Yep, South African government is all for this, no one fighting this at any level. I will continue to add to current position here over the following weeks. At the time revenues are released, all I can say is watch out because revenues will be incredible here.

Its not 100% sure that's what is going on but anyone who divulges and does DD with putting thought into it, will see this is where TXTM has to be going with the merger PLPL in South Africa (which is a botanical medicine company). They are reorganizing assets for what, the heck of it? I dont think so, it has to be for one thing, the growing, supplying, and distribution of the soon demand of MMJ. I dont see what else could be going on here....

South Africa approved MMJ but it wont start selling MMJ until Feb. 01 2017 correct?

Yeah, pennies within a month or two. This stock might be the equivalent to MCOA and a few others in the near future. TXTM has the entire MJ market to themselves for the entire country of South Africa. From my knowledge, Feb. 1st the country's law which is allowing MMJ sales is to officially commence. Without question, this stock will go up like most of the MJ stocks have here in the United States, when MJ was legalized for medicinal use and now rec. use. Smart play here, going to add more to my position next week....Lets GO $TXTM!

Yep yep, also PLPL the company they acquired a couple of weeks ago was trading at .05 PPS. I would expect SP to at least break .02 in the coming months or less. Increased revenue stream now on top of the legalization of MJ in South Africa. Might take time to get there but I believe it definitely will.

Im with you and agree, I plan on going in when market opens. I just hope I can grab the .0006's before its too late! MJ stocks are definitely where it's at right now. Bottom line, this merger is huge news and the fact that MJ is becoming legal in their country next month...In the words of Trump, "This will be huge" lol

I agree completely, there is a catalyst here that this company has never had thus the SP will surpass .001 with ease IMO. It would be great if it could reach .002-.003 and I dont see why it couldnt. Merger=big momentum and gains.

There is no way they uplist or get close to the claimed '$1.00 per share' without a R/S. Question is, when do they announce a R/S?

Stock price will break a $1.00 no problem on Monday, this company is well worth over 2-3 IMO. Now, with the merger set to take place and only a share holder meeting to authorize the merger (which shareholders will approve) this current SP is a gift. I would think there is a gap up in SP on Monday.

Any thoughts or opinions on Mondays stock price action? Do we break over a buck? Im thinking we do, new 8K that was released today basically confirms merger will take place...This has to be bigger than current stock price IMO

Right, you're exactly right! Odds are much greater in stocks. That's exactly what Im planning on starting a position with here, $1,000. No talks of R/S and the very real poss. ICNM travels out of trips, heck, who wouldnt want to turn 1,000 into 10,000

Volume has dried up but heck, we are here now and locked in....Who knows maybe this will go somewhere, if or when news hits. One thing is for certain, SP is past due for some movement out of trips...
