Can't wait to see where this goes...
During the big bullish runs, the mj stocks go way higher than 10 mill in market value, even if their financials don't immediately scream profits. UNGS will be immediately better off financially than many mj companies with way higher than 10 mill MV. We have a great opportunity here, IMO.
Maybe he/she is looking at the par value...
Here is the bill if you would like to track it:
https://www.govtrack.us/congress/bills/113/hr4660/text
It is not a stand alone bill and so I assume the many other issues that this bill addresses will also need to be settled on by june 19. If it were a stand alone bill, I wouldn't expect as much but this could be interesting. Also, no page numbers and section pertaining to DEA requires quite a bit of scrolling to get to.
You can see in this article how many other funding issues are about to get settled:
http://www.spaceref.com/news/viewsr.html?pid=45769
There is still just as much of a chance that the bill passes without the DEA amendment being sponsored so who knows whats in store for us all...There is quite a bit of speculation that they are going to try to attach the amendment last minute, on the senate floor, before the vote, which is at the latest june 19. Curious whatchyu think...
Current legislative session ends june 19. There will be a final vote on defunding the DEA and DOJ dispensary raiding efforts before then. Stay tuned (rhetorical)...
Aight buddy, I'm in. I dig it....preciate it...u did mention last month, but chart maybe just took a redbull...
So, you concede that PHO* is still trading higher than at any point last year? Its a fact either way.
It is only down 80% from when it was extremely inflated. It is absolutely trading higher than at any point last year.
Great Find. As a lifelong advocate of heavy science, I can say that I have been waiting a long time to see the peer reviewed hammer drop on all these malicious "agencies."

On Scottrade, AEGY is listed as "pink grey" but skto is listed as "grey." Odd difference?
What IG does is not hard to do. If he/she was good at anything, he/she would be doing something else.
Missed your last post before submitting but please check out those two links. The device is especially cool and I ordered it last Feb, but it doesn't ship until December. The MJ movement is starting to affect other markets. The MyDX device will change how people do a lot of things but it would not exist today without the MJ movement.
Incorrect. As the endocannabinoid system is more fully explained to the public, you will see that it absolutely is an aspect of every persons health that should be monitored and/or supplemented. It was only discovered in the 80's and shows the ability to govern a shit ton of reactions in every human's body. As more terpenes and cannabinoids are extracted, characterized, and brought to market, the public will become aware of how serious this plant is. This sector isn't even in the larvae stage yet as people haven't grasped the magnitude of the health benefits. Look at these two links please, and share them, but I think these two are good food for thought for you:

IMO, to continue to shop illegally when you are near a safer, legal alternative, is to work against the movement and does yourself several injustices. Didn't mean to come off harsh in last message but, weed ain't beer as it is more useful. Even if they were equivalent, I wouldn't want the beer brewed in my buddies bath tub.
People also need to know what they are smoking and that it has no mold or bs in it. The whole point of further regulating mj is to start understanding how different cannabinoids should be given to different people in different concentrations for different ailments. You're buddy down the street gonna do all that for you? Go read about weed before you invest in the sector.
You obviously missed the Colorado MJ revenue reports over the last 6 months. Plenty of business not going to the "buddy down the street"...who could rob you.
MJ sector= booby trapped paradise. Pick your spots well. I think vending machine plays(erbb in particular) are the safest and will be the earliest winners in the sector because they add security and tracking for bud and money. Feds wont want to slow that down,IMO.
Ok thanks
What is so difficult for companies to get out of greys?
To move out of greys, 2 yrs audited financials and a form 211, correct?
And Hickenlooper just signed the banking bill today too.
http://www.thecannabist.co/2014/06/06/pot-banking-colorados-co-op-plan-signed-law/13292/
How do you think that factors in? 2 greys merge into a 3rd non-grey or something? The SEC suspended both companies in the same letter so one way or another it has to do with the merger, IMO. Would love a positive plot twist like I think you are getting at, but really, what are you getting at?
IMO, THC revenue couldn't have been allowed to be reported by the SEC, so just because of that Schedule 1 nuance in this sector, I think this may have been the only way for a merger to happen in this case. SEC did not use the word fraud anywhere but instead a lack of information. You ever seen two stocks suspended in the same letter. That says this is in direct relation to the merger, in some way or another...either way its just food for thought in a new quasi-legal market.
Gray Sheets as IPO's:
Gray Sheets are commonly associated with Initial public offering (IPO) stocks or start up companies or spin-off companies, even though not all are IPO's, start-ups or spin-offs.
IPO's are new shares of stock publicly sold unofficially before they trade on any stock exchange or other financial market.
In the case of IPO's, start-ups, and spin-offs, the idea for being listed on the Gray Sheets is most likely for seven major reasons:
• to obtain a stock symbol, transfer agent and shareholder base without attracting attention from the general public, at least for the time being.
• to formulate, structure, and pursue a business plan and operation for future growth and success.
• to gain a history of trading, and shareholder growth, until such time that a company qualifies to offer public shares, or to be traded on the Pink Sheets, OTCBB, or one of the stock exchanges. This all depends on the goals of a company and its qualifications.
• to accumulate shares from private and public sources in preparation to meet requirements to be listed on the Pink Sheets or OTCBB.
• to get an idea of the investor reception once they are officially traded (for IPO's)
• to gain investor awareness and potential funding/financing options
• to limit the fees and regulations associated with Pink Sheets, OTCBB or the Stock Exchanges. Many start-ups do not qualify to register to trade on the other financial markets.
In addition, the costs associated with registering can be prohibitive.
The Grey Sheets offer a start-up company the opportunity to grow so that later they may meet the qualifications and expenses to be traded on a more prestigious financial market.

Did you read the link before responding? Dig thru, its interesting when you consider that the SEC couldn't have allowed the reporting of THC revenue. This may actually be the only way the merger could go thru. Read the section on grey sheets as entry ways for IPO's while avoiding the SEC having to allow revenues from what in this case would be a federally illegal substance. Greys trade on a STATE level and so this could actually be the weirdest plot twist ever. Sure, its outside the box as hell, but not without merit.
PLEASE READ. Possibly a light at the end of the tunnel. Think IPO.
