Then we might not have any news here for months LMAO. Getting comical here.
Is that how you would explain all of the large successful RMs on the OTC throughout history?... All of the shareholders who made millions of dollars because they bought RM candidates that worked out?... This one just happens to have leading industry professionals joining their board and management positions in the company.
Getting a little nervous it seems.
LOL! Clearly the PR was released to define the direction this company is going and it's identity. Clearly these big whig names would not be joining the board for a lousy scam artist. These are big names with profound professional backgrounds. Not to mention - if there is a reverse merger in play here, why then would dilution be necessary?
Yes very undervalued. Wish I had more funds - might be clearing some from others to move here.
Very nice. This finally reveals the intentions behind all of this big names coming together under this entity. Sounds like a big move is coming here in the near future. Glad I held my .02s as well before adding under .01.
Definitely makes me warm inside that we are in front of a jury looking at those numbers. However I feel there have been some gestures in our case in reference to Judge Andrews that we are in good hands in that aspect as well. I think our case is as close to slam dunk as it gets with the credibility we have supporting our patents. And the patent language itself being so concerning from the start to the suppliers and cable companies leads me to believe there is no real case to be made to claim non-infringement. Their only chance was getting the patents invalidated by the PTAB or their last ditch effort with the appeals court.
So according to this fella we should settle because we only have a 9-14% chance of succeeding against their 27 mechanisms of defense. I personally think we are on the adverse side of those numbers and the defense has a less than 10% chance of walking away unscathed in this lawsuit. I think what is really up in the air for debate is the amount of damages which it seems the consensus on the board is a trial verdict would likely be in the billions.
If they can stay afloat lmao. They went cash positive months ago. Keep trying...
I love these links thank you.
Nice article. This should continue to move with some power. There will be some MM action and selling on the way up here and there so be ready for some dips. But they are very far along now in their fight for damages from GOOG. GOOG failed at the PTAB level and the appeals court level. More then likely a settlement in line with the willful infringement multiplier in play at trial. With attractive growth in business and revenue recently this company has a lot going for it fundamentally outside of the GOOGLE lawsuit.
You are a very enjoyable person to correspond with. I look forward to discussing things further as things progress here. Glad to meet you. And trust me. Once they are done with GOOG then precedent has been set and the other infringers will fall like dominoes when NLST approaches them with a lawsuit.
PCT* never got back to .05 after the podcast. It was under that before the podcast.
Yeah I got a lot in that one right now. But hopefully we get paid soon for our main baby and then we can push that into this and worlds in time.
Hey justus nice to see you here! Yes we are going into trial already. Trial is not scheduled here but things are moving forward nicely and this is an operating company with real revenues and their revs have bee consistently growing. I like this company a lot and it’s my new focus to move money here along with WD*D.
I’m no expert. Just been through years of experiencing this same process for others. I can tell you that I haven’t been through the specifics of the patent here and cannot put any range of numbers on the potential, however it looks like GOOG is willfully infringing therefore the number could be substantially higher even in the case of a settlement as the awarded amount at trial would be x3 if deemed willful. So a billion is not out of question but I always try to be as conservative as possible and cannot deny the large upside here even from a bare bones award or settlement. The company is growing pretty substantially from their own operations which is already very attractive from a fundamentals standpoint. I think the market cap is undervalued just from their rev numbers not even including the lawsuit perspective. Easy buy at these levels. It does seem they are very optimistic with their projections and the price drops when they don’t meet expectations but still their revenues are pretty substantial in comparison to their market cap especially when measuring the growth over the last year.
Again if you were able to understand and read the entire composition of my post maybe you would realize that I’m not calling this a typical patent litigation case. I am however stating, the standard for litigation cases are 1% of revenues for the product benefitting from the patent in question. The magnitude of damages is based on how much revenue was generated from the product which in this case is a very significant amount of money.
I take it you have little to no experience with patent litigation so I will not continue to try to make you understand. It doesn’t matter if google made 100 billion off of this product, the judge and jury will not be tell google to pony up 100 billion to pay back NLST. There are costs to selling product and margins are not 100 percent of revenue obviously. As I have stated the standard is 1% revenues which may deviate 1% or so.
By the way, they will know how much was made over the 10 years. That is the valuation experts job to come in and judge how much profit was generated in direct reference to this patent. I am in a ticker currently that is suing 13 cable companies and they are much further along than NLST at this point in time just finishing up pre trial conference and going to trial in mid August with the first cable company. NLST is very much like that company in this case in how it destroyed the tech giants invalidation claims through the PTAB which is the first and most intense test for patents. If your patents hold up through the PTAB process, the chance of garnering damages is very very likely. The big boy tech giants will hire companies to trash your patents along with doing so themselves. The PTAB is considered the firing squad for patents as most don’t make it through the process without getting some of the claims invalidated.
Good luck to you, I bought a nice starter on Friday finally after reading for a couple of days. Will add more as funds become available. But pumping the “billions of dollars lawsuit” narrative will only make expectations extremely high and then when reality sets in the share price will be dumped off. This company is going to make big moves just be patient.
Looks like mag has taken over duties to keep the pacer report updates in order. If you need help let me know as we all know we lost our good friend.
Where in my post did you read this case being typical? You realize hundreds of millions of dollars in patent litigation damages would be an outlier in the top 5% ever correct? I was saying that it is a standard to get 1% revenues in any patent litigation case. Now the amount that could be here is very substantial being the patent in question with Googles use of it.
Typical patent litigation cases amount to 1% of revenue gained from the use of the patent in question. These tech cases can be very volatile in the projections. First the revenue stream that benefits from this patent for Google must be determined in order to determine how much revenue they indeed gained from this patent over the life of the patent. Then the valuation experts will weigh in to determine the measure of damages in regards to the revenue streams benefiting from the patent.
All in all this will be a very sizable lawsuit, but I think the "billions projection" is very optimistic. I have not delve into the patent terminology nor the revenues for Google yet to even speak on the amount, but billions seems a little far fetched. That being said - even a $500 million dollar lawsuit with a big name company like Google would add close to $3 fair value to the PPS here, not even taking into account the MOMO that would send this much higher. This is an operating company with real revenues in large sums that are growing quite rapidly after reviewing their recent fins - the amount of cash they could be acquiring in this suit would ramp up their operations in a big way I presume, not to mention the type of acquisitions they could make with that amount of cash.
This is a great investment at this point in time and I personally think their market cap is undervalued just in reference to their business operations - not even discussing the lawsuit which they are looking very likely to be awarded or settle for a very large amount of cash.
Wow I think I read the same paragraph like 6 times over here. I have a couple words to refute all of this... the stats are heavily out of favor for what you just presented. If the odds were so heavily in the defendant’s favor. Why do 96% of these cases settle before there is ever even a trial. Also, you said “the defendant has a good hand to play”. What hand are you referring to? The defendant’s representation has been decimated at all levels of court including the PTAB which is the tech giants’ major line of defense in most cases against patent lawsuits. They failed miserably 8 times over in the PTAB with these three patents. They failed with appeal after appeal. Looks like the defendant doesn’t have a leg to stand on yet you claim they have a good hand. So please do tell what hand your referring too.
I bought some today. The lawsuit is nowhere near as lucrative as this one. However, they are a successful company in the data sector and their revs are growing pretty substantially. So aside from the potential of that lawsuit that has went much like UOIP’s lawsuit against the 13, they also have an operating business that is flourishing.
This is the chink in his narrative. When you reach so heavily you have to try to conceal certain things in that manner and hope no one catches.
How can one possibly believe that money made and retained to reinvest into the company in new assets is not profit but in fact costs lmao.
Which fluid is this exactly?
Anyone claiming the 100 million numbers was just never realistic and that is easy to tell. We will see what the fins bring over the next couple of months for a better idea but regardless the share structure here is attractive at this current price even for $4 million in earnings especially with the amount of systems going out now and being cash positive at this point.
I’ve get something fungal in the crease in between my fingers sometimes after fishing or swimming in the ocean. I’ve always wondered what it is and never went to the dermatologist to find out. I wonder if this fluid would help make this stuff disappear. I use certain creams but it takes forever.
Looks like someone sold early and is unhappy with today’s move.
Regardless nice little run on fairly low volume. Shows how tight the float is. Happy with those .035s I just bought on that last dip.
Clearly it’s MM action. The shares don’t show up on level 2 until it’s the immediate ask then they pop up.
Exactly a month after his last post he passed. Thank you for the picture long.
Wow long... that recent. I hope we can all set aside some time at our event to remember him. Hopefully his family can attend.
And frankly, there could be more. I worry about gooferball and khenry.
Wow this is tragic. What a great guy he was. I guess we all kind of knew something terrible happened when he went from posting daily to nothing at all for a long while. It just hits harder to know it is confirmed. I hope that his family can benefit from his investment and work here. What a legacy he would be leaving to his family here.
It saddens me to know we won’t meet face to face at our UOIP celebratory event, but I can tell you that I probably speak for the group as a whole when I say we will celebrate you and I’ll personally make a toast to you.
RIP brother.
Apologies for some reason I told myself he said a couple of days. He did indeed say right around the corner and then the Q about a week thereafter. So you are correct. Which leads me to retract many of my statements I have made between the last couple of days. He is doing what he is supposed to as CEO keeping an upbeat attitude with shareholders. This is in the auditors hands and frankly I am almost willing start advertising how terrible this auditor is on social media. This is getting absurd.
He said “a couple of days” in the podcast. Not to mention he had continued to string us along in the past on it when the auditor had been failing time and time again. Just be real and up front do shareholders can have confidence. A simple we are working on it and having a hard time due to COVID or whatever the case may be suffices. To go into calling out the auditor is not professional nor does it help anything so just be real to the point and short.
I know some filthy rich men personally. And I can tell you. Their lives still consist of a whole lot of work and business ventures. I know a guy personally that is 70+ years old with a confirmed net worth over $150 million dollars just in stocks and he still spends a great amount of time in business ventures. There is never enough money for most successful people. Their passion is success and expanding their influence.
So I can’t say I agree with that statement rocko. However I still feel it’s less likely UOIP will get relisted.
The CEO also stated the 10K would be out in a couple of days last Monday. I know they are very different things but until we see the financials it’s a rumor.
PCTL has been losing money for years... this is nothing new. Anyone who invests should read financials so they know the financial position of a company this is investing 101. Everyone here is here for the rapid growth and expansion this year from the pandemic along with the systems this company produces and has a patent on. These systems solve hospitals huge HAI problems and is clearly a new need going forward in the health industry. Rumor has it PCTL is no longer burning cash and actually funding its expansion itself. Time will tell.
If you feel what I posted is uncalled for you can report it to the admins. My words stand as said. I don’t have ill will for jbbb he’s be around a lot longer than me here. However the shenanigans that were spewed over these years here I have my own opinions and I am free to express myself.
For the longest he claimed to be speaking to Billy Carter and was claiming we would never get paid. Then flip flop back and forth almost like a flipper. I like consistency which directly correlated with an individual’s integrity. Take it how you will but it’s how I was raised and I don’t budge on my standards.
Unless your working for his mail route I presume.
What does “that being from the Judge” matter? The fact is anyone rooting against Chanbond is cringing right now knowing that this injunctive relief is on the table.
