I'll check to see if I can find anything?? but I found this which may make it easier to search now that I know what filings I'm looking for;

Go to EDGAR and search for proxy statements DEF-14A. This information is reported as beneficial ownership of common stocks and reports both the number and percentage of stocks owned by the executives (including the board of directors) and institutional shareholders. The proxy statement data is compiled from Schedule 13G and from Schedule 13D which are issued at various times when institutional shareholders acquire a large number of stocks.
