I emailed Spooz:

Hello,
I am interested in your stock. I have noticed that in your recent press release "Spooz Capitalization"
it states 70,187,586 restricted shares were issued on Aug. 18, 2005.
The same article appears on your company website and states that 70,187,586 restricted shares were
issued on Aug. 18, 2004.
Can you clarify for me which date is correct? The restriction is for one year and if your website is correct
those shares are now no longer restricted.
