ATLANTA, GA -- 09/08/09 -- LIGATT Security International (LSI) (PINKSHEETS: LGTT) CEO Gregory Evans announced today the company will begin hosting continuous free cyber security awareness interactive webcasts during October, which is National Cyber Security Awareness month.
National Cyber Security Awareness Month (NCSAM) is a collaborative initiative of a broad array of industry, government, academic, non-profit and other organizations. National Cyber Security Awareness Month, observed in October and organized by the National Cyber Security Alliance, is an intensive awareness movement targeting consumers, small businesses, educators and children. NCSAM focuses on raising awareness of the importance of computer security and educating users, particularly those listed above, about practices and technologies they can use to protect themselves online. The objective is to improve the state of computer security for individual users, our information networks and our nation as a whole.
Beginning Tuesday, October 6, 2009, LIGATT will host live interactive webcasts on Tuesdays on a weekly basis. Webcast participants can look forward to discussing identity theft awareness on the first Tuesday of each month, computer hacking on the second Tuesday of each month, email phishing and online scams on the third Tuesday of each month and cyber bullying on the fourth Tuesday of each month. Participants can feel free to ask questions and convey real life scenarios and anticipate receiving superior cyber security expert advice and suggestions in return. Details on registering for each interactive webcast will be given on a later date.
"LIGATT Security isn't limiting cyber security awareness to just the month of October. Instead we are going to continue our interactive webcast campaign every Tuesday, on a weekly basis, until the end of the year. We are looking forward to providing consumers, businesses and our youth with access to tips, toolkits and other online resources to learn about computer security essentials needed to be fully protected online, at all times. Given the sudden increase in cyber crimes due to the economic climate, we felt it was important to offer our customers and webcasts participants the opportunity to receive preventative tips, suggestions and measures on a continuous basis," says Evans.

Cyber Defense Systems Files for Name Change, New Stock Symbol and Names New President
Cyber Defense Systems Changes Name to SPOOFEM.COM and Gears Up to Focus On International Homeland Defense
ATLANTA, Aug 27, 2009 (GlobeNewswire via COMTEX) -- Cyber Defense Systems (Pink Sheets:CYDM) recently filed documentation with the state of Oklahoma and NASDAQ to request a name change to SPOOFEM.COM and to secure a new stock symbol. Previously an operating subsidiary of LIGATT Security International, SPOOFEM.COM will operate as its own publicly traded company. The Board of Directors has appointed Lakesha Wilson as President and CEO of SPOOFEM.COM.
Gregory Evans, CEO of LIGATT Security International, announced that Lakesha Wilson will step down from her position as President and COO of LIGATT Security International. However, Wilson will still remain on the Board of Directors for LIGATT Security International.
SPOOFEM.COM's core service is caller ID spoofing, which allows users to call any number and have any 10 digit telephone number show up in the recipient's caller ID. SPOOFEM.COM began as a premier caller ID spoofing service, but has now expanded with a successful spy shop and popular entertainment blog. It also includes features like voice disguising, call recording, and text messaging from a different number. Since 2007, over 2 million calls have been made using the SPOOFEM.COM service. Although it's most frequently used for caller ID spoofing, FBI and law enforcement officials across the nation utilize SPOOFEM.COM services to aid in the search for fugitives and criminals. SPOOFEM.COM is also used by women in shelters nationwide who are often plagued by the fear of being located by an outside boyfriend or mate.
As President of SPOOFEM.COM, Wilson is responsible for the development of strategic business units, global sales initiatives and the overall growth of the company. Wilson will give a brief overview of SPOOFEM.COM's future plans on her video blog, which will be available on Friday, August 28, 2009 on the investor relations page found at www.spoofem.com. Wilson's first project is to develop SPOOFEM applications for iPhones and BlackBerrys.
SPOOFEM.COM and LIGATT Security will now split 50% of profits made with William Robinson, prior CEO of Cyber Defense Systems, who will still operate Cyber Aerospace, which currently has proposals with government agencies as well as with the military. While dividing profits, SPOOFEM.COM and LIGATT Security will not share any debt of Cyber Aerospace.

Exactly G, its finding the right entry point and exit.. Obviously some on this board bought way to high and can't take the blame for their poor trading. There have been many opportunities to average down and exit with a profit. But for some its easier to blame Greg, for being a felon, and people not having confidence in him as a CEO.
