Time to replace Merritt and the whole board. They do little to nothing
and get huge bonuses. They have become our worst enemy can't license
small companies, and do sweetheart deals with the top 3. Either the SOB'S
are infringing and should pay a higher rate or they are not infringing and
based on them paying they are infringing.
JMO

When did the insiders sell and what price and how many. Historically they
have sold and the stock is worth tons more than what they sold at. Maybe
they are getting smart and realize they would be making a lot more money
holding the shares. The license department getting all the bonuses they
get is a disgrace and Merritt and the board should be ashamed to grant
those bonuses, that is their job to license our technology and in my
opinion they don't deserve any bonus.

Want to make a bet we see no audit or form 10 this month, this year?
They haven't had one for years, they haven't displayed what is in their
library for years, they haven't produced the big movies the promised for
years. They have been sued by everyone they do business with for not
paying. Other than that Eric is doing a great job, he can blog sheet with
the best of them.
JMO

Who knows and who really cares, the market makers walks it the way the
want it to go. Hopefully we get news but with the license department
IDCC has they may get a deal done if it is bonus time. Pathetic is all
I can say about the license team at IDCC. I wish I felt better about
them but with all QCOM has licensed versus the amount IDCC has licensed
I would fire the hell out of this bunch.
JMO

Looks like quite a few shares need to be bought or lost!!!!
The number of shares that has to be delivered or bought is pretty high
still and if they decide to push it up it could get even higher. The buyer
this morning is no fool and intends to see the stock goes higher. I
strongly suggest you buy now if you sold calls and want to keep the stock.
Some of you may even if you cover may have a profit and those who shorted
or sold this week may have a problem.
JMO
Mickey
My opinion!!!!
Someone needed to sell bad this morning as they probably shorted some
other stocks and was needing to raise cash and probably had a nice profit
in IDCC. Otherwise I don't understand the sell but the market maker that
bought the stock intends on making good money on that size of investment.
If I am right then they will see the stock goes higher.
JMO

I like what he suggests that appears to be able to stop all this litigation
and show clear ownership. What we have now is a 3 ring circus and your
inventions and labor thrown to the side. If they had this years ago IDCC
would be a monster stock already/
JMO
Mickey
triangle
It is either a idiot that did this or a setup between 1 broker to another
which probably will get canceled. The stock goes higher and with a little
help from IDCC or a big fund moves in goes a lot higher. They have if they
want to stick it to those who thought selling some calls this week was
easy money and then add on the real call writers and the shorts and the
stock could explode. A license agreement today would be nice but with the
lousy team we have to license who knows when they or the company does a
damn thing. To not have a new license or no new court filings seeking a
injunction is hard to understand. LG is totally defenseless and ZTE is
a admitted thief and seller of information that could harm our country.
I wouldn't want to be them and go before a U.S. court with what they have
owned up to doing and having paid the U.S. government already.

When shareholders ask for a audit and form 10 for years that has been
going to be done and never done, they have every right to say it was a
lie. When they say they have a library worth 28 million and shareholders
ask what is in this library and they get no response then the only
conclusion one can come to is there is no library. Years and years of
promises of movies going to be made and they never happen leads one to
believe they have been totally lying. They had rather be dragged through
barnyard manure than go to court and have to show a audit and form 10 and
what is in this valuable library. Let me ask you if you was CEO in this
length of time you wouldn't deliver a audit or form 10 and no showing
shareholders what is in the library and why you can't deliver on the
movies you tout as going to do and never do?
JMO
Mickey
I can only say be very careful of what you think is a sure thing!!!!!
The market wants you to feel comfortable that they will close the stock
Friday below $85.00. Hence you may want to sell some higher price calls
and the market rips the stock right away from you and some of you may
be caught short. Looks to easy so watch out.
JMO
Mickey
vegas options
Open interest in March if stock should get over $95.00 a share is 7,000
or more calls. Even at $90.00 the 0pen interest is over 5,000 shares. That
is enough to get their attention. I bought 35 September $60.00 calls today.
I think we have a lot of news between now and September that will put the
stock a lot higher. The sellers and call writers are at high risk that
news including a possible buy out offer could happen any time. One thing
for sure is the unlicensed owes back money and if the big 3 license and the
others are standard compliant they damn well owe. I will say it again
Microsoft/Nokia is a big deal and IDCC according to Microsoft was asking
for over 3 billion and that was then and I am sure it has grown since
that request. I remember when Nokia spokesperson said Nokia owed but
IDCC wanted to much so they just ignored IDCC and kept on making and
selling phones. If that doesn't constitute treble damages then why even
have treble damages?
JMO
Mickey
If stock goes over $88.00 before Friday we may see a hell of a rally!!!!!!
They have fed the call writers and shorts a lot of crap and they can burn
them big time. There are no real sellers here if anything it is more
small buyers with the possibility IDCC buys and or a fund adds more
shares big time. News will ruin the call writers and the shorts. Hit us
up with a new license IDCC or hit us up with -people have been fired in
the license department. With probably close to a hundred unlicensed we
should be getting license agreement almost every week. Hell hire me and
I will get license agreements and for sure could do no worse.
JMO
Mickey
Things people are overlooking!!
Fundamentals for one, as IDCC has cash and the ability to buy back more
stock. The fact they have the top 3 companies licensed and revenue
projections that have no new license and no back money coming in. Are you
so stupid to think the top 3 companies think they should be paying and
the rest of the industry be standard compliant and not owe? When the
back payments come in do you not think IDCC will be retiring more stock?
Do you not think the corporate tax cut will not be a huge win for IDCC
especially with lots of back money owed. Who the hell are Microsoft/Nokia
to think they could be standard compliant and not owe IDCC? They are just
jacking IDCC around and ultimately will pay. This taking this long is a
crock and hopefully this type of crap ends soon.
In other words lots and lots of reason's to be a buyer here. One thing we
know is the funds have been buyers and I look for them to really move
into the stock even more with new news. Don't let idiots tell you what
they think as they haven't factored a damn thing in and that is what is
going to cost them.
JMO
Mickey
The stock wants to go higher!!!!!!
If we get the short sellers and call writers out of the way then the stock
moves up big time and they lose it all. The ability to crush them is
looming bigger and bigger. Like I have said they are playing with fire
just begging to get burned. News now would be devastating to them.
JMO
Mickey
Just bought 35 IDCC September $60.00 calls.
I think the stock will be a whole lot higher than today's price sooner
rather than later. I also think LG since they reneged on their 2G, 3G
license agreement even though the agreement expired and LG was to be
paid up for 2G which IDCC would never agreed to without a 3g license that
LG by not honoring the 3G license therefore reneged on the whole license
agreement and also owes for 2G. They used the 3G agreement to get the
benefit of free use for 2G after the agreement expired. To renege means
you now owe for all sales of 2G handsets after the agreement expired.
JMO
Mickey
jiff
If anyone should want to take IDCC out it should be Microsoft since they
went on the hook also for the Nokia debt to IDCC which according to
Microsoft IDCC was seeking over 3 billion. Now if by chance they went to
court and got hit with treble they could pay but it would be cheaper to
buy IDCC and incorporate them into their portfolio and collect from others.
Zacks is setting the shorts up for a huge loss as any day these sorry
people we have as a best in class license team may actually get a new
license accompanied with lots of back money. The sellers have more guts
than a chitterling wagon. How you can short a stock that could any day
have news that could give you humongous loss is hard to understand.
JMO
Mickey
jiff
Excuse me what makes you think IDCC wanted to sell more of their patents?
IDCC could easily say the patents we are selling does not make our patents
bring additional royalty rates.
Since that deal was done now we have 5G coming and the IDCC patents and
the Hillcrest patents make IDCC worth a ton more. The fact is IDCC has
the 3 largest handset manufactures licensed. Now what makes the others
think they don't owe and still be compliant with the standards?
Where IDCC has been weak at for years and years is the license team which
should have been replaced years ago and IDCC should have hired license
personel from QCOM and maybe we would have all licensed and the stock
trading over $200.00 a share.
I am sick at how IDCC has handled the LG situation, they should have LG
in court seeking a injunction against them. This is Merritt's fault as
far as I am concerned and if no action is taken then maybe Merritt should
go.
JMO
Mickey
I thought this morning maybe the street was going to stick it to the shorts
However I was wrong it appears the street is the ones who have shorted
the stock and they control it completely. Will unexpected news ruin them
damned if I know. The stock is manipulated and fundamentals and back
money owed means nothing to the manipulators, the only thing that can mean
something to them is when the stock takes off and they short it again and
it just keeps going up and breakes the smaller players and gives the big
boys a nice big loss. Now a buyout would be the last thing the shorts would
ever want.
JMO
Mickey
I now say IDCC may well be in play after the Intel purchase of Mobileye.
The need for technology for automobiles and other sources will be paramount
in the future. I now see where Intel might need the IDCC technology along
with the Hillcrest technology to dominate the industry use of virtual
reality and sensors. IDCC may be the big dog in Internet of things
and with the sensors which in my opinion will be needed to compliment
Mobileye as one would think the sensors may be more important than a
camera.

If there was a library the company would have shown the shareholders
exactly what is in this valuable library. To the present date not any of

As long as I am alive I will voice my opinion and don't care what you
think. You have never been our friend and you never will. If you are still
short I hope they stick it to you big time. Why don't you call Blackrock
and tell them how stupid they are.
JMO
Mickey
The shorts have control of the stock price.
Will IDCC buy back shares or give us news? The street is betting they
can control the stock and collect all the call money. It takes news or
a big time buyer that understands how to create a market run, otherwise
we are at the streets mercy.
JMO
Mickey
hrbart
Thanks, and if IDCC gives us good news we will break $105.00 and if
Blackrock can still buy more then they can put a hurt on the new shorts
and cal writers. The stock is poised to fly with all the new shorts
and the limited amount of available shares.
If the shorts lose control of the stock then as they say all hell can
break loose. They will try to control the stock till they lose control.
IDCC hopefully will have a good news announcement but I thought they
would have announced a ZTE, or LG deal already.
JMO
Mickey
asr1
The street has taken advantage of the longs and they absolutely have baited
the trap to ruin shorts. Between the new short interest and all the calls
up to and including the $105.00 price the need for stock could be huge.
If the street elects to run the stock they can put it into numbers that
even I don't envision next week but they could run it big time as there
are few sellers and the need for stock can become paramount if they run it.
JMO
Mickey
Thank all of you who have wished me well, but lets keep the subject on
IDCC. I lived to see $100.00 hopefully will see $150.00.
The potential for this stock is huge and how you can disregard the back
money owed like they will not collect it is beyond belief. ZTE I think will
be in serious trouble in court having confessed to the government of
fraud and stealing IPR and selling it to Iran, no judge or jury will have
a lot of sympathy for ZTE.
LG has no defense in the world that I can think of and to still advertise
their phones on our t.v. takes a big set of balls when you had licensed
3G and the license expired and as a benefit of signing to pay for 3G you
received the right to not pay for 2G. If I was IDCC I would include any
sales of 2G phones now since they breached the license agreement after it
expired. Do you think IDCC would be so stupid as to let them sell 2G
phones and not pay if they didn't expect LG would be paying for the 3G
sales?
Xaiomi, and Lenovo are liable for both 2G and 3G and any other things
they sold including infrastructure and the Huawei license and back pay
makes it hard for these 2.
Now our friends Microsoft/Nokia I think will have a hard time saying they
were industry compliant and not use the IDCC technology and I still think
there own words will haunt them.
I fully expect at least 2 new license this year or damn sure better see
some court filings requesting a injunction.
Avanci also had better start getting some license just to show they can
and the license should prove allowing them to license product is actually
beneficial to all that joined them.
JMO
Mickey
Just got back from the V,A. news not to good and disappointed in the stock
price, but expect new highs soon.
I was informed my lung cancer has spread and I should have been getting
treatment months ago. They put me on chemo therapy with my first treatment
today. They say only 1 in 5 do good on this treatment but those that do
good live a long time. They will be giving me treatment every 2 weeks and
checking to see if it is working. I am not about to give up and hope I am
1 that it works on. I will be posting as long as I am doing o.k. just hope
we see some new license and lots of back money and the stock take off to
new highs. I think when the Internet of things is in full force we could
see more than 1 stock split and a nice increase in the dividend.
JMO
Mickey
IDCCfan
To think others down played me when I stated the Internet of things will
generate tons and tons of money for IDCC. Hopefully the Avanci relationship
starts to pay off soon. I also maintain that there are at least 700 million
back money owed for 2G and 3G as almost all owe for 2G that had never
licensed 2G with IDCC. LG is paid up for 2G but owe for 3G and 4G LTE and
5G. I think ZTE owes a ton and think we see that money soon. Be nice if it
happened before the March options expired. If it did we could see one hell
of a short squeeze.
JMO
Mickey
I may be wrong but I think ZTE will not wamt to go to court!!!!!
Hard to proceed to a U.S. court when you have admitted to selling
unlicensed products to Iran. I expect a license soon.
JMO
Mickey
Paulee
I would say some time soon after March 29th we will get a ZTE license.
Just a guess but having used ZTE as a illustration in the conference call
makes me believe that ZTE will be our next licensee.
JMO
Mickey
I been thinking!!!!!!
One would think that sensors could and should be utilized on all trains
so when they either are going to fast or approaching a curve the sensor
would automatically slow the train down to a safe speed. This would save
millions for the railroad industry when they have trains derail it can
be a huge expense. Even if the engineer was asleep the train would adjust
to a safe speed, and or apply the brakes if it was needed. I wonder could
the sensors also pick up where the tracks need repair?
JMO
Mickey
If the fed raises rates who benefits?
The answer is companies that have lots of cash on hand as they will see
the cash receive more interest. Hence higher rates would be a benefit to
IDCC. I personally don't want to see rates raised but it appears the street
wants the fed to raise rates as they think it is a sign the economy is
doing a lot better.
Merritt it is time to crap or get off the pot with the unlicensed companes
and the same goes for acqusitions. This sitting on cash and not buying
back stock or increasing dividends and not acquiring new companies and
not getting new license means why the hell are you getting paid?
JMO
Mickey
Old saying never short a dull market and the IDCC trading is indicitive
of a dull market. Look for higher prices.
I think we can only expect good news as the street has had their day in
the sun, and any news we get now will be positive for us. I expect new
highs sooner than later. Fundamentals and future deals dictate IDCC is
a SCREAMING BUY AT THESE LEVELS.
JMO
Mickey
Let me say this about the Internet of things!!!!
The use of the Internet of things will grow big time it is not a one shot
Charlie. The use of a city will be every day and the use of water meters
will be a every day somewhere. The controlling home appliances will happen
forever. Hence as time goes by the revenue will only increase for years
and years. I look for the Internet of things to surpass the cell phone
revenues annually. I forgot to mention there maybe even robot use which
might be a double barrel return for IDCC as sensors will be a big time
need in the future also.
Let me add companies don't spend millions to billions developing
technology to get paid virtually nothing for it but it by used world
wide. That is why I think Avanci will get a lot more for the technology
than what IDCC envisioned. IDCC thinks small when it comes to license and
I am sure Avanci can't get the QCOM'S, Ericsson's of the world to get
hardly nothing for a license. The fact that IDCC will also not have any
legal expenses surrounding these deals is a big plus. None of this crap
we have going on now that it is go to court when they damn well know they
are infringing. I hope Nokia goes totally out of business as what they
did in my opinion is blatantly utilize the technology and did their best
to try to bankrupt IDCC.
JMO
Mickey
loophole
Yes and no, as the rate may be fixed but you are not accounting for the
unlicensed and all the back money owed and them signing increases ongoing.
There has to be a time when a stock split happens and a increase in the
dividend. When I say back money is 700 million or more excluding Microsoft/
Nokia. We haven't figured in anything yet for M2M or the Internet of
things or the value of the sensor technology. If they collect on all the
back money and get a reasonable settlement from Microsoft/Nokia I still
see a stock over $200.00.
JMO
Mickey
Sometimes I wonder about our posters!!!!!!
Either they don't understand what IDCC has and what is owed or they are
short and or sold and wish they hadn't. The company has tons of cash and
expenses will be going down, and a corporate tax cut will happen. Between
the corporate tax cut and the back money owed that probably 4 companies
will license this year and the internet of things and you can't see that
the stock is grossly undervalued then you really have no clue on what
the company has and the future. This temporary manipulation has not a thing
to do with the strong position the company has going forward. I will tell
you those who are taking advantage of these prices will be handsomely
rewarded. What if Microft/Nokia should settle and the stock be worth
over $200.00 before a cat could lick his azz. LG, ZTE, Lenovo, and Xaiomi
most likely settle this year. If not hopefully they get hit with treble
damages. LG in my opinion has no leg to stand on at all. They became
unlicensed in 2010 after already signing a 3G license. I wouldn't want
to represent them unless they paid in advance.ZTE with Huawei already
licensed and paying back money puts them in a bind as well as Lenovo,
and Xaiomi. I still see Foxconn signing a license also as I understnad
they will be making more phones than just Apple phones.
If the Internet of things was successful in London then I certainly see
all of England wanting to use the technology and hopefully so will the
rest of the world.
JMO
Mickey
I suggest you all read this and see how strong IDCC technology is!!!!!!

If you can't read what I posted it is shown at the top of the IDCC IHub
page. IDCC is stronger than bears breath in the future of Internet of
things. IDCC engineers have always been ahead on their technology if the
license department was half as good as the engineers the stock would be
over $200.00 and all would be licensed and paying. I don't think the
street is so stupid they can't see the future of IDCC. Hopefully the
street has covered their short positions and they now burn the little
people that shorted the stock. This is a solid company with more future
technology that will be used and as I have said over and over the
Hillcrest purchase was the smartest thing Merritt has done. I can't say
a lot of the other moves gets my approval but Hillcrest was smart. Now it
is time to get the unlicensed licensed or fire the hell out of the best
in class license team and maybe Merritt for allowing them to do hardly
anything for years but getting paid and bonuses for what they are
supposed to be paid to do. Does the janitor get paid a bonus because they
do their job? Management is quick to dole out money to what I perceive as
the worst license team known to man.
JMO
Mickey
Just my opinion!!!!!
If you think cities will be using the transportation system for peanuts
you are crazy. There are more companies involved in this than IDCC and
they expect to get paid fairly for their efforts, hence so should IDCC
because without the IDCC technology they have nothing.
Next meter reading, how many meters around the world will be using this
technology? The savings on reading meters will be significant and a small
amount on these readings will still be huge. Let us not forget the need
for the Hillcrest sensors and all the in home products that will be
used daily. Then you have smart t.v's and virtual reality and who knows
where else these sensors will be needed. I see a strong need for them in
the military use. Let us not forget robots also which all will need
sensors and robots will be increasing every year.
Back to IDCC who has the top 3 manufactures licensed and how do the
smaller manufactures think they can be standard compliant and not need
the IDCC technology. IDCC already has lots of cash and with each new
license they will get back money and ongoing royalty payments increasing
earnings and most likely a reduction in shares. Hopefully at some time
they split the stock. Excluding Microsoft/Nokia I predict back money owed
should be 700 million or more and we know IDCC was asking Microsoft/Nokia
for 3 billion. If they collect on all of these you definitely have a
stock worth way over $200.00 a share. We don't know how much Avanci will
generate but they are involved with heavy hitters and the Internet of
things is a monster.
JMO
Mickey
Le2la
It is a lot easier to measure bullsheet than the market.IDCC is a stone
cold screaming buy and the market has farther upside as earnings are
growing and interest rate low and a corporate tax cut makes stock cheap.
Put that in your pipe and smoke it.
JMO
Mickey
asr1
Kind of funny if it wasn't so sad that after the Apple announcement the
stock went to $98.00 and ultimately over $102.00 with full knowledge
of what IDCC had already told the street about future earnings. Then when
IDCC re states what they had already told the street they take the stock
down 20 points. Now with full knowledge the stock was worth $102.00 and
then take it down on the same news is a frigging joke. They totally
disregard any new license accompanied with back payments and no money for
the Internet of things which will be humongous and nothing for future
corporate tax cuts which will all go to the bottom line for profit.
I will say this when the news starts pouring in it will be a avalanche
and the cash on hand will sky rocket and maybe retiring of more shares
and a stock split will happen. I wish IDCC had enlighten us on when they
expect to see revenues commence from the Avanci agreement. If you don't
think the Internet of things is going to be a huge revenue stream for
IDCC I say sell the IDCC stock as you can't see the future of IDCC.
