Wow - I expected this to happen next week.
Love the momo....
I have not learned anything.
All I know is that Frank and Rick are not involved.
Whether or not there is any plan to do ANYTHING is anyone's guess at this point.
well that makes sense and is unfortunate.
so frustrating that "management" is doing nothing.
Adam bought everything.
Rick cleaned up the factory.
Frank was a ship in the night.
Al has yet to do anything.
little by little....
patience and hold your chips.....
Someone got sick of holding.....
No surprise....stock stalled. Would think that this will be the case for a while, barring news.....would be surprised to see a retrace, BUT, if anyone wants to sell in the .05-.06 I will be happy to take them.
Approximate Expected Share Structure: 3,000,000
Potential Revenue 2014: $2,500,000
Earnings per Share: .83
Multiple: 10
PPS: $8.33
I can live with that!
When doing the analysis just remember that we know they are going to make at least $1.2m with Coors.
Say they make what they made last year on top of that and we are talking about $2M+.
I think $3-5M is a reasonable expectation.
Either one works for me! In both cases the stock is trading in the multiple dollars!!!
just one thing, your market cap analysis did not use a multiplier.
The value of the stock will be much higher than what you calculated with whatever multiplier you choose to apply....
There are no shares at this level. We hit .15 next week, this will float to .40-.50.
I don't see anyone who bought pre R/S selling before it hits a $1 in any significant way. That will then create a new base to pop to multiple dollars...
You know, your analysis is very interesting. I re-read the disclosure and agree 100% with your analysis.
The debt was created during SBRH days, not as a part of the merger or by NVOB. Clearly they want to get rid of the shares and complete the 1000:1 split.
But they want Mark gone. So they give him 30% up front and agree to pay off the rest and hold his shares in escrow.
The escrowed shares which are not to be reverse split, since they were never part of the float and are to be retired completely. This is the key point, as I believe that until that is done, they can't reduce the authorized shares from 5B. This is why the DTC chill is still in effect....IMO.
They need to pay off Mark and then retire the preferred shares to then finalize the split, reduce the share structure and then move the company forward.
Wow....this stock is going to fly!
One of the best analysis I have seen in a long while....
Great job of breaking down what was communicated by the company.
These levels may last a little while, but when we leave this level for higher levels, we are never coming back....
For those on the fence, your window is dwindling.... I would say in a matter of weeks it will be gone....

Good luck getting them....I am loaded up and barring a dip am locked and loaded as they like to say.....
Correction support is at .08. Don't think there was one trade less than .08 today....if there was it was minor.
This stock could be total loss for everyone or epic win, or somewhere in between.
First of all, forget about what happened with SBRH because, barring new evidence, SBRH management is long gone. They may have picked up some shares, but that was it. I would point out that the shares they got were also subject to the RS.
Secondly, the company has a series of products. How much profit that translates into, I don't know, but they have real products with real companies.
Thirdly, they are trying to grow. The acquisition of a facility, without using shares, is a big step in busines growth.
Fourthly, the goal for us is that Novacab management can attract industry shareholders. People with DEEP pockets who will take this stock from 50 cents to $10+. There are industry-based buyers that they need to get in front of that could put a STRONG BUY/BUY on the stock and then we are off to the races. Of course, they need to be on the BB and not a PINK to make that happen....so hopefully they are working on that.
Lastly, we need to give the new management time to show us what they got, what they can do. Ostensibly, they have been running a publicly traded company for less than 2 months....let's give them a chance before we bury/blame them...
New Photos on Facebook of Novacab products in use!
Trading is up, value is up, news is coming.
Might I point out that they have put out 2 PRs this month already?
A lot more coming......IMHO
We are at a stalemate....
buyers want to lowball, but there aren't shares at the low, low levels....
will the ask rise?
Only way we see .01 at a sustainable level is if some shareholders takes a massive dump, dilution from the company, or really bad news....
I don't see any of that happening yet, so we shouldn't see a huge slip, a few dips but with low volume...
Upside to $1???? Man, this upside is really hard to predict just because of the tremendous potential of news. I really think that there is a lot more done than what we know. These guys are more prepared than we know..
This stock hiccup has, IMO, screwed with them a bit, but I think that they can blow the doors off this stock once it is fully tradeable.
Lol. Typo.
.10 EOW next week timeframe...then let's see what happens :)
I would look for a brief retrace tomorrow am but I really think that we are now in the .07-.09 range. Just don't see that there is going to be a lot of volume for very long.
We could see .10+ by end of week, although I think that is probably not happening until next week sans news.
I have a buy order in at .08..... No takers, maybe the cheap shares are gone.....
I already loaded up the past few weeks....but maybe we are getting ready to take off.
Two weeks ago we were trading @ .05, now we are .08.
We know that there are a lot of shareholders between .10 to .60 due to R/S so this will easily go up to $1. There will be selling at that levels as many try to get out, unlock themselves from a "high" break even amount....
We get past that and we are in unchartered waters.... $1+. Who knows what happens then, but a lot depends on the company and how sustainable and solid they prove to be.
2, count them, 2 shares traded....NOW THAT IS STRANGE
Sideways trading, light as it is, is okay for now...the company is getting itself organized and will launch us soon enough to then next levels...
I realize that what I am going to say is counter-intuitive, but they should not pump yet.
They are putting a PR department in place, per my understanding. That team needs to get in place, be able to support the communication that will undoubtedly follow once they start announcing the news they have.
They also need to make sure that they have auditors on board and performing an audit soon, if not already started so they can, worst case scenario, show audited Q1 2014 financials, if not audited YE 2013 financials.
Then they will be seen as a real company and can begin uplisting proceedings. For everything the SBRH was not, they did keep in good standing which means that NVOBs path to uplisting is pretty open....I think that they will try to uplist as soon as possible to at least BB status, but frankly speaking, IF they have the relationships that I think that they have, they probably have designs for bigger board action in 1 year, maybe 2, maybe sooner.
Either way, this is the kind of stock that will perform really well and people will be wishing they jumped in on at these levels....IMHO
That's what I am talking about.
They acquired the place, equipment, etc for $1.4M.
And this is something they were working on for a while, well before they decided to go public, so it is reasonable to assume that they had the financing taken care of without the company shares.
No way they sold shares to buy the the property and equipment.
I like the latest one,not as much as the first, but it shows diversity of sources of revenue, expansion, and somehow they got $1.4M without diluting the stock.....

well, all POS/companies have a wart or two. The current wart is the A/S. What we are hoping/waiting for is that the company will extract it and then we will be able to launch into rarified air....
If there was no "buyer beware" this stock would already be trading in the multiple dollars.....
All of you are looking at the company based on being in on SBRH. I see it as a new company.
This is moving up, with a few dips along the way.....
Etrade will let you
I am hoepful of a PR today/tomorrow to kick-off the week.
Nothing wrong with everyone making money....win-win for everyone on this board...it is possible.....
there is a lot to get excited about...but still i expect little movement for a few more weeks as this is all speculation at this point.
A classic ploy...possibly, but it could also be a true gem....
PAY ATTENTION
"Novacab International Inc (OTC Pink: NVOB) is most pleased to announce the first of many projects for Molson - Coors Brewing Company commencing with their plant in Montreal. This initial installation is expected to generate revenues of $300,000 while the installation in the Vancouver plant shall exceed revenues of $900,000.
Roch Voyer, senior project engineer of Infrastructure and Utilities at Molson - Coors, states, "We shall engage our joint venture partner to develop a business process that is more energy efficient."
SORRY FOR THE CAPS - BUT PAY ATTENTION TO THE WORDS....
JOINT VENTURE PARTNER - not, vendor, resource, etc. A JOINT VENTURE PARTNER. MAYBE THEY DON'T NEED SHARES TO FUND THEMSELVES....NOVACAB BRINGS THE KNOWLEDGE, COORS THE $$$
I think the additional SS (restricted shares) is for the JVs with COORS and maybe IBM....
FIRST OF MANY PROJECTS - two projects =$1.2M, how much do MANY projects equal?
COMMENCING WITH THEIR PLANT IN MONTREAL - how many plants does MOLSON-COORS have? I got imagine many plants.....$$$$$$$
JUMP ABOARD NOW OR WATCH THE TRAIN ROLL BY...THIS IS THE TRUE BIG ONE.....
Has anyone thought about the possibility that IBM could be a business partner? Just saying that the NAME of the project with IBM was "Enerstat".
Something to contemplate.....
Well, like it has been said many times, the share structure is the biggest factor that will dictate pps.
This company will make, IMO, $5M+ in 2014, and I think will double revenue in 2015. This is based on my own DD. That being the case, if they can handle the PPS, we are golden.
You guys keep fighting and others will keep loading. This stock will likely be in dollars before summer, if they handle the share structure properly.
