Great financials for a Pinkie...link

uwlungman-I don't follow this that closely, look at the big picture. What would make sense if and when they start making a profit, that would be the time to retire shares. While the company is growing it is spending money. When the US or UK carriers come through, that is propably also when they will start making money.
I think if a PR would come out before the 15th, they would have to give out too many preferred share. JMO
BE AWARE..The Basher Roundtable...
Now probably many haven't heard of the basher roundtable...
These are bashers that work for a particular MM and usually consists of any number of individuals that will work a company's stock on message boards for the sole purpose of share price manipulation and cause confusion and anxiety..
Here is how it works..
Mostly these individuals are easy to spot and at least 2 of these are just plain outright bashers that you can recognize on the daily message board circuit..But,these 5 will work one company with non-stop drilling and the choice company is usually about to gain much attention through positive everyday good numbers and potential earnings in the very near-term and will expect a share price rise accordingly..The MM's will play on such a company with tactics to gain the most out of the spread with absolute zeal..
These individuals of which 2 are outright bashers and one will be a newbie with another acting like your long or solid investor, with the 5th one,who is the most articulate and has extensive knowledge in charting or T/A and understands the fundamentals..
What happens is the bashers will of course bash a stock. These are the 2 bashers..These 2 will parley their negatives together and tells the board how the other is right on the facts and correct, they will introduce old PRs and will bring distorted information to a point, but not over do it..Here comes a newbie..He is interested in investing but doesn't know much about the company or stocks in general..He will always ask a lot of questions where the bashers will inevitably knock down the stock..This Newbie will post to one of the bashers with continous questions and feel that the basher is educating him and gains his confidence and he tells him how he appreciates his help..Now we have the long, or your solid investor who's opinion is basicaly like many others and is generally viewed has an alright participant of the board and very helpful..He will be confronted by the newbie and of course berated by the bashers, but his angle will always be viewed with much agreement as being very positive...Now we have the 5th individual..This person is very good at T/A and will make projections that seem almost real, but are generally far fetched and unrealistic, but the conclusion one can get makes for open discussion as very probable and makes you want to go out and buy more shares..He also knows the fundamental art of investing and is the head guy of this roundtable..
If you have ever been on a message board that has volume and the potential for positive share price increases, these 5 are solely their to create confusion and instability among investors and their sole purpose is having you buy and sell at their discreation..They are also very aware on how this works and their job is to make money..Remember an MM can handle 2-3 clicks in any direction and he has made his money, you on the other hand will have lost far more by selling or buying at this same sequence..
You see where this is heading!!
The moral of all this is never pay attention that would go against your better judgement or investment instincts..These message boards and the posters on these boards are all into stocks for a variety of reasons and not one is towards your best interest.
Have a good day

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Lesson 1: Remember, BASHERS NEVER Bash A BAD STOCK. Check the boards for stocks with no potential. They never have any Bashers. Bashers only go after stocks that are moving up or have excellent potential to do so. Bashers work to bring the price down to either increase their position at the expense of others or help a Short make their bones.
Lesson 2: BASHERS ALWAYS BRING UP OLD NEWS THAT YOU HAVE HEARD MANY TIMES. New startup companies always have a few bits of bad news. The Basher will post this over and over again. Unsophisticated Bashers will try to freshen up old news with a new date or by-line in an attempt to fool you.
Lesson 3: BASHERS POST MANY TIMES A DAY. They try to wear you out. They comment on everything, every other post, and can answer every question. THEY KNOW IT ALL! There is no positive comment they won't Bash. They try to control the board. True longs may have to confront the Bashers or they will appear to the newbies as being the people with all the information. This is best accomplished by posting positive, well researched data on the company, repetitively, while trying hard not to engage the Bashers in direct repartee. REMEMBER - LONGS... RESIST USING THE BASHERS ALIAS!
Lesson 4: BASHERS WILL LIE TO YOUR FACE. Never trust a Basher. The truth on startup companies is that they make mistakes. What new company hasn't? The Basher will compare your issue to a another companies, financials - deals - management, etc., trying to lure you into making an Apples to Oranges comparison. Remember each company is unique and while it is prudent to seek out established indicators, do so with care and don't take someone else's word for it. Strive to come up with at least a "six-pack" of indicators so your vision of the state of a company is not tied to a single barometer. Not doing so is tantamount to going to a Race Track and betting on the "Pretty Brown Horsey". BASHERS WANT TO WHISPER IN YOUR EAR - PLANT A SEED OF DOUBT, AND HOPE THAT YOU ARE NOT SAVVY ENOUGH TO RESEARCH THE TRUTH ON YOUR OWN. This is how they achieve their greatest success.
DOUBT + FEAR + LAZINESS = BAIL OUT!
This is your investment... work for it, protect it and don't panic on the words of very shadowy figure that "has your best interest in their heart". Consider that one factor: Someone you have never met, is not a member of your family, is now, out of the goodness of their hearts - GIVING YOU FREE ADVICE (that you didn't ask for). It's a no brainer. They have motives $$$$$$$$$$$$.
Lesson 5: Bashers know YOU CAN'T VERIFY THEIR STATEMENTS. That's why they make the vague statements they do. They rely on you being to lazy to research their droppings other than to scan the board for others opinions. This is particularly dangerous when you consider that Bashers work in packs and often validate and back up each others nonsense with what appears to be "innocuous and unsolicited" verification by comrade Bashers. Let's face it, we are all conditioned to "believe" everything we see in writing. If others by virtue of their "posts" also confirm this belief, then we are subconsciously doomed to swallow the hook, line and sinker... Basher - 1 Honest Investor - 0
Lesson 6: The Bashers PLAY ON YOUR LACK OF KNOWLEDGE. They can lie about information and you won't know the difference (unless you have done your own DD on the company and know the truth and facts).
Lesson 7: Bashers play on your lack of patience. You have held a stock for a while. You knew it will be a big stock someday, but the BASHER CAN GET TO YOU BECAUSE YOU ARE TIRED OF WAITING FOR YOUR GAIN. That's when the Basher is best. You are tired. You have forgotten the goal for the stock was to hold it for one year. The Basher is bothersome, so you dump it on a bad day. Some others also dump. Then you get mad for your loss and return to let everyone know how mad you are. Then you turn into a semi-Basher as well. THE BASHER HAS WON, AND GAINED A NEW ALLY - YOU!
Lesson 8: BRING THE PRICE DOWN. That is the Basher's job. The truth is not important. Lies are the norm. Post continuously on the board every day. They are trying to scare the newbies that are just investigating a stock. They are trying to wear down the faithful longs on the board and gain free reign and control.
A BASHER HANDBOOK:
Do not underestimate a Bashers influence on a stock. The Pro's are good at what they do and what they do is profit from your losses. Below is their "hand-book". Learn from it or you will be donating your hard earned money to them!
Rules for Successful Bashing:
1. Be anonymous
2. Use 10% fact. 90% suggestion. The facts will lend credibility to your suggestions.
3. Let others help you learn about the stock. Build rapport and a
support base before initiating your Bashing routine.
4. Enter w/ humor and reply to all who reply to you.
5. Use multiple ISP's, handles and aliases.
6. Use two (2) or more aliases to simulate a discussion.
7. Do not start with an all out slam of the stock. Build softly.
8. Identify your foes (Longs) and the boards "guru" Use them to
your advantage. Lead them do not follow their lead.
9. Only Bash until the tide/momentum turns. Let doubt carry it the
rest of the way.
10. Give the appearance of being open minded.
11. Be bold in your statements. People follow strength.
12. Write headlines in caps with catchy statements.
13. Pour it on as your position gains momentum. Not your personality.
14. Don't worry about being labeled a "Basher". Newbies won't
know your history.
15. When identified put up a brief fight, then back off. Return in an hour unless your foe is a weak in reasoning powers.
16. Your goal is to limit the momentum of the run. Not to tank the
company or create a plunge in the stock; be subtle and consistent.
17. Kill the dreams of profits, not the company or the stock.
18. Use questions to create critical thinking. Statements to
reinforce facts.
19. DO NOT LIE, NAME CALL or USE PROFANITY.
20. Encourage people to call the company. 99% won't. They'll take your word for claims made. If they do call you can always find something that is inaccurate in how they report their findings.
21. Discourage people from believing Press Releases.
Encourage them to call the company. They won't out of laziness.
22. If the companies history/PR's are negative constantly point to that. Compile a list of this data prior to beginning your efforts.
23. If the price rises blame it on the hype or the PR, temporary
mass reaction, the market, etc. Anything but the stock itself.
24. If other posters share your concerns, play on that and share theirs too.
25. Always cite low volume, even when it's not.
26. Three or four aliases can dominate a board and wear down the longs.
27. Bait the Longs into personal debates putting their
focus/efforts on you and not the stock or facts. Divert their attention from facts.
28. Promote other stocks that would-be investors can turn to
instead of the one your Bashing.
30. Do not fall for challenges on the "values" of what you are doing, it's a game and you are playing it with your own rules.
Grade 'A' Basher:
If you post lots of old news, respond to all positive posts with a negative side. Never respond to being called a Basher, never post on another board with same alias. Can spend up to 80 hours a week Bashing a stock.
Grade 'B' Basher:
Very good way with words, always claims to be your "friend" taking the positive poster into confidence, never posts on another board, spends about 60 hours a week.
Grade 'C' Basher:
Spends less time than the others but is somewhat effective and gets a C grade due to getting excited when Bashers rules say not to get excited, spends about 40 hours a week.
Grade 'D' Basher:
Needs to learn the basics about being convincing when making a negative statement. Spends a good amount of time working the stock, maybe 20 hours a week.
Grade 'F' Basher:
A complete idiot, most readers are not convinced he knows anything about stocks in general. The type that says a stock "sucks", but gives no rationale, shows up every so often but no regular schedule.
LEARN ABOUT HOW BASHERS WORK: For instance: did you know that some Bashers are paid?
Golden Rule:
IGNORE THEM ...learn how professional Bashers are paid: When you REPLY to Bashers you give them an opportunity to earn appox. 5-7 dollars. The service agreement they enter into with their employer states their messages will be monitored for content, profanity, lies, etc. but Overseers and the like don't have the time to check all their Bashers messages. Only occasional spot checks are done. Those who manage the Basher will generally read the headlines to see if a Basher is replying to other posters by name. That tells them the Basher isn't just "posting blindly" or repeating the same message over and over since they won't pay for those.(True to form a Basher will put the bite on anyone, even their unscrupulous employer). A Basher will attempt to milk three to five replies per post at one to two dollars each. This way the Basher spreads negative influence to as many stockholders as possible. A Basher will create this discussion thread because it takes less time reading more messages than is necessary. This ultimately allows the Basher more time to post and make money. In general, NEVER ENGAGE A BASHER. Make them read all the posts and think up ways to enter the discussion. NEVER ENGAGE A BASHER; if you do so then YOU BECOME THE BASHER,S AID! If you feel compelled to challenge a Basher do so without mentioning his/her true alias in your response. This will make it hard for the Basher to use your post as a revenue stream. Read the news, do your own homework and make your own decisions. Get real time quotes and follow the stock for a couple of weeks. Due Diligence is key here. Know that there will be a time when the stock runs up which will be followed followed by the Bashers and those that missed the boat. The Bashers will trash the stock by saying such things as "it's a Pump and Dump" and "the company is lying" and deceiving. There goal is to scare off newbies and potential new investors by "shaking" you out of your shares. Take the time to confirm your DD ,trust your own judgement and believe in yourself, pick your point of return or loss and live with it. Don't listen to hype or Bashers trust your own judgement. Live by the rules you have created .
HOW TO IDENTIFY A BASHER
1. Check the "Born on Date" Bashers create identities on a regular basis. Rarely do you find a Basher with older "Created On" date. So click on the Identity icon for more details.
2. Take the time to look at the Basher's history of Posts. Go to other boards and see if their is a pattern to the theme of the posts. Bashers rarely waste time trying to blend in with "positive" posts, unless they are cultivating a new uninformed assistant.
3. When did the Basher show up. Bashers rarely show up when activity is in at a Lull. They show up when activity up/down..
4. Bashers never answer direct questions except with another question.
5. Bashers do work in teams (sometimes themselves as a team). So be suspicious of someone showing up and automatically having a Shadow to converse with who supports their argument.
6. Bashers always select "an argument" that can never be resolved by research.
The Basher 'Pack' Mentality
Bashers love to work in packs. It provides the quintessential cover to achieve supposedly "independent" validation of an argument. It is neither independent nor validating.
Pack Structure: Basher Packs can be comprised of any number of Bashers. They can be purposely formed within an organization or they can be "ad hoc" formed during a conclave on a particular board. In fact a pack mentality can be achieved by an ambitious "party of one" with a few select aliases.
Once a pack is formed, a leader emerges. This leader is usually acknowledged by other Bashers because of 1. Knowledge of the stock. or 2. Recognition by current board Longs (high visibility). Once established the Leader will usually work the Pack members up in to a posting frenzy. Constantly changing themes and even occasionally biting the ear of another pack member (this earns instant credibility), and it doesn't offend the bitten Basher because he/she knows it is all part of the effect. Quite sophisticated.
Packs will disband and slink away without notice. Usually this is the call of the Pack Leader who is adept at recognizing overplay. More often than not, Pack members must move on because they have other Bashing commitments to fulfill. They will return to the site of a good hunt over and over again, until hamstringing is achieved.
What calls a pack together. The Cry of the Leader. Certain Bashers love to work together. They know each others bite, how to feign in and out, it is a well choreographed Bash when pack members have worked together before. They constantly check their "Sites Du Jour" for signs of Pack activity. Occasionally they will throw out a "Nibbler" Bash to see if the pack responds or if not they can work the site themselves. It's all about effectiveness, time and earning money.

Insider Trading-The SEC considers insiders to be company directors, officials or any individual with a stake of 10% or more in the company. Insiders are required to report their insider transactions within two business days of the date the transaction occurred (before the 2002 Sarbanes-Oxley Act it used to be the tenth day of the following month). For example, if an insider sold 10,000 shares on Monday June 12th, he or she would have to report this change by Wednesday June 14th. Changes in insider holdings are sent to the SEC electronically as a Form 4, which details a company's insider trades or loans. The following link is an example of a Form 4 filed by the CEO of Krispy Kreme Doughnuts. A Form 14a, also filed by the company, lists all the directors and officers along with the share interest they have.
This kind of information is extremely valuable to individual investors. For example, if insiders are buying shares in their own companies, they usually know something that normal investors do not. They might buy because they see great potential, a merger, acquisition or simply because they think their stock is undervalued. One of the greatest investors of all time, Peter Lynch, was noted as saying that "insiders might sell their shares for any number of reasons, but they buy them for only one: they think the price will rise". (Read more about Peter Lynch here.) Insiders are prevented from buying and selling their company stock within a six-month period: therefore, insiders buy stock when they feel the company will perform well over the long-term.

NASDAQ Transfers OTCBB to the NASD
Summary
The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has approved the transfer of the OTCBB/OTC business to the NASD.
The transfer will be effective October 1, 2005.
What is changing and how will it affect customers?
As announced in July 2005 in Head Trader Alert #2005-083, in preparation for Exchange Registration, NASDAQ® is planning to transfer the OTCBB/OTC business to the NASD. The SEC has now approved the transfer and it will be effective October 1, 2005.
NASDAQ and NASD have structured this transfer of the businesses to be seamless to the customers of the OTCBB and OTC trade reporting businesses. NASDAQ will continue to provide the technology and connectivity used to carry out the day-to-day functions of the OTCBB and OTC trade reporting while the OTCBB business and OTC trade reporting business will be owned, managed and regulated by the NASD.
Will there be any changes to the way I trade OTCBB securities?
The OTCBB will continue to be accessed through the existing channels: the NASDAQ Workstation II® (available until November 30, 2005) and application programming interface (API) (available until December 31, 2005), the computer-to-computer interface (CTCI), and through NASDAQ’s new offerings in 2005, QIX, NASDAQ’s proprietary connectivity protocol, and the new NASDAQ Workstation. OTCBB market data will also continue to be offered through the Bulletin Board Dissemination ServiceSM (BBDSSM) and the NASDAQ Trade Data Dissemination ServiceSM (TDDSSM).
How will billing change?
Effective with the October activity bill, generated in early November, market participants who quote and/or trade report in OTCBB/OTC securities will receive a separate bill from the NASD for that activity. No other OTCBB-related billing will change (i.e. data feeds).
Where can I go for more information?
Questions regarding the OTCBB transfer may be addressed to:
Karen Peterson at 212.401.8795;
Colleen Lampe at 301.978.8258, or, otcbbfeedback@nasdaq.com;

Market makers control the action on the penny arcade not shareholders..
Is there really manipulation by market markers?
Manipulation by Market Makers is an really an overstated term that carries feelings of exploitation and down right fraud, but in reality, Market Makers are not companies that appear like one night stands and then disappear, quite the contrary.. Market Makers are responsible to make a market and to meet the needs of those they are responsible for, companies, shareholders and institutions and it is to these entities where they may try to influence the best market executions.
If the Market Maker was to keep the price steady on the release of news they would find themselves with lots of buys or sells which they had no choice but to fill at the screen price (what you go by and this is their obligation, but before they could find matching orders (for every buyer has to be a seller and visa versa) they would have to change the price and they would then loose money through market exposure. This is bad for them and for us.
So what happens if there are all sells and the price is going up? Well the explanation is that the Market Maker had an order to fill and no stock to fill it with (this trade would not have shown up on your screen until somewhat later, which are referred to as delayed trades). Under their obligations to create liquidity in the share, the Market Maker is obliged to gather an inventory (Stock holding), but only until they can meet the above obligation. This is only possible if they can encourage people to sell, which can be achieved by raising the price...The order is likely to have been large enough allowing the Market Maker to gather a decent premium on the price. So once the order is filled and the market volume returns to their normal levels, so does the share price. You can see this through the daily highs and lows along with the volume at these particular trades in time or in sequence.
You've heard the term on these message boards all too often "shaking the tree". Well that is when the MMs moving the price up, which will encourages sells, moving it down also encourage sells. Another look is that the price was hiked way up despite the support level and few of the people who got in are now going to sell.. The rise was artificial and the real traders in the know just ignored it as it only lasted about 2 hours, but what was caught were investors who were in way before the spike and had forgotten about it, now they want out. Volume is a big part of this and sometimes folks ask "why the volume".. So the Market Makers order gets filled, the price settles back to a support level and volumes decrease and it starts all over again. This scenario is where shorty likes to hang his hat.
The above reason is why you should never put a pennystock in your sockdrawer and daily monitoring is an absolute must. You have heard me post such reasons and should be
part of every persons understanding and why the term "long" makes no sense and will only have you losing money.
Can you track such activity? So So and there are all sorts of tricks and one is mainly to reduce the volatility.. Sometimes this is mostly done by increasing the bid/offer spread therefore discouraging trading especially by day traders and also by marketing the companies shares, Loansharks as referred to equity financing (dilution) in the hope they will take up long term positions.
There are a couple of areas that MMs try to encourage liquidity and one is all to apparent. .Notice on the boards when posters beg the company to release news any news, well the MMs need this one venue to increase the liquidity and such encourages the companies to produce news releases, whether substantial or not.. It does create interest if you know what I mean.. The other area is by narrowing the spreads..
You ask if this practice is legal, well sort of and then not. See Market Makers are not supposed to allow themselves to go short, but in the process of making a market they may well find themselves short of a stock. If this happens a Market Maker has a number of options, purchase from another Market Maker, which they do quite often and it is allowed or play with the price in the hope that enough sellers will embark to cover the short or borrow the shares. The institutional borrowing, which happens on larger exchanges is much practiced, but in pennies is unlikely since institutions don't hold pennies unless it is from offshore loansharks and then they just speed up the dilution process to cover and of course a manipulated PR to help in this angle.. If that's illegal? Well my friends, this has been going on since the dark ages.
Thus you have your day-traders and their only means is to make money on the heels of the MM's, not your long-term holders, they will never recoup and that I'm sure of.
The key to trading pennies is timing and one must have an understanding of how the market markers play.. One rule that will always apply and that is the 3 day rule..
Never buy an issue on a 3rd day uptrend in pennies and sell on that return reverse of a swing on that 3rd day or the outside of the 4th day.. After that, if it hasn't gone beyond the lows before the uptick is the time to dump. In other words, never chase a stock..

This huge....;o] Repeating myself.....Fusing Internet, TV!
Time to say hello to IPTV
G JOSLIN VETHAKUMAR
Monday, May 15, 2006 at 0025 hours IST
Even before subscribers could grasp what triple-play convergence was all about, it morphed into quad-play but, spare me a byte, isn't it multi-play now? Nowhere is technological transformation as rapid as it is in telecommunications, with service providers facing the challenge of embracing the change to enhance revenues and engineer growth.
Triple-play services fundamentally spin around voice, data and video offerings in convergent packages that include high-speed Internet, telephone and TV, with quad-play getting that extra punch through mobile telephony.
But in an environment where challenges multiply and technology keeps pace with it, even quad-play is too limiting a description. Hence came the all-encompassing term of multi-play, spanning multiple converged permutations within the three key areas of communication. This gives broadband subscribers the ability to receive a suite of services with only a single connection.
IPTV (Internet Protocol Television), though still in its infancy, is at the heart of this evolution, leveraging broadband connections to deliver a range of video services such as high-definition TV (HDTV) and video-on-demand (VoD).
In a nutshell, with IPTV, broadband subscribers will be able to receive high-quality content on their television sets using a set-top box with the Internet Protocol (IP) serving as the transmission mechanism.
Clearly, consumer entertainment is a strategic component of this multi-play bundle. Video over broadband is the engine that is set to power growth for telephone service providers, applying pressure on cable and satellite TV operators to revisit their strategies and get inventive.
But it is not all about movies as IPTV possibilities are endless and can involve a slew of high-quality digital content -- video conferencing/streaming, live/interactive TV, digital video recording, HDTV, gaming, video-based distance learning, video-blogging, instant messaging from the TV and what not!
Given that IPTV involves a fusion of the Internet and television, companies with proven experience in IP networking can be counted upon to reduce the complexity involved in the delivery of video in both fixed and mobile environments.
While talk of IPTV and interactive TV has been in the air for the last few years, it is only now that telcos are beginning to place their bets on it.
But why will they want to invest on IPTV that currently has less than 10 million subscribers worldwide? This is simply because the potential for growth is huge as IPTV services are typically delivered on TV sets, which are the primary source of entertainment and information for most subscribers.
While the current subscriber base is small, more than 240 carriers are offering IPTV services. Also, research firm Infonetics anticipates the number of users to skyrocket to 53.7 million subscribers, yielding $44 billion in service revenue by 2009. ABI Research is even more upbeat, estimating that there will be around 120 million subscribers by 2010.
Importantly, video is a critical field that can help them offset the erosion in their revenues caused by intense competition for core residential voice services and keep churn at bay.
So, with cable operators already offering voice services, IPTV will signal pay-back time for telcos by stepping onto the turf of the former.
While telcos can largely utilize their existing infrastructure for delivery of IPTV services, one question uppermost will be their capacity to cope with bandwidth requirements. But some of latest compression technologies in the marketplace are helping them deliver high-quality MPEG-4 (Moving Picture Experts Group, a digital video compression/encoding standard) transmission and measure up to this challenge.
With a digital culture that is evolving rapidly, IPTV can offer viewers a unique multi-faceted experience, spanning diverse areas of entertainment and information, delivered on what not too long ago was described as the idiot box. This can be at the connected home, at work, on the move or even in the sky as Singapore Airlines chose to demonstrate when it launched its IPTV services on select flights last year.
Some telcos in Europe, the US and even in Asia are leading the charge in IPTV and while the response so far may not have been overwhelming, they have no doubt that the future vests with it amid an environment of slumping ARPU (average revenue per user).
Among the many who have plumped for IPTV are Hong Kong Broadband, PCCW (Hong Kong), Chunghwa Telecom (Taiwan), Softbank/Yahoo BB in Japan, FastWeb (Italy), China Netcom, Shanghai Media Group/China Telecom, Telefonica (Spain), SBC/AT&T (US), SureWest, Comcast, British Telecom, France Telecom, Verizon, Telecom Italia and Time Warner Cable. Many of them are already delivering IPTV.
As you can see, many Asian service providers are already tapping into the potential offered by the emerging IPTV phenomenon. While the Asia-Pacific region (excluding Japan) may currently have only around one million IPTV subscribers, research house IDC estimates it to swell to more than 20 million by 2009.
