Who asked for more info???

Ah, grasshoppa, that is where speculation comes into play.
cam_66, so if I read that correctly, you're saying that the stock price will more than likely go down.
Unless, of course, it happens to go up.
Kewl!
Thanks !! I think I have this baby pegged now!
(seems easy, once you see it in black and white)
I have a bad habit of comparing apples to oranges, but look at this poor chart. Any better than our last 2 years??
Think these losers will go anywhere?
Sorry, I couldn't get the chart as a www, so I thought I'd try to post the link. Hopefully it will work.

Food for thought. The future does exist.
beatle, you'll notice that as the large obstacles are overcome, the secondary obstacles are brought up (as insurmountable). As the secondary obstacles are addressed, the next level enters the spotlight, and so on.
You'd think that the current land line, cellular, broadband, dial up, cable, etc. are flawless. LOL!!
Who wouldn't want this technology to succeed ? (from a consumer standpoint)
low, that's scary!
Looks like I'll have to check the sofa cushions for extra change.
Ditto, here.
Today is a nice follow up to the CNBC piece on the Sans!
Maybe we can get Maria to do the next one!!
stockmjb, found this while looking for background on Doug Murch.
Interesting..I wonder if they really meat Stratellite???

Both named "Klaus"..
Never see them at the same time...
Getting closeer to Christmas.....
Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm...
Glow, that would be the best explanation of the location of the Hotzone build out.
More so, if GTEM could enlist the shareholders to transport the Hotzone units, Northward, utilizing the local river of the same name, it could cut down on the build out expense.
If the contract doesn't work out, it would then be obvious to all, that the shareholders "took it up the Pachuca".
IMHO
Do you believe in today's world that anyone has to be "convinced" in order for a lawsuit to be filed?
Anyone can sue anyone for anything. That does not make it valid.
Winning or losing a lawsuit does not make the decision just.
Translation please??
"The funniest part of the class action is where they used GTEM's on SEC filings to detailed all their purported by failed projects since 2004. It's like 7 pages long."
Whew! God Bless that edit time!!! I guess when both hands aren't free for typing...
Pretty much like Jeraldo with his map in the sand...
"Hey, the hotzone units are mounted here, and here...they can be taken out with a shotgun, or an ICBM, or just..."
Kinda like the cable TV guys giving you a weekend free. Get used to it, and there's no going back.
If I may paraphrase Randy Jackson,
"It's trading at a quarter, dog. Who the "F" are you trying to save?"
You're telling your neighbor that his wife is cheating, two weeks after he caught her with the pool boy.
hey Doc, I.V.'s out next. Guess we'll still have to be able to tee-tee in the big potty, before we can be discharged??
One step at a time!!
GLTY
Hmmm..maybe THAT's what the "M" in GTEM is for.
Mexico!!!
(well, it's one theory)
A successful Strat test at 65,000 feet combined with this Mexico news would catapult this baby to thirty cents a share!
IMHO
Good Lordy! Rupert Murdoch the head of Sanswire???
What in the world is going on!!!
Nil, dat's me. Missed you in the gutter...had to hop over here.

LOL, mgmt is leaving and left an empty shell!!!
all the long & strong just don't want to see what's so obvious...
mad, decent enough theory IMHO. Coud lead one to believe that the goal setting, etc. was more than just an in-house accomplishment level. Maybe it was a courtesy by those that were really running the game. "If you get it by XXX, then you may run the show. If you can't get there by XXX, we come in, and you'll be working for us."
Would there have been a longer duration extension that could have been filed for? 10 - 15 - 30 days?
If they only asked for 5, when they could have had more, apparently one would think they didn't need that much of an extension.....
low..and the "writers", BONY, ambulance chasers, et al, escape unharmed, because they were working for those who "now" control the corporation???
Damn nice gig......if you can get it!
griff, that kind of plays into the whole shake-up rationale of .."if the strat is close, Mexico deal close, and German buildout ready to rock..why bail now (Huff,Dumas,Klein, Salleo)?"
Probably dozens of rational reasons, but...
"ex-NASA rejects taking over the project. SO FAR, THEY'VE FAILED."
Technically, I believe they are currently "tied" for first. Or last.
Whichever your viewpoint.
"Missing though is the Globetel side, what you're seeing is the plantiff's side."
Who'd - a - thunk it!!!!!!!
nerd offered this info on RB, regarding reporting regulations:
"The story isn't where the Company stock is currently traded but where the stock was purchased. This is Section 12 of the Securities Exchange Act. If reporting was required when some people purchased their stock you must continue reporting finacials, that's Section 13."
voila'
Been knowing it was dead from concept, but still regularly posts on several message boards.
Freud would have a field day.
skunk, amusing..isn't it, how the pirhanas attampt to "console" those who are claiming to sell? Almost like they, too, have been now cleansed in the purifying waters of anti-GTEism.
humans! lol
D, he probably does when his medication kicks in. It's just too early, right now..or he forgot to take it again.
Or msturgeo took it...
Well, good grief. After all, old Chris Byron DID call for a delisting AND an SEC investigation, did he not?
Well, we're there.
As some have mentioned, and investigation does not criminal activity make. The SEC wouldn't want to play second fiddle to the AMEX, and not join in the fun.
Nevertheless, STILL a lot of trouble for a $0.50 company. IMHO
Do BUGS, AAC, SGLS, GNLB, and thousands of others, get this attention???
Me too. Guess we'll know in 3 days.
Or not. lol!
Then again, maybe Heilbonn is not the one he was referring to for being operational on 9/30?
So, the share price was not affected on the halt and subsequent delisting announcement?
Darned Yahoo update!! Tricked me again!
nikos,
Well, I don't know if that's where they'll WANT to stay, but we do have 15 x fewer shares (increased AS notwithstanding) than we had previously.
Perhaps a successful business model, with recurring revenues and (gasp) profits would land them on a more lucrative exchange. IMHO
nikos60, may I ask why you would think it likely to have a reverse split onto a more liberal exchange, wit hgenerally lower pps stocks?
Logic, and history would indicate the direct opposite
Thank you.
IMHO, you could swap "GTE" and "AMEX' in your post, and it would read just as accurate.
From AMEX's own propaganda, they are here "to help". I haven't seen it. Perhaps we are not privy to the numerous attempts by AMEX, to guide GTE on a path of success as a publicly traded company. I have seen NASDAQ companys with warnings from miles away, before being halted for a "delisting notice", if at all.
Maybe it's just timing. GTE was chewing gum in the gym the day after the principal sat in some, so they were used as an "example" of how tough the "new AMEX" is.
The share price was shakey already, but took quite a dive BECAUSE of the AMEX.
IMHO.
