Golden cross still to come
Nobody humidifies bud. You vacuum seal it. humidity=mold. if it is cured properly it will come out of the vacuum seal the same way it went in.
If you were going to choose a front for an illegal enterprise would you really choose weed?
LATF is on the mmj-index.com.
Better finish DD before you come back to sign that says "Gone Fishin'"
That volume of 45300 is just not cleared from friday. My whole portfolio still has the same volume.
MJNA is already selling CBD. Big head start on everyone.
Actually, New Jersey just passed a bill for industrial hemp farming and Christie publicly reversed his position on mmj recently, so, the metaphor aka figure of speech still stands.
All four teams that could have gone to the superbowl were four states that could be recreational by 2015. Denver, Seattle, San Fran, New England-Massachusetts. Mass is voting for Rec this year.
The Super Bowl will be packed tight with green.

Well, as of this week you can use bitcoin to pay taxes and run a senate campaign. There is now a bitcoin atm in New York as well. So, at the least, it offers a progressive business model, but it adds value in that you don't lose 3% to banks and cc companies. Also, the more alternative payment methods the better. I'm sure others can add...
Agreed. She better get some briefings before making that call. If she is still on some bs after being updated on all of the science, then she doesn't deserve to be in public service.
So, it passed but in order for Hassan to not veto it, it will now go to the ways and means committee for further amending. In my opinion, it should be a couple weeks of back and forth before it is entirely final. However, also just my opinion, but being that they are already a medical state, it seems likely that with proper tweaking it will pass completely but without Hassan's signature (endorsement to feds).
Latf is poised for rapid growth. Shrimp cocktail?
Do we have to tell our broker to not let our shares get borrowed?
Whats up with the small doji? Anyone else?
Cannabinoid Production, Extraction, and Purification
Finally a business model that gets right to the point...
was strange how what looked like a fat finger trade was the current high in Canada exchange blipping on ours for a minute. Any thoughts?
Wow, then it is trading down around where the insiders got it. That is very good. Agree?
Yes, would like to take a gander at the Monograph myself...
I am a process engineer, and from what I can tell Abattis has collected everything they need (pending license announcement)to commence a full blown cannabinoid production line.
I'd like to work for them...
Next runner up to mjn* had purity around 53%...
The industry is begging for standards...
ATTBF will give it some to shoot for...99% purity
Pot Party has only barely begun. This Company, Abattis, is on track to be the first company extracting lab grade cbd in the market. Not only are they not late, they are raising the bar.
The force is weak with those who try to bash this one...
I picked up some last week...
Jedis are still buying more...
Will pick up more myself when license to grow is announced imminently...
Flash freeze extraction alone makes this a major top contender for the long haul...
Next best process(which is proprietary) won their category at the 2013 cannabis cup at around 92.7% CBD (Health supplement grade)...
Flash Freeze can achieve 99% pure CBD (laboratory grade)...

VAPORBRAND INTERNATIONAL, INC. APPOINTS EXECUTIVE OFFICER AND ESTABLISHES NEW OFFICE LOCATION
Sep 16, 2013
OTC Disclosure & News Service
Los Angeles, CA -
LOS ANGELES, CA - September 16, 2013 - VaporBrands International, Inc. (OTCPK: VAPR) announced today that Wendy Haviland has been named President and a director of VAPR and announced the relocation of its principal executive office of the Company to 1880 Century Park East, Suite 315, Los Angeles, CA. Jason Torres has resigned as an officer and director and his resignation accepted. The Company intends to continue to focus on creating opportunities for establishing new and promoting existing relevant electronic cigarette and cigar brands seeking to acquire market share in the ?vaping? sector of market.
Wendy Haviland stated ?VaporBrands International, Inc. is currently in the process of reestablishing itself as a marketing and development partner to manufacturers and business development provider to resellers of proprietary electronic cigarette and cigar products, including refills and accessories. In addition, the Company currently is negotiating with several trademark holders to develop potential private label branded electronic cigarettes and cigars.?
Haviland further indicated that the future of the market may move from the internet model to the retail store model. Analyst Bonnie Herzog of Wells Fargo Securities said "conservative data" already indicates that sales of e-cigarettes this year have already reached $700 million from traditional retail outlets like convenience stores. Add in the estimated online sales of $500 million to $625 million and total year-to-date sales are above $1 billion. The pace will only pick up this fall. "We estimate that it will be $1.7 billion by the end of the year," Herzog said. Haviland conceded ?that the barriers to entry in selling in the traditional retail or convenient store outlets, unless regional in application, will be very economically prohibitive except to the traditional tobacco sellers; internet sales will be the initial primary source of revenue for the Company.?
About VaporBrands International, Inc. (VAPR)
VaporBrands International, Inc. is a marketing and development partner for manufacturers of electronic cigarettes. Electronic cigarettes represent the future of smoking; they produce no smoke, tar, ash or offensive odor while containing about the same amount of nicotine as traditional tobacco cigarettes. Unlike traditional tobacco cigarettes, electronic cigarettes can be used in many public places currently restricted from smoking. VAPR intends to focus on creating opportunities for culturally relevant brands seeking to acquire significant market share in the rapidly growing "vaping" sector of the global marketplace.

I can't tell if the Salvation Balm helping my psoriasis is from CBD, which is said to be somewhat anti-psoriatic in general (inflammation, anxiety, pain) or due to trace amounts of CBN which is said to directly affect skin cell proliferation. I have tried all of the other ingredients before so I know it is not due to them. They really did know what they were doing when they made the Balm recipe. The castor oil is a great accompanying ingredient as it contains ricinoleic acid which assists the skin in absorbing compounds more quickly and effectively.
However, on the older packaging (darker green label), it had comments about CBD content and "trace amounts of other cannabinoids." On the newer label I don't see any mention of CBD specifically or the trace amount comment...
Also there is a cannabinoid that helps regulate blood sugar which is probably why in the near future you will start to hear the conversation go from epilepsy to including diabetes as well. The surface is barely scratched...the number of autoimmune disorders being found to have links to the endocannabinoid system is growing.
CBN-Cannabinol. different from CBD. There are many others: THCA, THCV, CBC, CBCa, CBN, CBG, CBGa, and more. Just go to youtube and type in "endocannabinoid system". Also try "endocannabinoids."
There are definitely medicinal uses...
No, you can see what they are working on on their website. Quite different. There will be much discussion in the coming years in regards to the endocannabinoid system. This system is how things like unsaturated fatty acids(omega-3's) reduce inflammation. There is much more that will be discovered. As a psoriasis sufferer, I am looking forward to CBN products as they are touted as being able to regulate skin cell proliferation. CBD is already helping as well... There are many trace phytocannabinoids that can be concentrated and possibly priced quite high because of how much raw material and processing may be required. MJNA has a huge head start in stockpiling any or all of these for study/sale...
This is the only real obstacle...

HR499
Big picture is that anyone who is spending time on here needs to also spend time stomping there feet to their local congressmen over HR499.
House Resolution 499 will end federal prohibition. The DEA and AG are ignoring the science and so they need to be removed from the equation. This will do that. Congress enacted the CSA on October 27, 1970 not in 1937. So, AG Holder expects congress to handle the hypocrisy of the CSA. To do so congress needs to pass HR499. Be responsible shareholders as well as human beings by pushing HR499 through...

No, I agree with you. She is just keeping her option open. Being that she didn't sell at .50, she probably expects this to do pretty well before selling at all. We can expect more of these to be filed because the 144 form is only valid for 3 months at a time.
To me, it can be just as reassuring as it could be bothersome in that it could be a sign that insiders are aware of a potentially much higher value. Not sure what else she is supposed to do with her shares.
If it just boils down to a question of when or at what value she will sell, then we can start speculating about how high the volume will be at that point as well. The volume necessary to get us to a sellable price range for insiders (obviously more than .50) should make 9 million shares not such a big deal IMO.
What is she supposed to do with her shares besides sell them at some point? Point is if she has a sell order in for a high price per share (assumed high because she didn't sell at .50) then she would have to re-file the 144 every 3 months. She should make some money if this ever pops, as we are all trying to do the same. JMHO
I understand where you are coming from. But if 9 million shares are dumped back into the float then why would you need more authorized shares for buying/selling other than to acquire financing?
I didn't mean that she has no intention of selling ever, but if MJNA did something like what MDBX did last November she would have to have already registered in order to pull the trigger on the sale. Here is why she files this 144 quarterly...it only lasts 3 months.
The Form 144 must be transmitted for filing concurrently with either the placement of a sell order for a brokerage transaction, or the execution of such sale directly with a market maker, as provided in Rule 144(h). The adoption of the plan itself may not be the same as placement of a sell order. The notice on Form 144 is effective for a maximum of three months, so that sales over longer periods will involve multiple requirements of notice under Rule 144(h). [Mar. 25, 2009]

If you are referring to Mjna possibly having more financing available to them due to a larger difference in o/s vs. a/s, then ok...but all in all I wanted to point out that this registered 1% is mandatory not a red flag.
My only point comes from what Ms. Sides wrote in her shareholder update. She HAS to register one percent per the SEC. Point being that registering the 1% intended sale does not mean a sale will go down. So, it is a fruitless topic to dwell on as it will continue. This topic has nothing to do with making MJNA money.
