that election time is approaching. We the people have the power to make changes but we have to act! Allay is approved OTC elsewhere in the world why does the FDA want to stop American women from its benefits? Is this retaliation for the recent sales to the American public? This was my first thought when I found the warning letter. It's payback time folks! The mighty FDA has spoken! I bet this is what they were saying when they had to finally decide on Allay. How dare that little company go behind our backs and sell to Americans before we got around to making our decision!
The fact that you are here PRN is enough to keep me investing more and more money daily. Cheers!
It's been 630 plus days since the FDA de novo app was submitted, right? What's the average time it takes these clowns to make a decision?
If I was the boss, I'd leave the price right where it is. I'd price the Allay 10 day device at $10 and think a smaller 7 day battery could be used.(may reduce cost a bit) Periods are about 7 days long last I heard. I'd drop the price some as soon as the company's operating in the black but until then I'd leave the 30 day patch at a buck a day. A buck isn't too much to pay for a days pain relief.
Great news! Don't you just love hunchs when they pay off. Good luck!
I'm with you rich. Smart people buy before the big news hits. I have a feeling we will all know what's going on very soon. It's just a hunch.
