Always looks darkest before the dawn!
Looking forward to the day that this resource is transfrerred to better stewardship and the ransacking finally stops.
Have you read BE’s concise post today on the probability of AUYRN “walking” the share price down to help force the Quijano family’s hand? Pretty simple but makes a lot of sense.
who knows... maybe their is production clauses in there too if certain conditions exist...???
Are we on to next week already? It's only Monday. Good grief.
J.O.R.C. and Qualified Persons Report are somewhat "equivalant" but the NI 43-101 is unique in that is directed toward securities listed on Canadian exchanges and originated as a reaction to the Bre-Ex scandle.
Your post is accurate. Just trying to interpret the meaning of "equivalent" in finding something similar to the NI 43-101.
I don't know...
Yes, I tend strongly toward the camp that sees a tender/buyout of the company as the only option for AUYRN.
MDMN's need for IR is indeed puzzling at this juncture. Perhaps a deep division exists within the BOD or at least between certain players within both companies.
Who is the intended audience for whatever message they want to send?
However, they've not stood still at all... lots has been getting done...
The problem here is that there either has not been any progress or we have a news blackout. AUYRN hasn't told us a thing in over seven weeks.
May I ask what information you have on AUYRN's progress during this period?
Thank you...
Great message in the spirit of true independence...
Happy Fourth!
Well... I do have answers to those questions...
I know. It will be great when we get the answers!
I sense that it will be soon...Yes???....Hopefully...That's it...!!!......Perhaps???....OUCH!!!##$##%&@!!!
Well... I do have answers to those questions... and if my source is accurate then so will be my answers...
The answers to these questions do not lie within the published Shareholders Updates or anywhere else in written format.
But you say you have them.
I would appreciate answers as promised. Why do you not reply?
Well... I do have answers to those questions
I give the most credence to published Shareholders Updates, hence my deduction that the "bulk sampling program" could actually commence at some point and that this probably refers to the Caren vein.
I am hungry for more information, so still waiting for details on the program you claim to have knowledge of.
How about it?
Yes. That is a given.
It was mentioned elsewhere that the claim holders have allowed Volcan free access to the claim for exploratory work for a number of years.
You have indicated that bulk sampling is currently in progress. What else do you have in the way of information?
In other words:
Who is sharing the claim with JJ or MDMN?
What agreements have they come to regarding development?
News on what they have found?
How far along is the bulk sampling program?
TIA
You can see how the Caren claim is currently being shared among parties.
Thank you for posting the claims map. Quite a tangle!
The puzzle becomes a little more clear.
Just looking for clues (in all the wrong places). No use asking the clueless.
To address this subject further, Big Baboon, I believe the bulk sampling program mentioned in the May 29th Shareholders Update refers directly to the "Caren" vein. In that update it is stated "This Amendment allows AURYN to commence their development of recently identified 1.5 kilometers of high-grade gold zones."
In the April 30th Shareholders Update from a month earlier, this 1.5 Kilometer high-grade zone is mentioned:
"At the Caren claims, a new gold-bearing vein approximately 1 to 1½ kilometers in length and up to 1 meter wide, was recently discovered that is parallel to the existing high-grade structures trending northeast."
and "The mineralization trend is indicated at the Las dos Marias site, through the Caren, and into the Gordon and Mambo claims, is in a northeast direction."
Finally, the high-grade nature of this zone is described:
"Caren vein assays returned an astounding 21+ ounces per tonne of gold (Au), similar
to the DDH-002 results at Las dos Marias within the indicated northeast trend area."
I assume this is all relevant to the "gold sampling program" you claim is currently underway.
So, when you ask:
Why do you want to know about the Caren Claim's ownership...???
Are you interested if it has minerals worth sampling on it...???
Are you interested if it would fit into any of MDMN's planned mining schemes...???
Are you interested if it is owned by party(s) close to MDMN management...???
Are you interested if it is adjacent to any of MDMN's properties...???
Are you interested if MDMN would have any opportunities of ownership of it...???
Just what would you like to know and why...???
I may be clueless here, Big Baboon, but I recall hearing about a high-grade bulk-sampling program. From the May 29th Shareholders Update:
"Dear Medinah Minerals, Inc. Shareholders:
Medinah Mining Chile, subsidiary of Medinah Minerals, Inc., during recently conducted meetings, reports that on May 27, 2015 it signed an Amendment Agreement to the original Option Agreement, specific to the Altos de Lipangue group of claims. This Amendment allows AURYN to commence their development of recently identified 1.5 kilometers of high-grade gold zones. This development program will involve bulk sampling in order to deliver ore to processing facilities to determine the metallurgic composition of the material for future production."
What are you referring to in your mention of a "gold sampling program" in progress?
Is this a bulk sampling of the low-grade near surface deposits in the vicinity of the Gordon breccia?
Please let us know what information you have and if I'm barking up the wrong tree here?
Inquiring minds want to know...
Why do you want to know about the Caren Claim's ownership?
Since you have current
information on the high grade bulk sampling program, could you please provide an update on ownership status of the Caren claim?
The never ending story.
What of these rumors from a non-identifiable "source" last week?
Time to put up or shut up.
Geo maps of the "mountain" is worth $2,500 with another grand for commentary on rich gold veins.
Just looking for clues. Taking all with a grain of salt until something of substance comes our way.
Best wishes to all.
Of course. We have a sleeper that will become a waking giant!
I'm aware we were not down. I have been a staunch BMSN/RGBP supporter for quite a while. I was just rebuking the devil.
Wrong on all counts.
Volume says it all. Building up to some good news?
May I ask who you spoke to?
TIA
Believe me... the exploration work has not stopped
What you say is simply not true
AUYRN simply will not commit any more resources to the ADL projects without having a controlling interest in the company. A controlling interest is an ownership interest in a corporation with enough voting stock shares to prevail in any stockholders' motion. A majority of voting shares (over 50%) is always a controlling interest. When a party holds less than the majority of the voting shares, other circumstances can be looked at to determine whether that party is still considered to hold a controlling ownership interest.
Definition of controlling interest:
"When one shareholder or a group acting in kind holds a high enough percentage of ownership in a company to enact changes at the highest level. By definition, this figure is 50% of the outstanding shares or voting shares, plus one."
www.investopedia.com/terms/c/controllinginterest.asp
Simply put, AUYRN needs to have a controlling interest before going forward. That is why they need JJ’s shares. This should be apparent to anyone.
Good points. A R/S is at times necessary and is by no means always the "kiss of death" for a diluted share structure.
One of my favorite bio tech stocks, ADX$, went through this, and after languishing for a time is now a five bagger for me. It just took some solid news to regain it's strength.
Yes, the natives are growing restless.
C'mon JJ. Give up the mountain. This is getting really stale.
Does that make me a Kumquat?
Now MDMN has an investor relation firm
