.002's tomorrow?
They're not gonna care about Bellissima or ICNB either lol.
There is a new catalyst in ICNB now.
Canada.
The past catalysts that were hyped to send sales through the roof, have done exactly the opposite for 6 months straight. Bevmo, California (that was hyped mercilessly), Wine.Com, Earthfare, Bucca de Peppo, 48 states, Publix, Target, and some others.
But alas Canada. Canadians are going to be desperate to buy Bellissima, regardless of its high price. And why? CB of course. Her commanding grip on the social scene and wine culture there far exceeds any challengers. Sales will be in the MILLIONS!!!
JK, Bellissima will continue to un impress in Canada and flop there, just like here.
Lol NEXT!!!!!! WOWSERS MAN!!! Lol
the agenda
IMO, I don't recall your posts/counter posts to only be marinated in hype or blind optimism? It is apparent you have faith in this company and believe it will succeed. Good on you, respect. Clearly my position is the polar opposite of yours.
But, can you please define "the agenda" you are referring too?
TIA
Lol.
Soon Bellissima will become a flop in Canada, just like here in its own back yard.
"More in 6 weeks than all of Q2" is the latest rally cry produced by Rich and performed by the cheerleaders here with no audited evidence to back the claim.
There's not enough demand for a higher priced Bellissima, or a 63 yr old socialite millionaire centered in money and appearances, as documented in the past Q's. True here, and IMO same result in Canada coming.
Rich will need to work on a new rally cry for you guys when Bellissima in Canada flops LOL
NEXT!!!!!!!
You don't say?
Well, just be patient. Campos said By 9/23 the 2015 10k will be released. May not want to analyze it though, it will be horrendous. Followed by an equally disastrous 2016 and finally 2 2017 Q's. How much revenue has NEWC generated from coal, rock, or us Sannabis sales to that point in time??
IMO
With the release of fins, we will finally understand; all the past and current debts, toxic loans, any pending lawsuits or settlement amounts, share selling, dilution, failed contracts, and who all is behind the NEWC curtain. A glowing and promising PR likely will follow the fins, claiming profitable events and solid developments in the works.
OR IMO, there will be no filings, and NEWC dilutes as much as they possibly can from shareholders before the SEC drops the hammer. Then NEWC can use the position that shareholders knew the risks involved, how the CEO was engaged and open with shareholders, and even instructed them to sell and move on at one point if they weren't happy.
IMO, NEWC never files.
Thinking an OTC Pink wouldn't chance the risk of a lawsuit from shareholders (most of whom are from a different country in this case) for fraud? Lol, the money and time it would require to sue would require quite a substantial commitment. If all the stars did line up and shareholders were awarded a legal victory, who would pay with what money?
Other than that Cargo, yeah I agree, this one is not looking to good buddy!
Canada is going to be the new Bellissima conquest! Yes, those Canadians just can't wait for an above average priced wine to hit their market! And they will be so happy knowing it's a US based company marketing and looking to profit in their country. They will love that to pieces.
And, once they learn that the face of Bellissima is a 63 year old wealthy American socialite businesswoman that wants even more, why those Canadians will buy every bottle in those stores!
And just wait until Canada discovers that over 40 states (don't forget California) and multiple chains here in the US have resulted in declining sales for the last 2 Q's, those people will be fighting each other to get their hands on a bottle of Bellissima!
Yes, getting a bottle of Bellissima distributed into part of Canada will be bigger than that airplane and banner over a few beaches for one day.
Mark it!!!
If anyone is getting paid to post here it's got to be him.
I don't believe Bellissima will do very well in Canada.
Getting distributed there does not equate to automatic sales and success.
Everyone thought California was going to send sales through the roof, it Didn't happen. Then BEVMO, then...
Bellissima Hasn't exactly swept the wine market off its feet anywhere so far.
Canada will be more of the same.
Even when you add all the markets together, sales are lukewarm at best.
1 bottle? C'mon man, been a long week for everyone on this board,
Get crazy with it!!!!
Monday we can all get back to the ICNB grind lol
Getting "cheapies here will not be a problem.
Getting audited fins sure will though.
UPLIST???!!! Did you say UPLIST??!!
UPLIST?????!!!!!!
what other landmines are buried...
Thus no audited fins.
Can't say I disagree with much of your response. Fair play to you.
However, another saying, not quite as eloquent as yours, but apropos to the ICNB casino nonetheless;
"Don't piss down my back and tell me it's raining"
GLTY
Yeah, Rich and his Crew are not responsible for this lol.
Good luck with this notion.
CB is characterized as a warm, caring, and conscientious person.
Yet throughout this whole fiasco, she has never addressed the shareholders that made her product possible and have supported her efforts all the way, from social media to literally promoting Bellissima to stores and chains etc...
Self centered is a better characterization. The multiple husbands thing makes total sense lol
Sucks bro, hope the $$$ comes back to you someway.
GLTY
Probably a blurb or two to defend further dilution as well.
Lololololol, ok. Excellent retort lololololol
"They lie to drive the price down"
Can you please cite the lies you are referring too?
Driving the price down? Perhaps if you gander at the last few months of ICNB you will be able to comprehend that this free fall requires no driving lmao!
In order to SELL shares however, and entice more investors to ICNB, the hype machine will have to go into overdrive to attempt to "drive" this up.
Lololol.
Rich's email rattle?
It's ok, his bark is worse than his bite.
I don't believe Canadians will give a rats ass about Bellissima, much less buy it.
Looking at recent sales numbers, the same thing is true in the states.
This thing is a disaster.
I bet Rich is just flat out welching on his deal and will wait to settle in court.
Since there have been no audited fins for over 5 years, it's hard to say what other skeletons are in the ICNB closet.
I would like to hear DeVitos account of what happened also. We know he got pissed and rolled out, but I never saw the details of what went down or why.
8 failed businesses and no audited fins, hard to say what's lurking behind the curtain.
Gonna Explode
Heard the same thing about California. Never happened.
In fact, the same thing has been said with every market Bellissima has entered BEVMO, Bucca de Peppo, Publix, Earthfare, Wine.com, 45 states, and some others.
Never happened. Sales have declined.
Heard this one before, never materialized.
These posts are not attracting buyers if that's the point of them. ICNB has been getting slaughtered in case you haven't noticed. I'm pretty sure you realize it's going to get worse too.
The "sources" thing ran its course a while back.
Probably not paying it. Gonna make the dude take him to court or hopes he just gives up on it.
Current shareholders are pay for it if it comes to it anyway.
Appears you're not the only one that believes prosecco is just a fad. Per Forbes article in May 2017;
https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.forbes.com/sites/nickpassmore/2017/05/02/italys-best-sparkling-wine-and-its-not-prosecco/amp/
If CB is this wonderful caring person she is characterized as, why hasn't she addressed the shareholders directly during this fiasco?
You can't tell me she doesn't know the role investors have played in ICNB to make her product possible.
Several investors here (not me!) bought her product, worked to get it in stores for her, supported her IG and other social mediums and were faithful to her mission.
And yet she's got nothing for those people. POS imo.
You were dark for a while A. It's charts now. We're doing charts. Spinning tops, harambe's, candle sticks, think there was even a sword crossers in there lol.
Yes you did. I have posted that a few times here.
Your accuracy rate with this stock is not well received by the cheerleaders here.
GLTY
The $100,000 salaried VP of marketing decided an airplane with Bellissima banner over a beach in New York was a superior strategy.
Now they're talking about possibly doing Bellissima tee shirts.
Next Rich will ride down the boardwalk on a unicycle juggling 3 bottles of Bellissima.
the 21-34 crowd will buy the lower cost product.
I read an article 2 or so days ago (sorry can't find it now) that states the hottest selling wine with this age group is Rose at $7-14 per bottle. Wine companies are slinging cases of it right and left.
Meanwhile sales are declining here.
Canada should make the final numbers better in Q3.
You think it would, but the same thing was said about BEVMO, California and other markets leading into Q2.
Hope for guys like you, Toy and others it works out somehow. Rich and his crew have screwed this up for shareholders.
GLTY
He's hiding
Hey Rich, follow up PR buddy? Lol
Audited fins are out IMO. Pretty sure those will remain a carrot but not materialize. Audited fins would expose too much of the behind the scenes action here.
My catalyst for bailing when I did (glad I didn't wait any longer) was the audited fins hype then its disappearance. That and the airplane over the beach strategy confirmed to me this is a shit show.
Waiting for a possible reentry for a flip now. Even that looks dicey though.
This post doesn't make sense to me.
I read your posts and I suspect you are a bright and intelligent person with really good literary and reading skills. My humble opinion.
Not sure what you read in this Q2 that brings you to this conclusion.
You may want to poor over it again!
GLTY
You might want to rethink that Q, these bad asses are considering Tee Shirts now! Think that airplane was a revenue generator? Wait till tee's hit the market!
Next Rich will juggle all three bottles of Bellissima while on a unicycle lol
"My sources are 100."
Pretty sure this one has run its course here pal lol.
It was amusing way back at .02, at .005 it's embarrassing.
One of the .73 posters here used to post emails from Rich swearing he would never never never never do a RS, he respects his shareholders too much to do that. So there you have it. Case closed.
May not want to email him and inquire about it though, Mr. Grumpy Pants only likes the brown emails lol
