Posting net income at this stage of our development is not the focus.
Quoting from the first answer to your post! IMO, you're right to focus on net. It is understood that a regularly positive net could be far in the future when franchises are so few and expenses relatively high. Most will show their negative net, however, so investors do not have to dig too hard to find the truth. Hiding the net is, again imo, deceptive and likely to attract new bagholders.
(my dollar's worth, soon to be my two cents worth,) g.p.
Sure, yeah, lol
I admire your optimism,
considering that this is a fairly normal item of news.
Grant you that it is good but ...
g.p.
Like what, T.U.?
On a trade for less than $12???
Don't be too proud of that 83%!
Last Q was 11/10/2011 and
last news, 5/19/2011 (stocksource.us).
That termination of registration, a month ago, makes any filing

Time will tell, eh?

Up a little today, on the following news:
"2012-04-10 08:00 ET - News Release
CALABASAS, Calif., April 10, 2012 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- NetSol Technologies, Inc. (Nasdaq:NTWK), a worldwide provider of global IT and enterprise application solutions, today announced that it has signed an agreement valued at approximately $4 million to implement its entire NetSol Financial Suite (NFS)™ solution, including its Wholesale and Retail platforms, with the captive finance arm of a major Japanese auto manufacturer in the Asia Pacific Region. The name of the company is not being disclosed for competitive reasons.
"This is a brand new global client for NetSol and represents a major breakthrough for our company in the international auto captive finance market," said Naeem Ghauri, president and head of global sales at NetSol.
"The new contract improves our financial visibility for the fourth quarter of fiscal 2012, adds to our strong and growing sales backlog for the rest of the next fiscal year, and continues our streak of new clients in the Asia Pacific region," added Najeeb Ghauri, chairman and CEO of NetSol..."
You recall the drop, just over a month ago, following the closing of the Public Offering... It looks like this news will give back a few pennies on the dimes lost then...
Holding,
g.p.
Not much, eh?
More of the same. Unaudited but likely correct figures of gross income for a subsidiary, without any reference to a netfigure. Not much of a 'Mover' news, imo, considering this is a quarterly result.
g.p.
Not the type of news to trigger a run.
Unaudited figures (likely correct,) that do not show the NET, as usual.
I know, I know, just stating 'news out' may trigger some buyings...
g.p.
Again, What news? eom
What news are you talking about? eom
Looks like this one is too weak at the moment
to attract the equivalent crowd as in grne.
(TOU)When pumps get in, they'll crowd your last post with so many repetitive and insignificant posts that yours will be lost in the 'older' pages...

Last 10M-shares-traded month is about a year ago.
Last filing I can see is dated 2008.
Past 6 months: 5M shares in Dec and 2M shares Feb 10 were the two big days and the shares went for under .0001.
I'm sure distributors and investors have long gone and just about forgot about EYII. Over 800M OS (Market cap just over $82,000 if /b]you accept .0001 as share price...
No, do not feel bad. Just enjoy Easter.

...Form 15 because it has fewer than 300 common stock shareholders of record at the beginni...
Only 100 shares or $100.
Not a huge spending if you'd like to see today's price closer to .40 than to .10.
g.p.
The 180 days is from March 1, so your Aug 27 looks right.
However, it may not be the end of nasdaq:
...If the Company does not regain compliance by the end of this second grace period, it will receive notification from NASDAQ that its shares are subject to delisting. At that point the Company may then appeal the delisting determination to a Hearings Panel.
Such notification will have no immediate effect on the Company's listing on the NASDAQ Capital Market nor on the trading of the Company's common stock pending such hearing. There can be no assurance, however, that the Company will be able to regain compliance with NASDAQ's minimum bid price per share requirement for continued listing on the NASDAQ Capital Market.
About the restaurants news bites:
Nice to hear UFood is considering lowering the sodium (salt) by 20% or more (or more needed on some, see my very old posts, here)
on some menus.
The UFood Restaurant Group, operator of the UFood Grill chain, is slashing sodium content. The chain is working on dropping the sodium content of all breaded chicken products by 20% or more. Affected items will include the Chicken Parmigiana Wrap, the Oven Crisped Chicken Fingers meal for kids and the Crispy Chicken Chopped Cobb Salad.
About shareholders on record:
Not the first time I've seen this type of ridiculous claim.
Problem is very few of us are 'registered' share holders.
Like me, Your Broker is likely the R.S. and count only as ONE...
This 'Shareholders on record' is probably as obsolete as the rotary-dial phone.
Shareholder, I am, definitely, but not on 'record'...
...and, to date, I have not seen any reversal of this claim.
We are, imo, hopelessly at the mercy of the company. Let's hope the delisting is really just to save money.
g.p.
Thanks.
Looks like the Company finalized its fund offering.
A good positive news, after all.
g.p.
(I tend to agree, however, with livininstyle comment. GLTA)
What does your last post mean? eom
Perhaps nice to have a subsidiary to look after gold but
are you aware of any real acquisition to date either in Africa or South America?
g.p.
What news? eom
Many thanks. eom

At any rate, it does not change anything...

Not on this one! Looks like someone needs to maintain this artificial price for "account balance". lol
Hey, $0.30 is a cheap way to maintain this ten-times-too-high price.
JMO, of course, it does show well in my account. My broker, BTW, would maintain a price for about a year...
g.p.
The last offering (completed) at .40 made investors value
NetSol at that price. Quite a drop.
It is interesting, here, but, imo, very risky.
Holding,

Too funny? Maybe; more of a coincidence eh?
Yes, CLQ seems to be on schedule to open in 2013.
The set back was more on the share price as it slumped on
the news and the class lawsuit (Apr '11).
I have just a few shares, here, but hold more of another junior, just a few kilometers away with good lithium reserves. Not surprised by the go ahead and on schedule report.
CLQ should be good to hold...
g.p.
Did not look at this particular announced one.
Comments outside the box, however great they may look,
mean little. Official releases, that would be different
but I'm not expecting any soon.

To me, these are comments that a CEO
does not want to commit to a press relesase.
But then, it is just my opinion...

Yes, but more 'holding' than trading...
This one ain't so bad!

"United Communications Partners Inc. Announces Filing of Form 15 to End Reporting Obligations Under the United States Securities Exchange Act of 1934"
As they have "fewer than 300 common stockoholders on record", this is permitted.
Law is strange, isn't it? Yesteryears, shares were delivered to each individuals. Nowadays, a Broker segregates all the shares and the company probably considers this a ONE shareholder (???).
How many of us, here have shares in hand? I surely do not!
