On 10/17/11: Promoters used were
SmallMovesBigGains.com
Pinkinvesting.com
Bullish Stock Picks
Rather than list all of the promoters used by FLRE, who paid for the initial P&D?
JD Venture Group LLC.
Nah, I don't want to take the time to DD who the Group was. If I can find these info through the web, so can you.
So much money was used to pump the stock. Should FLRE used the money to operate its biz, maybe a sale would have resulted.
WOW. Who paid for all the pumps?
10/17/11: $60,000+
10/7/11: $70,000
10/6/11: $197,500
10/5/11: $42,500
9/28/11: $5,000
9/27/11: $10,000
There were two amounts paid to SmallMoves without $ listed (10/17/11).
Most were paid to Penny Stock, Bullish Stock, USA Market and Wall Streets..... YA....SPAM and cold callers.
Sorry, find your own info or simply call the CEO.
P.S. Found above info on the web (so can you).
Funny. Sneaking in 100 shares? LOL
It's kind of interesting how so many postings,
then nothing. Hmmmmm.
I am back to see FLRE has gone from bad
to worst. YIKES. Is the BIG SHOT CEO going to let it fall to nothingness?
AMBS Yahoo Board, Zzzz.
FLRE going nowhere fast.
No money and with shares in the dumpers.....can't do much with them.
Trying to break into a biz full of big boys with a formula and not much more than a hope plus near worthless stock.
How would you like to be a saleman knocking on doors trying to sell FLRE products? Companies already using other products and you can't even promise a delivery time table.
Oh ya, the company has no money to pay you until the new client pays first. Good luck my meeting rent. Whoops, the rent is due on the first.
This is all BS. Hope against hope. All on a dream (on someone else's dime).
OK. A few shares for me @ 15-18 cents. MARKed.
What day does the shorts all have to cover?
You know, it's the day when all those billions of shares have to be bought back to short cover.
Told ya it was all BS. Never need to cover. Why should they? Cover locks in a gain and pay taxes.
Never cover unless you feel a stock will go back up. If you never cover an open short position (where you have a paper profit), you never pay the taxes.
Don't you just hate it when the CEO
stops with all the fluff? How it the world will the stock ever go back up again? Doesn't he care about all the bagholders?
Please, we need more BS for the pump!!!
Yes, let's see what he will make up this time. LOL
CEO replied with that? Forward it to the SEC.
A CEO pumping its own stock with a written email. How stupid is that? What an idiot!!!
It's against the law.....
Me neither. My brokerage firms would not
let me "short" a penny stock. "Not allowed."
Ya, you have to be a market maker or some hedge fund. Otherwise you have to go overseas for that.
Fun times?
FLRE has no money. What 500K? LOL
This a little under-a-penny stock. Where is this $500,000 you are talking about?
If they have money, maybe you can get them to pay their phone bill (instead of it not going through MOST of the time). Blame it on "international switches" just doesn't fly. I have dialed across the Pond many times with zero failure rate.
I have not bought any. Still doing DD
on if FLRE is for real. The only real thing right now is just the CEO and the product. Everything else seems to be foggy smoke without any kind of transparency.
When spending hard earned dollars, for me, I have to see what I am buying. Ya, no refunds allowed.
Where do you get this info and what's your point?
Lastly, who is Kars Capital? How are they involved here?
WOW. Why the big drop today?
Got a SPAM a few days ago and was too busy to read it. Is the PD over?
Bag holders?
viking, nice DD.
It is obvious you took time out to gather all these info from multiple sources. And took even more time to put them all in a concise post.
Thanks for sharing. Well thought out and nicely done.
So sad. What? No more drama?
Is FLRE done or is it time to flip the burger?
You can fool some of the people some of the time.
But not all the people all the time.
Zzzzzzz.
Sales? Sale of shares? Or do you mean revenue? No way.
They are not even close to making its first sale. Yes, I know about Seatex and Bibby. Ooo, the beautiful huge out-of-thin-air projections too. So what?
And yes, I know about the three separate trademark applications. So what?
And yes, huge family-affair management team. So what?
Where is the sale? Nowhere in sight. Why? No money.
How many of you have own a business? It take CASH. No money, no talk. (Even sweet talk won't help. LOL)
Nothing from nothing is still nothing.
These PR's have landed on deaf-ear. No one cares about BS anymore. Give real info or else wait for the next pump (before fluff).
Oh, WOW. Zzzzzz. Market said that.
Did you changed the name to FLRE or
is this for real? It just can't be. LOL
Foreigners? That is rude.
Many people here on this board are NOT from nor live in America. You might want to watch what you say about "foreigners."
Please do not call Bibby nor Seatex anymore!
With all these phone calls and emails, (if FLRE is real) you may be harming their business relationship. If you were Bibby or Seatex, can you imagine what they may be thinking with all these inquiries? They might think, "Where there is smoke, there is fire."
This can ruin any new fledgling relationship. YES, you can actually (unintentionally) harm FLRE. Those institutions may choose to not to do real business with FLRE, thereby killing them.
Please stop. Not only are you hurting FLRE, but you are hurting its shareholders in the process. While I believe in doing thorough DD, I do not (and will not) cause any harm to the subject of my research.
Revenge against bad shell people is one thing, killing a potential good company because of guilt-by-association is completely wrong.
Food for thought.
You tried to call Seatex? Whoaaaaa. That is what I call DD.
$0.0086 is not a good close. Nasty.
WOW. Thanks.
Dried up until the next P&D. Zzzzz.
$3,780 plus commish. Ya, great big day. ZZZZ
No, not the same kind of sound as "busy" signal. It was a the kind of sound when someone has not paid their phone bill.
Seriously. Try calling it.
1-877-861-0207
I just called again, one second ago. Same sound and then the call was dropped.
Non-working main company number is not a good thing when you're trying to convince investors to seriously look at your company.
Thanks for the info. I tried calling the main company number and got busy signals.
Over a 3-day period, I tried calling (8 times on) different hours of the day. Same results.
Did they forget to pay their phone bill? LOL
Congrats on an OK day. Little bit down and almost crashed again, but ended OK.
Relax.
Love those fluff PRs where huge brand names are mentioned (as if they were part of FLRE). Anyone can place ads with Google and Yahoo. Advertising partners???
What's with the Mack truck side spread between big and ask today? More buyers needed. LOL
Watching FLRE was like a high speed drama today.
Good for those brave souls willing to buy near $0.008. Rewarded.
Sad for those who bailed near the lows only to watch it run back up near $0.01.
Kinda fun to watch when one doesn't have money in it. If I did at the high of the day, it would have really freaked me out. LOL
The chart above says it all. YIKES.
Kind of ashamed for them. Seems like good product. And seems like good people.
So why is this happening to FLRE?
Sad. Whoever is killing them.....they sure are making lots of $$$ doing it.
Really? Why? Tell us your insider scoop.
What volume breakout? You mean like the day FLRE crashed last week? LOL
How do you know this? Do you have inside information?
