feels like daily pullback coming. should flip but as normal, I won't
Nice PM paint by shorts trying to keep it down.
LOL
Will Today be our day?? Not that Friday was all that bad ;)
Opening Price Target Lowered.
I was guessing from .88 to around 1.33 on the low side.
1. Based on the smokes and mirrors and lack of any substance picture tour of the facility last week.
2. Based on Dittmans Business and gambling profile not matching up with the willful squandering of Millions worth of Share Price Value ( due to halt )
I say Pump/Dump in some sense of the word and am now putting a opening price in the range of
.44 - .80
All Just my Opinion... and probably very wrong in estimation - but really looking more and more like a total POS the more that comes out.
It could easily open 1.88 or something... but I'd be super cautious about buying in for more than a couple hours at a time in the future. going from smelling bad to rotten
Dittman = CPA, Small Business Consultant
His profile is a huge Tell. IMO.
Plays Poker.. this guy knows what he's doing and cares about Money. He's Gambler for Gods sake! I've played tournament poker and there is a distinct personality profile that succeeds in that game or even chases the dream. 1st of all. They care about Cash, are often looking for an angle, and are always looking for a winning formula.
I can't see someone from this background sitting there and not paying attention to many $millions sitting on the table.. Would not just walk away from a Pot that big etc..
This is looking more and more like an orchestrasted set-up to put $millions of stupid investors $$ into insiders pocket. IMO

Nice......
showing a bit of life... just a bit
until it got kicked back. all in time to edit this post.
Wow that is a death sentence post...
doesn't make for good reading. worth repeating to set expectations
"Most everyone knows that *some* have come back. I only know of 2 out of about 1600+ suspensions, so the odds that they will come back from the gray market are incredibly long. Not to mention the average time for those 2 companies to get off the gray market has been about 3 YEARS, and trading once they do return is very light - only a fraction of their pre-suspension volume - and the stock prices remain moribund.
The evaluation that an SEC suspension is a literal death sentence is not changed by the example of the 2 (or 3) companies that have returned from the gray market, as those stocks are pretty much zombies still."
Fair comments Maximus.
I think I do remember when people were harassing you for your negativity a few months back.
I truly hope for honest long term investors that there will be some sort of silver lining on this when trading resumes
Whether or not Dittman is a crook or just a disorganized businessman will come out in the wash. I'm guessing the former, but that is just a guess based on my DD.
Having run my own business for the past 17 years, which has been a consultancy to hundreds of other businesses during this time; I can say that I wouldn't expect such a disorganized business to be around that long. maybe this is just strike 1 and they will learn from it.
Good luck with your investment. I'll be buying on what I perceive as the bottom and will take stock in the in situ from there.
Dittman HAS to come out firing though. Silence will kill any hope for a very long time. IMO
Disgusting. is all I can say. if it settles down here, you can just call me bagholder. won't sell though. pretty much going to make a stand on this one.
emotional involvement. never a good sight.
GLTA
end of day bound back up to 4.60?
one can hope :)
How do you know what he Dumped and Didn't dump Maximus?
or this another "common sense tells me" argument based on no facts and only Hope.
We all know that Hope is a fantastic investment strategy.
I also find...
laughable to say Dittman is unorganized, lazy and not focused on the daily movement of the pps...but he is a pioneer in the industry and knows his stuff.
Dittman was pretty much a CPA LOL> or least high on the forensic side.
He got a Degree in Financial Accounting from a top University and went to work from of the most prestigious Accountancy outfits in the world. DELOITTE. He worked their for 4 years before he got this grand idea to IPO a pot company.
I find it far more plausible that he was using his sizable access to shares to sell the heck into strength and line his pocket with Millions.
time will tell. But the Denial laden Kool-ade stories being thought up on this board... well that is laughable.
Denial, Anger, Bargaining, Depression & Acceptance
the accepted 5 phases one goes through in Loss
from reading posts sounds like most are still in Denial.
Anger & Bargaining will take over the moment the post-suspension Share Price is revealed ( I'm guessing 1.33 on a high and .88 on a low ) ?? any better guesses?
Depression will set in once either the Share Price has settled into a Market price 'probably near or possibly under $1' - or when selling of your position is complete.
Acceptance is the tricky one. Last I was in a Halted position, just over 3 years ago which opened with a 75% haircut... even though I thought I'd accepted it within the week - I actually came to realize it took more like a couple years before I'd truly let it go.
I lost about $40,000 on a $48,000 stake on that one. But knew a few who lost 3x, 6x that.
life will go on.

Pretty Quiet. back in 4.55
mlm I agree with some of your claims/DD but not all.
I called them about 6 weeks ago as I'm investing in a grow/distribution operation out of Alaska ( Vote has to pass first )
When I contacted Fusion I was immediately put in touch with a sales/account manager who was very helpful and informative.
to the point that she told me to "slow down" nothing is going to happen in Alaska for a while. She said they'd love to kit out our facility but that shipping would be very expensive. So I might want to look at all options.
In addition she had me come back with mains Voltage and a couple other particulars to make sure their system could work for me.
In the end, they said that
1. until we building a weather proof warehouse that their pods wouldn't really work. They've had troubles with moisture shorting out the electricity
2. Alaska is going to be tuff. Washington has already been pushed back.
So. in Conclusion... they are a business.
The only reason I was only engaged in day trading this POS is for the reason that I didn't trust Dittman with all his shares. I was convinced he sold the F*ck out of them when it was near $7 Thanks for that bit of DD. answered some lingering questions I had.
The minimal research on his background gave me the impression he was well versed on the ins/outs of pulling off a scam. JMO
FSPM halted on Friday. was just doing a search to see what you guys thought about that. didn't see any comments.
Anyway. another one bites the dust. SEC is on a war-path to scrutinize MJs.
Any way to find out if they have made the same requests for info from MCIG as they did from FSPM ( which went unanswered )
I wish the best for all.... but be aware guys, one after another MJs are getting halted by the SEC.
maybe MCIG is legit... but of all the smaller MJs. FSPM looked about the most legit. Run by a former Delloite Financial Accountant etc.
good luck to all
Dittman=4yrs Delloite. Degree in Financial Accounting....
c'mon guys..
you act like this was some over-sight and brain fart by the company not to deal with formal/repeated requests from the SEC. That they are the victims and that your emotionally charged investment idea will be vindicated.
If Dittman wasn't in the house, there could be argument for naivity on the behalf of poor little FSPM.
---BUT for the Fact Dittman was very much in the house. Was in fact a Business Advisor for companies the size of FSPM while at Delloite Well that makes a very, VERY strong argument for the case that FSPM was engaged in Stock Fraud activity.
every wonder if while at Deloitte he saw the path to richs were setting up a small company and IPO'ing it???
Sorry, but that's a pretty clear way to look at it.
No?
OTC Stocks - trade the MOMENTUM only, they will bounce along the way but over the long term 99% of them will lose 99%
FSPM was a good trader & every once in a while I got excited and thought it could be the real deal, but woke up the next day thinking... Naw.. too risky
will open well below $2 now. 60% haircut would be par for the course.
Invested in Sunrise Communications 10 years ago. it was a scammy outfit then and no reason to believe that "American Green" isn't their latest attempt at a paycheck from gullible investors.
Time will tell. For me Trust is difficult to regain, once lost
THAT. paints bad picture. not good at all.
Any Info as to Why HALT?
Say it isn't so... was out Thurs/Friday but was looking for a pullback to do some trading.
How bad is it????
sorry to hear this news. I hope it turns out OK
ABB - Always Be Banking
out 2.48 from 2.15. took me two days to do it. Maybe I kept the price down a bit with my sell orders, but best to take some profits when they're there...
GLTA
Hope it pops to $3 for you guys today!!
Director buys 10,850 shares at $4.09.
$44K of his own money says CYTK is going in one direction, and that's up.
I'm with you. anything in this range is good money. IMO
I'm happy to hold for weeks, a month or more if that is what it will take for see significant multi$$ SP rise returns.
Is this ever going to get to $5? i'm green and all but still this 4.50 stuff is just b.s. to watch on a daily basis
Don't know about $8.64 but certainly see $1pop from here easy within next week or so.
looking better each day
can't believe I slowly watched all those profits bleed away.
let's see what tomorrow brings. but I'm not happy about this!
in ADMP pretty big for tomorrows article. multibagger from here long term.
umm... GPDB is coming out with an article. up 35% today from 3.56
should hit $5
umm... comon CYTK.. goooooo little piggie all the way to $5
yep.. mine took a while to fill... and then dropped to 2.10 instantly!
typical
think should get back to mid $2 as least from here. don't think there is any reason for people to completely capitulate.... which tbh I think would have to happen fro much lower than $2
good luck to all
I'm going to Hold for a while. at least until I'm down another couple grand :) :)
OK. back in @ $2.15
let's see from here.
in from 4.30....
let's see if I can make back those $1000's I lost last R/T
:)
MJs have not seen the end of the beating yet. JMO
