The "rules of the road" are fairly simple in principle. Conduct yourself generally as you would at a gathering where polite people might attend. Watch your language. Avoid rudeness and flame wars. Stay on topic and stick to posts relevant to the board on which you are participating. Otherwise, behave legally, morally and ethically.
I'm not going to argue
good article from motley fool on why pennies are atractive now.
Even the nihilists out there (anyone?) will be disheartened by this: A new nationwide survey finds that "top economists expect the already deep recession to get even worse this year." That bad news, coming during a bear market that's decimated just about every stock investor's portfolio, can only mean one thing.
It's time for penny stocks
Stocks were down some 40% in 2008 and are down an additional 25% to start '09, so we can think of only one move to make right now. Buy penny stocks.
That's right, those tiny, low-priced lottery tickets have tremendous upside potential. They're our only shot to make up 2008's losses ... fast!
Who's with us?
After all, why would anyone want to buy $132 billion Johnson & Johnson (NYSE: JNJ) when they could own a significant stake in the upside potential of $50 million Aastrom Biosciences (Nasdaq: ASTM) and its Tissue Repair Cell technology?

I only reported what I read or heard,
and not what really happened.
Barnett has done many things wrong in
running OMDA OIL, but he may have been
victim also. Lets all let the court
play out and see what happens with
Lanza et al Vs Omda Oil.
I am sorry for posting possiblity non-factual
information on this broad and will cease
from posting my comment again.
I am also sorry to anyone that my postings

A lot of people don't realize the gaming industry passed the movie industry in sales last year. Some of the games like MGS4 have movie scenes in them that are as good if not better than Pixar's. just a matter of time before a game developer starts making movies. Unless Advent Children was the first already.
as long as the product has no bugs to work out :)
Activision Blizzard has $3 billion in cash and no debt - and it is ready to shop.
Activision exec Mike Griffith told Bloomberg yesterday that the combination of a fat wallet and depressed prices for both public companies and new IP licensing rights “should certainly create opportunities.”
Griffith, who runs the company’s video-game publishing segment, said it is seeking to fill holes in its product line and to expand internationally.
Griffith did not mention any specific targets.
yes oil and gas are both going back up, just let the economy turn a little for the better and booooom we back to $3 per gallon. I hate to see it but we can at least take advatage of it in the stock market. Oil, NG, etc. even coal stocks are at a low right now
I need to get that pink L2 some day.

T. Boone Calls for $28B of Stimulus for Natural Gas Vehicles
Where does former oil magnate T. Boone Pickens turn to help implement his Pickens Plan after the difficult debt markets put a cramp in his wind power plans, the fallen price of fuel slashed his hedge fund, and the voters of California rejected an alternative vehicle funding proposal? Like everyone else who wants to fund green projects: the economic stimulus package. Pickens is reportedly asking for as much as $28 billion to convert diesel trucks to run on natural gas, according to the Dallas Morning News.
Say what?! If the stimulus package ends up at $800 billion that would be 3.5 percent of it to convert 350,000 trucks from diesel to natural gas, at a cost of around $75,000 per vehicle. The benefits, Pickens says, is that it would create about 454,470 jobs and reduce oil imports by 5.14 percent.
But natural gas is still a fossil fuel, and according to the Natural Gas Vehicles for America (NGVA) natural gas vehicles only reduce greenhouse gas emissions 20 percent over a standard gas vehicle. Cleantech venture capitalist Vinod Khosla has called the natural gas vehicle plan “a dead-end” because of the lack of serious emissions reductions. In the short term those diesel trucks could run on biodiesel, and in the long run the government should spend that kind of money on a cleaner form of alternative transportation like electric vehicles.

interesting eh
This movie is set to come out in May so I would think little accumulation before then ? seems to be worth watching at this level
.0055 Bigbuck volume picking up too XD
Thats what i was saying, the investors that thought they were bottom fishing the blue chips find out they have lost even more, we are talking 90% of investments. I have been seeing the pennies being played and they just are not effected as much as the large caps. dont know why the penny market has been hot for some reason. maybe people just playing smaller companies now for a while.
I said I don't follow technical's but I do look for trends
It just dawned on you that investors might be making a speculative play lol
your not an investor,
you are a basher with a brand new alias. I haven't seen anyone pumping only stating the facts on the charts etc.
looks like over $40,000 in buying the last few weeks I would hardly call that chump change
dude I noticed you just joined Ihub along with jim if that's not your other identity and the only place you two post is here. nothing but constant bashing and I don't appreciate it when I have invested.
I agree, nice bid support.
buy to sell ratio still around 10 to 1 , looking good
nice , there is a lot of positive talk about NG going on right now on CNBC
HAPPY HAPPY JOY JOY
hmmmm so that would make this a 20 bagger since then eh
like I said when i first got here, the pennies have been flying
yeh, little good news can pop it back to .12 no sweat :)
looks to me like a favorable judgment is on the way from how I read it, if you didn't think so then why are you here?
Oil related stocks tend to go up as the crude price climbs
hi Armani, still playing around with the Google chrome... I like some changes but I can tell active x is having trouble here and there but its the same with IE 8 also. Both are better than the previous versions however.
I wont ever mess with the ibox here without asking first, you have it all looking great. I just hope Midway pulls through in the coming months.
I said a white candle stick was what I looked for usually on a low market cap company. You can call it a cookie monster indicator for all I care. What pat do you not understand. fact is since Jan this stock is up 800% plus. nuff said
