With all due respect, this is a public forum and I will post when and as I please within the TOS. It happens that I will follow this company with great interest because I think they are on to something. I just don't hesitate to ask hard questions and to view any company with a dose of healthy sceptisism. And I am no cheeleader. PLease use the ignore function if opinions contrary to your own are something you are not mature enough to deal with.
I posted that I would not follow the pack, but would wait to see what transpires on Friday. It looks like I was wise to have done that. Again I have said that if this company is the real deal we will know in due time and I will have plenty of opportunity to get on board. Any bona fide company is going to stand up under scrutiny. I bet the founders of Spooz are not successful traders because they read chat boards and followed every "hot tip" on the internet. I bet they will appreciate someone kicking the tires if they are confident in their company.
In any event I wish you success and the very best of luck. But don't expect me to change to suit everyone who gets upset with something I post. It is just my opinion for crying out loud.

Your post reflects my own sentiments.I only happened across this company last week. The company and it's product seem legitimate enough and I think they have a real shot. But in the little time I had to research ,a couple of things prompted me to "wait and see" rather than jump in with both feet. First is the heavy promoting on various penny pimping websites. I know it is commonly done, but it brings is a mob of undiciplined "investors" who buy up shares and immediately go shopping for the yacht and ranch they are going to buy when it hits that one dollar price projection they all seem to use. The inevitable result is a slide in price on the opening day, because those penny pimping sites are generally paid in some combination of free trading shares and cash. They dump their shares into the hype they create pimping the stock. This always creates a buying opportunity if I decide to get in.
Second is the fact, as you point out, that I would have expected a newly rolled out trading software and it's website to be working gangbangers BEFORE I rushed into the grand opening. It looks very cheezy that nothing works , and there is still that "under construction" message pasted under every page. I feel completely justified having opted to wait and see.
Lastly, the last published capital structure for the company gives something like 122 million free trading shares as of March 3rd. A call to the transfer agent places free trading shares at about double that. So somewhere between March 3rd and yesterday a lot of restricted stock was cleared for trading. A poster on the RB called the company and was told that those shares are still "locked up". I believe that is what they told the poster. But I am a little sceptical about just how "locked up" the shares may or may not be. There was a lot of volume yesterday and the price ended down 20% which tells me dilution may be the culprit. All of this is speculation on my part, but this is a non reporting pink and so I will err on the side of caution.
If this is all for real, revenues will follow and there will be ample time to make money with this stock. I will wait until "amateur hour" passes and see where it goes from here.
Good luck,
jc
I emailed Spooz:
Hello,
I am interested in your stock. I have noticed that in your recent press release "Spooz Capitalization"
it states 70,187,586 restricted shares were issued on Aug. 18, 2005.
The same article appears on your company website and states that 70,187,586 restricted shares were
issued on Aug. 18, 2004.
Can you clarify for me which date is correct? The restriction is for one year and if your website is correct
those shares are now no longer restricted.
Thanks for your time,
John
Often transactions that took place during the trading day are taped after the close. Sometimes they are catching up on the ledger, sometimes settling trades between MM's. But the close is at 4:00.
jc
Pinks don't trade after hours.
jc
I will read them. This all seems too good to be real.
jc
Does anyone know if they are receiving orders for the subscriptions already, or what the level of interest is from potential subscribers? I don't want to call them now because I can imagine what the phones are doing.
jc
That is a good observation. I had not watched the SAR before now.
Thanks,
jc
I agree there is a lot of potential down the road. I wish we could know more about this "Nutmeg Group". Is there going to be equity financing? That is the question right now. It is not necessarily a bad thing, but it will affect share price if it occurs. So it would be helpful to know more about it.
jc
From the begining of Feb. until a few days ago there was a big sell off. Does anyone know why? Do they have some kind of equity distribution agreement in place? I emailed the company with this and a few other questions early last week, but no reply. I also asked if the Welch's installation is a freebie, did Welch's pay for it? Who is collecting the hydrogen and what is being done with it? Does anyone have any knowledge of these things?
jc
I like the way they are going about OTC.BB status. Most companies buy a shell and foreward merge into it. It appears NNLX is going the rout of providing properly documented finacials.
Does anyone know what the current O/S is? Also, does anyone know the particulars of the Welches installation...is it a test installation or did Welches purchase the equipment? What is being done with the hydrogen?
If no one knows the O/S I will call the Xfer agent later.
jc
There have been no insider sales since Feb. of 2005, over a year ago. Insider sales require a prompt filing. There have been no filings of insider sales since Feb. 25, 2005.
jc
The modification to the filter does not involve the filter medium and requires no patent work. It is to adjust the flow.
I just posted the World IP patent information for you.
No water filter pitcher fills all the way up. It can't fill with more than the upper reservoir holds.
jc
...Oh, and MARTI, the owner of the ARTI technology, is about to go public and has Gunn-Allan on board to procure invstors. EYI/ MARTI will be the first to market pitcher based arsenic filtration. In fact they are already doing it. I have two units.
jc
This is a very similar process, chemically, to the ARTI filter. This guy is looking for financing and has applied for a patent. EYI already has a $210 million contract and ARTI has US and World patents, a producer, a shipper/ warehouse, etc. EYI has the jump on this guy. EYI will be selling very soon. But you do what seems best to you! Oh... and the United Nations already is giving away iron oxide based arsenic removal technology.
Good luck,
jc
LOL...that thing has circulated around on various boards for as long as I can remember. I know of no case of the government prosecuting a "paid basher". But there are many cases of prosecutions of paid pumpers. I wish someone would pay me to bash...I am good at it! And I don't Bash unless it's Trash!
..."Paid bashers" is a myth if you ask me. In the case of this company you have a CEO with prior fraud convictions, real estate transactions without a license, none of his press releases have ever happened...not a single one. NOT ONE. And yet you ask " Is this what is going on here?" as if the crooked "CEO" isn't the con here. Unbelievable. What is going on here is a con artist in Canada chiseling you out of your money.
Wake up for crying out loud.
jc
Of course they are in complete control. They can't make market in an orderly fashion if they aren't in control. If they weren't in control, there would be no trading.
The company is not selling shares. The last insider sale took place on Feb. 25 2005...one year ago. EYII is a fully reporting SB-2 and are required to report insider sales. There have been no filings of insider sales for over a year.
If you are watching level II you will see that there is a pretty good balance between the buyers and sellers right now. Also by watching activity on the various chat boards, you will see a lot of recent interest and new names. The company entered into a standby equity distribution agreement with Cornell Capital several quarters back. A number of shares were issued and placed in escrow against anticipated draw downs. EYI has drawn cash over time to fund the Code Blue venture and Cornell has been issued shares accordingly. The escrowed shares have been part of the "Issued and Outstanding" count all along, but have been added to the public float as Cornell sold. That has disrupted the normal retail side MM activity and driven price down. CEIEC revenues will end the need for further draws on the Cornell equity line and you will see price move up to reflect normal retail/retail market making. The price will reflect the $210 million contract once CEIEC revenues begin.

I was thinking more along the lines of a Dry Cleaners (specializing in washing green backs).

It's great news? How so? A couple of foreigners operating offshore buying a shell is great news? What are they going to do that is so great?
jc
BWAAAAAAAAAHAHAHAHA...LOL EOM
jc
OTC.BB's don't trade after hours. That trade took place during the day and was taped by the MM after the close.
O/S is approx. 227,000,000

No one has suggested you can't make money trading scam stocks. I have merely said it is a scam. I do how ever find it curious how you say you bought millions of shares at .0001 when the low bid has been .0001
Is somebody prone to fabrication here?
LOL

Yes, the track record is not one of a legitimate investment and holding company. A legitimate company would have a growing list of profitable holdings...not a dozen or so half-ass claims of business ventures that always stumble at the finish line...they never come across...not one ever has. Of course it is doubtful they were ever intended to. Take the first "project" for example. A lot of stock was sold with the promise of a detailed project at the St. Hubert Airport. During the entire time that project was being touted, no effort was made to secure any lease property at the airport. I know because I checked repeatedly. Paris was the same...promises of development and no land was ever obtained. The fingerprint machine turned out to be a pirated image of a defunked Italian device. When that became known, the whole thing just quietly went away. This has been the pattern from day one...big promises, fanfare, bally-hoo...all the way up to the finish line. Then....nothing... except the announcement of a new "venture".
jc
All of you would be well advised to call the Brittons for yourselves. Never mind what DUE says, Call the Brittons. When Cortellazzi first started with his PAVP/CDJV St. Hubert Airport scam, I called the airport and Transport Canada and found out Cortellazzi was claiming to be doing a lot of things at the airport , but in fact he was doing nothing at all. Everything he has done since then follows the same pattern...PR's with grand plans that upon follow up investigation prove to be meaningless.
He has never yet done anything whatsoever that he claims he is doing. Don't believe me. Check into it for yourself. He usually doesn't give you anything specific to check out. When he does it never checks out. Why engage in meaningless debate here?...Call the Brittons... You will find that there is no oil flowing...the only oil here is snake oil.

Happy new Dr.V

jc
Hey! I was going to post that!
jc
As you well know, I could not have sold what I did not own. Only the owners of the CSJJ shell that Cortellazzi bought could do that, as well as 'Ole AC for a very short time, as immediate dilution set in and price made a bee-line for it's current lofty level. I know this is an awful lot to expect you to "comprende" but if you wait a month or two, you will see the process again first hand...of course you still won't understand it.
