americano, His exit strategy is slow to the punch, but better than nothing. The Kool Aid commentary fits nearly perfectly for this board.
Good luck
You know the drill - been there, done that. Watch out for all these pros around here. LOL
You have absolutely no idea eom
Be nimble, team eom
Should you ever read the financial reports - Biofrontera stock has been borrowed against and has little if any tangible value beyond paper dressings. Your statement is pretty much erroneous at best.
I think it foolish you discount a 15% reduction in your own shareholder equity in one swipe of the Shearson brush. If you think that is being a pro, I'm laughing. Add the Shearson reps claim they did not know a 37 million share increase existed or when it is tallied and they need confirm I am a shareholder to give a share count of public information and something is terribly amiss with Shearson. Yep. I'm laughing at the pros.
Let's assume only 15% increase was done this quarter...... That's only 60%+ annually. You are hilarious. And everyone here insisted no increase was ongoing.
Hurry and pump this thing up. LOL
Cassillio was not sure when the 277 was tallied, or that the difference even existed. Everything is a mystery. He even acted surprised. Beats me. Hard to believe. The 240 was reported in the last Q, Sept 30.
Cassillo said he was unsure when the last count was made (today). He thought they were conducted monthly. Do you think it odd a shareholder need clearance to receive this information? He also told me the count was the same as the last report...... even more odd he does not observe differences of 37,000,000 shares (15%).
If this information is that old, why did everyone insist 240,000,000 shares were all there was?
You guys talk it up and get this thing jumpin', okay? I will be well enough to play golf in a month or so and need green fee and dues money.
Hey! What do you mean by flavored? LOL eom
Confirmed share count: 15.4% increase since last report; 277,000,000 versus 240,000,000. Date of last count unknown..... per telephone conversation with Shearson
I liked the bagel and donuts part eom
I was told in school the cost of loaning money is an average 3% (in most cases). Fed and State imposed regulation can add up to another 1/2%+ past interest costs. High end financiers typically have lower costs and better portfolios, and vice versa. Portfolio element dictates costs beyond the norm.
Banks and other financiers use different methods in financial reporting. Makes it kinda dangerous reading unless you understand it.
Kool Aid, Kool Aid, tastes great. Have some, have some, can't wait!!!!!
This Pannetta guy is good but there are better means in determining ends. For simplicity sake, this is better than nothing. Sound familiar??????

I have gotten some weekly scan operations to work but about 1/2 or so do not. And even then the query is directed to a daily chart. Disappointing.
Occasionally this weekly scan will draw a blank. When it does, delete the range operation. A minor difference will result.
It seems to me if someone was to join with DNAG it would have happened by now. I could be wrong. Why else the pharma thingy they intend to do?
Private financing? Again, it seems someone would be up to the plate by now.
A license? Sorry, but history pounds into my head DNAG is pretty much nothing.
Someone posted months ago they had found where Frudakis made a personal loan to Biofrontera around 2003 - one or two million, not a lot. I searched and searched and found information much the same but it was vague in description. What does that sound like? I don't know. I don't trust any of them.
The FFHL chart shows up on my IHub page. I don't know what is wrong with it.
OT: Thanks.......
I saw Muddy Waters, Howlin' Wolf, and a few others a couple hundred years ago in Sadalia, MO - a three day show on the fairgrounds. ........The tastes and smells are coming back to me.
From my experience..... to investor state? The only thing I am aware of is a merger or aquisition with a reputable company - like Kmart with Sears. Kmart went otc to hide a deed - to dump inside shares imo. Sears took the remaining parts after all the dirty work was complete.
Remember, Biofrontera is a shell of a company. It means little or nothing to DNAG beyond hype and collateral. They have been selling assets from 1996 to 2002 or so.
About FFHL: These China things baffle me. I'm lost.
The FFHL chart has little data to analyze in daily durations except 15.75 and 12.50 appear to be support of sorts. The 60 minute chart offers better looks.
15.75 and 12.50 ARE the support numbers (white). A multi data point trend line exists (light blue). Confirmed trend divergence warns of change coming (yellow). A single divergence would have been my signal to trade out (lavendar).
That is just my opinion - right or wrong. Limited daily data promotes potential error.
You would think this news would be on national network news every day and front pages of newspapers, but it is not. It's in the bag!
But hey
The K and Q reports state financial survival depends on share price. What else do you need know?
Most otc's have similar statements. To me, it's a "you've been warned" statement and leaves a verbal out in most any failure.
If I gave you a statement saying you were completely screwed as a shareholder, would you invest?
It's a guess, but I guess when it all ultimately winds down we'll find DNAG tried hard, but larger, better financied companies beat them to the punch; thanks for your trust and support, what a trooper you were; sucker. I have no faith in this company. I don't have faith in many otc companies. Too many foolish things are done that simply destroy any financial integrity they might ever have.
On the other hand, where else can you throw a few thousand bucks down and quickly double it or more? I have an answer, but it's off topic.
Look at dates for seemingly important news releases and subsequent price activity throughout DNAG history - share price down or flat, news comes out, price spike, price falls - over and over. Is that an investment?
It seems our good DNAG friends have not read the reports DNAG submits to the SEC. No wonder they call everyone liars. I bet they'd be amazed with all the dismal information found in those things.
ultimately, yes. it seems the DNAG poke is full of holes eom
But chigger, that money is probably gone - We do not expect our revenue stream to be sufficient to cover costs of operations in the immediate future. We anticipate that the funding we expect to receive from the Dutchess agreement and from borrowing funds using the shares we own in Biofrontera, AG as collateral will fund our operating activities through 2006. We will continue to use the $35 million Dutchess facility to provide additional cash in the future to fund future acquisitions, if any, and provide operating cash flow. If our share price is sufficiently low, or if any number of adverse factors or events occur, we will not have enough equity to complete future acquisitions or possibly to continue operations beyond 2006. Management is adequately confident that equity financing or debt will be available to fund our operations until revenue streams are sufficient to fund operations; however, the terms and timing of such equity or debt cannot be predicted.

OT: What I've been doing is probably off topic and I apologize. I will finish what I began with the ma crossover confirmation technique. But reaching more toward the seasonality theme...... A more long term scan where productivity is sought through naked criteria:
For some reason I cannot scan for weekly precise price and volume quantities. The scan, in those regards to date, is limited to daily variables, but weekly volume prints are scanned and compared in two exercises - relativity and range. The scan (ideally) looks for relatively stagnant prices for the week with increasing volume. Why? http://investorshub.com/boards/read_msg.asp?message_id=15891290
The jest of this idea is applied to weekly criteria in quest for longer and greater reward that may reach into the seasonality scheme.
[type = stock] and [country = us] and [daily sma(20,daily volume) > 50000] and [daily sma(20,daily close) < 1] and [week close <= last week's close] and [week volume > last week's volume] and [Range > 4.99]
If you have bottompicking criteria of your own, it can certainly be added. If nothing else, the basic idea can be thrown into your technical toolbox.
Last (week) close results:

Bill Williams and SFNN......
Williams, a psycologist by trade, found four specific volume situations relative to four specific price activities are often precursors to trend change in stock charts. One such combination exists with SFNN - the "squat".
The squat combination is the easiet to locate on the chart. Simply find a print in price where the elevation between open and close are quite narrow and the same period realizes an increase in volume. Change is around the corner. The SFNN daily chart below identifies recent squat prints.
The weekly chart below has made a squat print below (Friday close).
The greater the chart duration, the greater the probability of change but direction is less accurate.
An improvement:
About 50% in quick testing. I will jump that ratio up the next few days. In using the scan, please remember to quickly compare technical criteria to potential long premise. That is, identify technical direction as being in the direction you want the subsequent activity to pursue. You do not want technical criteria crossing below the specific elevations if seeking long activity.
[type = stock] and [country = us] and [daily sma(20,daily volume) > 40000] and [daily sma(1,daily close) < 1] and [daily close crosses daily ema(34,daily close)] and [daily slow stoch %k(14,3) crosses 50] and [Aroon Osc(21) > 0.0]
Several backtests found doubles in original price.
Later
Here is a simple scan for this idea:
[type = stock] and [country = us] and [daily sma(20,daily volume) > 40000] and [daily sma(1,daily close) < 1] and [daily close crosses daily ema(34,daily close)] and [daily slow stoch %k(14,3) crosses 50]

Performance appears to be better with higher priced general market stocks than cheapies. I'll explore other technical filters with cheapies to improve performance.
I am curious. What is it that you think I said? Do you understand English? It sounds as though you do not. Tell us what you think that post means.
A somewhat famous psychologist named Bill Williams has performed some interesting research concerning naked trading with volume bars. He calls this study "profitunity". The jest of the research deals with daily charts and lesser durations, although weekly charts may find utility. Anyway..... A quick peek at the weekly chart suggests "profitunity" may be smiling down on SFNN. A (weekly) "squat" bar prints on the Friday close.
A typical "squat" print usually finds subsequent price activity relative to that print's close. The weekly close was positive compared to the previous close. Furthermore, subsequent prints often sustain two and more closes (in weekly durations).
No guarantees. Just a fyi post - another positive notch for the stock.
Another good day. May the new year bring good health, safety, and prosperity to you and yours.
Another good day. Flying back to Augustine tonight. May the new year bring good health, safety, and prosperity to you and yours.

Knock. Knock. Are you okay? eom
Blasphemy LOL eom
Oh, no! On stage. Me and my big mouth........
I know how you like to tinker. I thought you'd done have it rebuilt by now. But NO. (bg)
Might want stocks with more volume than just any stock like the basic scan sought.
