As they have "fewer than 300 common stockoholders on record", this is permitted.

Law is strange, isn't it? Yesteryears, shares were delivered to each individuals. Nowadays, a Broker segregates all the shares and the company probably considers this a ONE shareholder (???).

How many of us, here have shares in hand? I surely do not!
