Hopefully.
Wito mentioned good vibes but good vibes are felt when you enter a concert venue, sports venue, church, family gatherings, weddings, parties, bars...unfortunately the nay-sayers putting out good vibes is not going to do anything here.
The owners have caused a vibe from the get-go and unfortunately it's not a good vibe. This vibe would not be relinquished from good vibes on this board.
Plus, as most say, this board doesn't have anything to do with share price.
I'm thinking the same thing. It really does suck for all invested. They do not care about what happens with the company and you are right Ozone, they don't care if they are successful, IMO.
Something very fishy about this whole thing,IMO.
I hope so!!! How can someone make money off buying at .041 and selling at .05 unless they purchase a SHIT load to make any kind of money?
2,000 shares is only $18 made and they would have to pay trader service fees that would nullify their earnings.
It can't be good when someone's selling at .001. What the fuck!!!
Maybe it's some sort of ploy to try and drive the price down to buy a lot of shares at a low cost and pump it up to make some cash??
Maybe??
Received this from pumpsanddumps.com. Sound familiar disregarding company ticker and starting year??
Since going public at the beginning of 2008 via a reverse merger, UFFC's share price has dived 95%, as the stock has been diluted and preferred shares issued in lieu of millions of dollars in debt. At last report, approximately 40 million shares of common stock were issued and outstanding, however conversion of the Series "A" preferred stock alone, doubles that number. In fact, we wouldn't be surprised if this Pump & Dump was designed to relieve debt holders of some of their stock in order to recover at least some loan principle. We'd expect that reported number of shares issued and outstanding to jump substantially with the filing of the company's next 10-Q.
There wasn't and isn't much to spend on start up. Especially with NSL. David and Peter stated they already had connections to get the website done on the very cheap. He already had one of the offices from prior ventures based on the addresses of his prior filings and information from the ventures.
Plus, come to find out, David Saltrelli and Peter Schuster actually have some serious cash. Like in the million range. That is based on something I found. I have to find the file that stated it, though.
I'll check to see if I can find anything?? but I found this which may make it easier to search now that I know what filings I'm looking for;
Go to EDGAR and search for proxy statements DEF-14A. This information is reported as beneficial ownership of common stocks and reports both the number and percentage of stocks owned by the executives (including the board of directors) and institutional shareholders. The proxy statement data is compiled from Schedule 13G and from Schedule 13D which are issued at various times when institutional shareholders acquire a large number of stocks.
His past has everything to do with the way he runs companies but anywho, Mirador Consulting would also want the share price to rise. They also got paid via shares, correct??
The next pump may be Cen-1 or Mirador?
They are suppose to do real advertising. They are suppose to do what they have told you guys they were going to do during your conference call. That's what they are suppose to do.
They are suppose to invest into the company they own.
All the yea-sayers use the people that question the company and the two behind the helm as scapegoats. If you want to make this thing work, you have to go after the two people that control what happens to the stock and the company.
Russ and Dreamhouse are so gung-ho and they protect the owners but the owners are not protecting them. The owners are not doing anything. They are not fulfilling their promises.
If you want to get things done don't sit on this board and bitch at the people that question the owners. Go after the owners. You have had conference calls and you have been pushed aside but instead of going after who's causing the problem you use scapegoats. Are you afraid to tell David Saltrelli and Peter Schuster to do their jobs? I am going to do what I need to do. You do what you need to do.
I will gladly meet with David and Peter and I will gladly question everything they are saying and doing but they will not remain on the line once they start spinning their lies and I start questioning their business ethics.
Let me tell all of you "positive" people a little something.
You get mad at me for giving facts and looking for answers but I would not have even started if David Saltrelli and Peter Schuster did what they have promised to do. If they did what needs to be done to make the company work.
Blame my search for answers on the owners of the company.
None of this would happen if they did their jobs.
I've been trying to think of why you all are mad at me?? It's puzzling to think that I have something to do with this??
I will not stop until David Saltrelli and Peter Schuster do what they are suppose to do.
The address for the;
Megalink Global, Inc.
2840 West Bay Drive
Suite 176
Belleair Bluffs, FL 33770
is a UPS store also??
I'm NOT wrong. That's STRICTLY YOUR OPINION.
If it goes up, and possible investors want to wait for some time to make money on a penny stock which are usually in and out situations than you are right.
If they want a quick turn around then you may be wrong?? Time will answer that.
As far as investing into a company that the owner's aren't doing shit for growth of the company and not meeting promises they have made to investors, it's NOT a good company to invest in.
I my honest opinion, do not buy this stock at all. Too much of a chance and too long of a wait to see if the chance pans out.
David Saltrelli and Peter Schuster are not doing anything they have informed investors that they would do. They have been dragging their feet while waiting for the sky to fall??
They are certainly going to have to do something.
Maybe they should do another Pump?? The first one worked really well. The second, better than anything else they are doing.
What about the other 2 addresses?? And also;
Megalink Global, Inc.
2840 West Bay Drive
Suite 176
Belleair Bluffs, FL 33770
Should be right down the way from Clearwater.
NSL was going to buy Megalink but Megalink didn't have the paperwork. The thing is David Saltrelli and Peter Schuster already owned Megalink. They issued a release stating the purchase of another company but they already owned it meaning they were pumping the company themselves.
WHAT ABOUT THE OTHER 2 2 2 2 2 2OFFICES??????????
LOOK AT THE ADDRESSES BELOW!!!! THEY ARE ALL THE REAL ADDRESSES!!!
Why doesn't someone question me on their office addresses and you won't look to even acknowledge them?? I give facts and you guys come after me but it's o.k. that you gives opinions and everyone should listen??
These 3 addresses I listed yesterday are the real deal. Form 2 SEC filing from this year and 1 from the actual website. These addresses have also been used with their prior ventures as stated yesterday.
The headquarters of NSL according to SEC file number; 000-53346 dated July 14, 2011 and July 20, 2011;
101 North Garden, Suite 240
Clearwater, FL 33755
Form 10-K for NSL lists;
645 Bayway Boulevard,
Clearwater Beach, FL 33767
A third office is listed under contact information on the company website;
140 Island Way, Suite 280
Clearwater, FL 33767
This is good to know. I'm definitely heading down there but more than likely after the Holidayz.
You should meet me down there??
There's no business. David Saltrelli tells investors what he's doing and what he is going to do but those are just words. He has promised a fair amount but nothing so far. Seems to me he is waiting for others to do something?
Mutiny is the only way dude will give up reigns.
May need a tank and a couple aircrafts of sorts. Possibly a destroyer since Clearwater in on the water!!!
I am thinking the same thing. You, Russ or Dreamhouse take over the running of the company. That includes their cash and using it to it's potential.
IMO, THAT IS THE ONLY WAY THIS WILL EVER WORK.
Maybe Wito should suggest it being that he's the one with the connection to David Saltrelli.
I know. Thank you for the reply.
NSL in da green and hopefully will stay?
What happened to posts 59 & 60?? They were deleted.
I saw my name in the title.
You can't help but try to take me down. Even when I'm not on the board. Rewrite what was deleted. or get a fucking life
There are (2) offices in Clearwater and (1) in Clearwater Beach. The addresses I posted are correct and I am 100,000,000% positive of this.
Like they need 3 offices for four employees!!! RIGHT!!!
They have had these office for a couple of their ventures not including CXLT but from 10 years ago so they may own them, IMO??
The headquarters of NSL according to SEC file number; 000-53346 dated July 14, 2011 and July 20, 2011;

Form 10-K for NSL lists;
645 Bayway Boulevard, (owned by Georgia co. but located in Riviera beach, FL)
Clearwater Beach, FL 33767 (Check people’s association with David)
A third office is listed under contact information on the company website;
140 Island Way, Suite 280
Clearwater, FL 33767
There's actually 3 locations. No one knows why, though??
I don't know what size they are but here are the addresses;

I agree with you. Most companies do try to settle due to what is best for their financial interests and their reputation. It is the way of today.
Customer service rules the waves. People look at the customer service of companies to choose what company they want. Makes it easier knowing that situation can be handled easily.
Saying that, NSL should be the same way but seems that they say what they need to say to keep investors off their back. So far the promises they have made have not been supported by their actions.
They need to step up so the company doesn't go down. Time will tell even though they have given plenty of time to do what they have said they were going to do.
Any of the stocks can do anything. I have a couple more costly stocks; AA and MCP, that have seen better dayz but they are coming back around right now.
The thing is, penny stocks aren't long term stocks.
In and out like the sexual stamina of a virgin.
Though it seems most stocks you have to keep on eye on these days. Seemed like the past you would buy stock and don't look but wait for 10-20 years.
Definitely no comparison.
I am not looking to bury anyone but the two men in plaid. That's it.
If they can make this thing work I MAY think about not issuing a complaint but I don't think they will do what they have told investor's they were going to do so...
One reason I present this information is to make David Saltrelli and Peter Schuster aware of the fact that people know their history and they better prove otherwise.
It also helps investors make the decision to invest or not.
I'm certainly hoping, Russ. The problem is, I need the cash flow now.
By then it won't matter to me anymore? We'll see.
Here's a judgement if you remember?? or you choose not too see the BIG picture;
The companies either were operated by or advised by Passport officials, or corporate officers David Saltrelli and Michael Panaggio,...
Since May 1985, Passport has drawn 189 written complaints to the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services. Most involved refunds, records show. The firm has settled 125 of the complaints.
Here's a lien I'm seeing nearly a million dollars for;
The I.R.S. filed several federal tax liens against David Saltrelli relating to unpaid federal income taxes. One lien covers the periods beginning with the tax year ending December 31, 1979 and continuing through the tax year ending December 31, 1982 in the aggregate amount of $902,889.20.
The second covers tax years 1993, 1994 and 1995 in the aggregate amount of $36,721.98.
If he does something?? Anything to promote a spike??
Be prepared for the pump and then jump and they dump.
We are not waiting for me to move on.
We are waiting for David Saltrelli and Peter Schuster to make moves so we can move on. You know that's what we are waiting for, Right??
Am I to think that you think the company names that I present are made up?? That I just chose names and dates and placed them on this board for...?? All the names I have put on this board are real. They all have existed and they were all owned by David Satlrelli and/or Peter Schuster.
What makes you think I am making this information up??
I grew up within the megalopolis. Mainly the Washington D.C. to Baltimore city areas, and Annapolis in between. I am definitely use to the city and was not pampered in any fashion.
The reason the D&P caught me off guard was due to my inexperience with the marketplace of stocks. This has definitely been an eye opener for me and I'm sure a lot of others.
Perhaps me growing up in the city has tainted my belief in people. In the city there are scams everywhere and for anything. You have to be aware of what and who is around you, especially if you are walking.
Perhaps I see what you don't? Perhaps you growing up in a small town has hindered your ability to see the larger picture?
After looking up the past of the two men in plaid, I am pretty sure I have not misjudged anything, IMO.
I have not seen any movement with NSL's plans to build their company except a bunch of bullshit.
Lots of promises and devotion to action but no movement. Seems to me, IMO, that they are stalling and waiting for...You perhaps? to do their work??
IMO if Russ, Dreamhouse...took over the business with the money that NSL has to spend to make the company work well. It would already be working well.
IMO, that's what really needs to be done.
No. David Saltrelli is always listed as President. Multiples of titles in most cases. Why have the companies failed? Is it that they didn't know how to run the company's? It's a very fair question for investors to know.
You seem to be pretty "in" with them.
Why aren't they implementing what they have promised with Net Savings Link? That would be important to investors.
