Well, we have begun to see a big "change" from what MONTD used to be. So "Coming Soon" could mean anything and I suppose "we get there when we get there".
IMO, Iconosys looks to have been doing their job to get MONTD rolling again. Once it is concluded, that "D" should drop off. Hopefully, its "coming soon"er than later.
IMO
well, I do not see any real changes to the Monster site this morning. It now says "Coming Soon" which could mean anything, and some new tiles in the website box on the mini webpage.
Maybe we will get some news?
IMO
Agreed. It will be interesting.

Yes
I called and asked alot of questions about Iconosys/Adshark.
What I can say is:
1. the merger is still on and is progressing along smoothly. Expectly to close here shortly.
2. Paul Gain is there but not sure what his title is or how big a part he will play.
3. Wayne Irving is the CEO of Iconosys/Adshark. He conrols the majority of all shares, so I would assume he will make the decisions. I was not given an exact number.
4. Adshark has 30-40 employees already and from what I understood, business is booming, more than they can handle. Alot of repeat business. (Guess we found this out from the recent hiring).
5. Not sure what the share count will be, could get no answer.
6. There is suppose to be an advertising blitz after everything is finalised. I would expect to see some news after this.
7. It sounds like iconosys will stay private, but the business end of Adshark is raking in the major amount of money. I guess we wait for the financials to verify this.
I probally missed something or forgot to ask something but they will answer questions. I was given no insider knowledge and If you call, you may be able to get more out than me.
IMO
I would have to agree. You do not hire people unless you have something to sell, or at the very least, they have so much business, you need extra help to keep up.
I do not know what tommorrow will bring from the website, so it will be interesting to see what happens.
IMO
always a good sign.
Just counting the numbers, I get 17 positions open. That's a good amount of hiring.

I wonder if it means the deal will be final by the 15th. Has it been 60 days already?

Market Specific "Monster Dealies" Network of Apps Released in 18 Top Daily Deal Markets
Monster Offers releases suite of Daily Deal apps, or "Monster Dealies™” apps, aggregating hundreds of local deal providers, and thousands of Daily Deals for top metropolitan area deal markets
SAN DIEGO, CA, March 10, 2012 – Monster Offers (OTCBB: MONTD), a leading Daily Deal analytics provider and aggregator, today announces the release of 18 Smartphone apps in the nation's top 18 Daily Deal markets (including Atlanta, Austin, Boston, Chicago, Cleveland, Dallas, Denver, Detroit, Houston, Los Angeles, Miami, Minneapolis, New York, Orange County, San Diego, San Francisco, and Seattle).
Last June, Inc. Magazine reported that for 2011 sites offering Daily Deals were expected to generate $3 billion in revenues, and that, according to a BIA/Kelsey estimate, this revenue number is expected to reach $4 billion by 2015. And it also appears that consumers who would like to participate in these daily promotions are still leaving a lot of money “on the table” in terms of offers that are not being purchased or accepted.
On April 11, as part of its collaboration with safety and lifestyle mobile app developer Iconosys, Inc. of Laguna Niguel, CA, Monster Offersreleased the first Monster Daily Deals app. In response to the positive feedback received from users who appreciated the value that this handy tool provides to collect, sift through and organize the mass of Daily Deals, Monster management realized that there was still a void in the market for an aggregated daily deals app that was more “hyperlocal” in nature. For example, many Monster Daily Deals™ Smartphone app users are more interested, if not exclusively interested, in knowing about those deals that are happening or available within a defined radius of their particular local area; these app users may have little or no interest in deals outside their hyperlocal GPS areas. With this in mind, enter the new suite of "Monster Dealies™” apps.
"Monster Dealies” apps features include:
Hyperlocal list of Daily "Monster Dealies™" in up to 14 categories and 60 subcategories in your local market, all easily accessible with the press of a button
View Deals from hundreds of Deal providers (including Groupon, Living Social, EDeals, iCoupon, Goldstar, DealFind, and hundreds of others you’ll want to see).
Get an Editor’s Pick "National Deal of the Deal", by pressing the Deal of the Day button.
Using GPS, map deals from over 30,000 available deals right to your physical location anywhere in your metropolitan area, and even map deals nationwide or in other specific locations from the Map screen, all in real time!
Adjust your preferential settings to a specific radius that is more in line with your particular daily travel and comfort zone.
Share deals with friends and family through social networking memberships or sites (including Facebook, Twitter, Google+, and others)
"Monster Dealies™" App List:
Atlanta Dealies™
Austin Dealies™
Boston Dealies™
Chicago Dealies™
Cleveland Dealies™
Dallas Dealies™
Denver Dealies™
Detroit Dealies™
Houston Dealies™
Los Angeles Dealies™
Miami Dealies™
Minneapolis Dealies™
New York Dealies™
Orange County Dealies™
San Diego Dealies™
San Francisco Dealies™
Seattle Dealies™
Monster Dealies™
Development is also underway to increase these offerings to the top 50 markets, and negotiations are ongoing to increase the number of deal providers and aggregated daily deal offerings in each market.
The "Monster Dealies" apps are available from the Iconosys subsidiary Ad Shark's Android Appstore AppHysteria™ and from Google Play. In addition, they are soon to be available from www.MonsterDailyDeals.com and from other App stores including Amazon Appstore, GetJar, Barnes & Noble, and others.
MONSTER OFFERS QUOTE
“The new ‘Monster Dealies’ apps bring to your Smartphone or Smart device those killer discounted Daily Deals that are specifically tailored for your local market or GPS-designated location. In view of the now huge size of the Daily Deal market, we think an app like this makes abundant sense, as it scours the landscape to highlight what you care about and what you want to see, while cutting out the noise and the deals that are clearly outside your particular target area. Why should you ever pay full price for a meal, massage, movie or show ticket again in your local area? Our Monster Dealies apps bring the best discounted deals to your Smartphone or Smart Device, so you are plugged in and ready to save money 24-7.”

LAGUNA NIGUEL, Calif., April 17, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Iconosys, Inc., a leading mobile Smartphone application developer, having developed more than 2,000 Smartphone apps in the areas of Child Safety, Travel, Entertainment & Life-Style, and Medicinal-Health, today announces its plans to acquire the business operations and related assets of publicly traded Monster Offers, Inc (OTCBB:MONTD), a "Daily Deal" aggregator and analytics provider. Under the terms of a non-binding letter of intent, the parties will have sixty days to consummate the merger through their execution and delivery of a definitive merger agreement.
Under the proposed deal terms, Iconosys will merge into Monster Offers, and the surviving company will be renamed "Iconosys, Inc." Upon consummation of the merger, current Iconosys officers and directors will be the officers and directors of the new company and will be joined by Monster Offers' current CEO, Paul Gain, who will be appointed to the board and as President of the new company. Monster Offers' business assets, including the revenue generating Daily Deal analytics and aggregation services, will be owned and controlled under the new company.
The parties to the merger expect that they will be able to reduce operating costs for the new company through operating synergies and the elimination of certain overhead and other duplicative expenses. In addition, Iconosys board of directors anticipates that Monster Offers' expertise and visibility in the Daily Deal space will be a good fit with its app technology, mobile marketing and advertising business and is optimistic that this will lead to enhanced revenue and earnings growth for the combined entity.
ICONOSYS QUOTE"Talk about a win-win! Monster Offers™ has skilled resources, in-house technology and components, and a business model that fits tightly with the Iconosys growth strategy and outlook. This amended 8K has him listed as General Councel only, no mention of COO.

After that, he is not listed as management.

Yes, I was a comic book enthusiast, having run my own store, so I know what to look for on this particular stock. Now if you put me in search for say a bio cellular stock, I may not be of much help.
I would not want to be involved. They could not pay me enough for that. I am just good at searches I guess.
I am neither of the 3. I have no relationship with the company. I bought my shares like everyone else, which is now at a total loss.
I just do my DD and ask when I cant find it.
It doesnt. Its an assumption that he turned it down. Heck, Maybe Scott changed his mind or Maybe he still is COO and they are paying his salary and he sleeps on the couch in the apt. Call him for the true answer.
I asked. It just takes a phone call or an email.
He was also listed on the website under management as a COO, which he is no longer listed and has been removed.
IMO
Rutledge never started working as a COO for the company. I guess he had a change of heart and turned it down at the last minute, or the deal fell through. He is now only the legal counsel for Platinum.
IMO
So theoretically, his wife could take over the business, winning it in divorce court.

Platinum Studios to Release Werewolf Action-Horror Story "BIG BADZ" as Digital Graphic Novel
LOS ANGELES, CA--(Marketwire -02/14/12)- Platinum Studios, Inc. (OTC.BB: PDOS.OB - News) announced today that the entertainment company will release the werewolf action-horror story BIG BADZ as a digital graphic novel on Apple's iOS, Android, Nook, Kindle and other standard formats. BIG BADZ is just one of the titles in Platinum Studios' international library of thousands of comic book characters which it adapts, produces, and licenses for all forms of media including print, film, online, mobile/wireless, gaming and merchandising.
BIG BADZ is the story of an incredible struggle for survival as a group of inner-city housing project residents band together to stave off a pack of murderous werewolves that invade their home. A disgruntled ex-cop -- now, the security chief at the housing project -- teams up with a brave animal control officer; together, they join forces with a strange hunter who has devoted his life to destroy the werewolves. As the gruesome battle wages on, the heroes realize that their mysterious ally may not be so different from the lupine savages howling for their blood... they must pick between the lesser of two evils if they wish to survive the night.
The graphic novel was created by Rob Moran and written by veteran author Chuck Dixon, internationally known for his work on the PUNISHER and BATMAN comics franchises. Dixon also wrote the series for comic classics ROBIN, NIGHTWING, BATGIRL and BIRDS OF PREY.
Platinum Studios' Chairman and CEO, Scott Rosenberg, also announced plans to develop BIG BADZ as a major motion picture.

I cant say what he is doing, because honestly I do not know. We only know what we read in prs, find on the net or read in the financials. The rest is just plain speculation or plain anger from investors.
Sounds to me like you either knew someone or worked there yourself. You seem a little angry, so I could assume ex-employee? Watch your inside info if you post here- just saying.
