i doubled up this morning and it took a little while to get filled at the ask. if we get some real buying interest it would be to the moon and fast.
this stock has gone up 300% in about a month and this board is dead, wtf?
i will finish my DD tonight and will then likely double my initial position tomorrow morning. everything looks good so far.
i came across DPDW this weekend due to the filing/PR and got in this morning.
i am in, lets gets this rocket re-fueled :)
if those things are proven false, there will be no investigation. this is a pink sheet stock with most in russia.
the majority of posts are 100% pro-AURC, that is not an opinion but a fact. if you do not agree then you are choosing to be blind.
that post is accurate except that everyone is still posting, both the die-hard longs and those who question the validity of AURC
lol, well the official PR that mentioned future cash dividends was on 12-13-06:
"Since production is now commencing on the Krong site, the initial dividend shall be in shares while future dividends shall provide for cash payments."
since there will be no future dividends (even if we see our share dividends) i guess it is null and void now.
see post 25696 for the cash divi reference
OT - careful with LTHU
i bought on tue for .069 and sold on fri for +/-.15 for around 120% gains
i plan on buying back in but it may have already run too high, the market cap is around $60 mil right now
not the first time the company has not followed through:
11-30-06 - "Aurus Corp. Announces That Major Revenues Shall Generate Immediate Dividends for Shareholders"
12-13-06 - "Aurus Corp. Is Pleased to Announce Its Dividend"
12-20-06 - "AURC is pleased to announce that it is processing its Krong gold reserves of 2,572,000 troy oz. and is preparing its next gold bullion shipment for January 12 of the coming year. Due to the projected increase in production, arrangements have been made for shipments three times each month. These shipments are made to the district bank according to the directives of the government agency. The company will have exact figures on these shipments after the first few weeks of the New Year."
1-30-06 - "AURC is pleased to announce that during the month of January 2007, it delivered 1638 ounces of gold valued at $1,048,203. The quality was 99.9% pure. This is the first of the continual monthly reports to be provided to shareholders."
2-16-07 - "Aurus Triples Gold Shipments"
3-15-07 - "Aurus Proceeds With Dividend"
here we are 6 months after the initial dividend announcement yet no one has seen their divi shares.
actually, according to the company, i have dividend shares coming my way. and of course i am not shorting since it is impossible for me to short a pink sheet stock. you should try sometime, it will not work.
so you are saying there is a way to profit on a stock without selling?
oh please share your magic tricks.
buying is always a risk, no matter what the stock is and selling is the only way to make a profit. you have some serious reverse logic going on there.
no, if you dont sell you will not gain.
SUWN is holding up very well and next month OnlySweet hits US shelves
.145 x .15
i just put a sell order in at .15 and it got partially filled at .1525 (higher than the ask?!?)
the rest just got filled at .15
now its time for a pullback so i can get back in :)
if the OS is around 400 mil, the market cap is now around $60 mil
dsp, selling is always the hardest part. i personally think that the volume and charts show more strength before a serious pullback. todays record volume should catch the attention of new investors this weekend which will help keep the volume up. the presentation in NY is this coming wednesday which is also a plus.
i have only been in LTHU for a few days, in at .069.

"Park City Group Hires Industry Veteran Linda Heft as Manager of Business Solutions
Increasing Demand for SCPL Business-Intelligence Solution Requires Additional Resources to Scale Multiple Implementations
Park City Group, Inc. (OTCBB: PCYG), a leading provider of inventory and labor optimization solutions for retailers, today announced that Ms. Linda Heft, a highly experienced senior retail industry executive, has joined the company to manage business processes for its Supply Chain Profit Link (SCPL) category management application.
Supply Chain Profit Link has grown from a customer base of two retailers and three categories in January 2007 to seven retailers and twenty-one categories today. This faster than expected acceleration in growth necessitates Park City Group to create a position where the primary role is to scale the significant increase in demand. Ms. Heft will also oversee internal demand requirements to continually enhance the efficiency and quality of data processes and analytics for Park City Group’s Business Metrics Group, the consulting arm of the Supply Chain Profit Link offering.
Ms. Heft most recently served as Director of Retail Operations for Valassis Communications/ NCH Marketing, Inc. overseeing implementation and training for the company’s eSettlement trade promotion solutions. Prior experience includes several positions within the Kroger/Fred Meyer, Inc. organization supervising IT projects and merchandising functions.
“Because of the enormous growth and accelerating demand that we are experiencing in Supply Chain Profit Link, there was a need to focus on scaling the business as quickly as possible while remaining consistent with the quality of services and actionable insights our customers have come to expect from Park City Group. Linda’s vast experience and reputation for quality supervision of complex implementations precedes her. Her addition to our team certainly makes her an excellent staffing decision that will reflect well on both Park City Group and our customers,” said Randall K. Fields, Park City Group’s Chief Executive Officer. “The addition of Linda Heft will insure that our impeccable reputation for superior products and customer results continues.”
A graduate of Portland State University with a degree in Project Management, Ms. Heft will office in Portland, Oregon and Park City, Utah.
In the past six months, Park City Group has added employees in data analytics, account management, finance, and product development. The company currently employs over 40 resources in seven U.S. states and Bangalore, India."
we are continuing our nice slow upward trend today. the charts are still looking great.
you want a quote that indicates AURC is not real? here are a few...
9-21-06 - "Aurus Increases Production"
10-11-06 - "Aurus Yields Immediate Returns From the Krong Acquisition and Projects Revenues to Reach USD $700 Million Annually Within Three Years"
11-30-06 - "Aurus Corp. Announces That Major Revenues Shall Generate Immediate Dividends for Shareholders"
12-7-06 - "Aurus Now Producing Gold and Platinum"
12-13-06 - "Aurus Corp. Is Pleased to Announce Its Dividend"

2-16-07 - "Aurus Triples Gold Shipments"
3-15-07 - "Aurus Proceeds With Dividend"
all of the above official PRs from the company are full of empty promises as of now and no one has received dividend shares.
"AURC advises its shareholders that following the announcement of the dividend for shareholders on record as of February 15, 2007"
i was a shareholder as of 2-15-07 so yes i do qualify.
are you joking?
maybe you didnt read the "has completed the steps required to have the dividends distributed to the shareholders that qualify."
now, anyone with a serious answer?
5-9-07 - "AURC advises its shareholders that following the announcement of the dividend for shareholders on record as of February 15, 2007, it has completed the steps required to have the dividends distributed to the shareholders that qualify.
The shareholders benefiting from this dividend shall receive, by mail, their share certificates without any action on their part or any surrender of certificates.
The shares shall be posted during the course of the next week and shall be included in any and all buyout proposals."
where are the dividend shares? i havent seen mine yet, anyone else?
has anyone received their dividend shares?
there havent been any buyers or sellers at all this week, not a single share traded.
AURC smelled like SLJB a long time ago. i was wondering if the fat lady was going to sing today but it looks like she lost her voice.
if AURC crashes and burns tomorrow how many here will be financially devastated?
my perspective
*disclaimer - i bought on mon and wed with an avg $1.65 and sold all today at $2 for a quick 21%
BRST has legitimate 15 year old patents that cover most streaming media using non-realtime packets
BRST was awarded $60 mil two years ago against MSFT which resulted in a $.90/share dividend however the patents were not part of the decision
in the end BRST is all or nothing. any judgement against AAPL will be result in HUGE profitablity for all shareholders and likely further judgements/licensing deals against RNWK and MANY other companies (PTSC type results). for now BRST makes a great trading stock.
i also believe that AAPL will fight hard and this will not be settled for what may be years. todays court decision was definately in BRSTs favor however the process is still long and grueling.
who says those who took profit today have held the stock for 14 months? i sold out at $2 today and i first bought on monday. i dont think AAPL can provide that kind of return :)
so if one was a shareholder in jan - mar but sold since then, will they still receive the dividend shares?
weeeeeeee
let the fun continue tomorrow
we are making a move today, chart looks great
too bad you missed this runup. at first glance the dilution spooked me a little but the timing of it and the markets reaction are both positive.
4/10/07 - "Sunwin Stevia International Receives Multiple Purchase Orders for OnlySweet(TM)
Distribution in Over 1,700 Major Grocery Outlets Begins in June 2007"
4/16/07 - "Sunwin International Neutraceuticals Receives Approval From Health Canada for Distribution of Products in Canada"
4/25/07 - "Sunwin Stevia International Receives Purchase Order for OnlySweet(TM) for Utilization in the Food Services Industry...The Company has also received several additional purchase orders from regional grocery chains to carry the OnlySweet(TM) product line beginning in June 2007, bringing the total number of locations where OnlySweet(TM) will be sold in excess of 2,000 stores nationwide."
4/27/07 - form SB-2 filed for 10 mil now/10 mil restricted
4/27/07 - .67 +25% vol 1,343,305
4/30/07 - .765 +14% vol 3,218,713
5/7/07 - .985 +41% vol 2,276,623
the OnlySweet revs will not show up until the 10K in sept. which is one of the reasons i thought there would be more time to buy before this recent runup. i took out most of this years investment today and have a nice basket of long shares that will continue to grow. i love this company and the stock, not many profitable and diverse growth companies with great trading patterns on the OTC.
great read/DD for those new to BRST...
http://www.burst.com/new/newsevents/articles/IP%20Law&Business.htm
the article is a year old but goes back to the beginning.
my favorite part...
"Many observers may see Burst as the new NTP, Inc., the company that wrangled a $613 million settlement from the maker of the BlackBerry. There may be some truth to this: Some of Lang's crucial patents expire within the next few years, and those patents have more than a few critics. In a blog post that is now infamous among Burst followers, former Apple executive Charles Wiltgen, who headed the company's QuickTime division in the 1990s, called the patents "streaming snake oil," writing, "Burst.com is one of the last vestiges of the P.T. Barnums that contributed to the terminal overinflation of the Internet bubble." (Now a consultant, Wiltgen says he stands by those comments.)
On the other hand, many of Burst's patents run longer than 10,000 words each, and have been cited as prior art in more than 200 later patents. In 2001, for example, Apple applied for a patent on "reliable real-time transport protocol" that included prior art references to nine Burst patents--indicating at the very least that Apple was aware of Burst's IP five years ago. This February, the PTO issued the patent."
i got in this morning in hopes of nice ride
i think $5 maybe shooting a little high, of course i am not happy that i started re-buying in the .50s a few weeks ago and was not finished before this unexepected rise.
.79 x .81, up .10 pre-market
looks like the run will continue
nice collection of charts
