i want 50,000,000 shares spare a few shares...?
dang thats pretty crappy lol tried it.. hate it.. taste awful.. and muscletech's cell-tech(creatine) was the worst
I completely agree with you on everything you stated there..
The fact that at one specific juncture in time we have a company banned from a major football league for substances, yet still NSF certified goes to show that they are in fact NOT an end all organization..
But it does raise some questions.. How trustworthy really is NSF.. when I get some coffee in me i'm going to put the two lists side by side and see if there are any other that are banned and on NSF.. might not be but worth a gander..
Also it goes to prove certain people wrong when they state that the NFL uses strictly NSF certified supplements where that is not the case.. and shows the NFL has its own substance abuse policies..
I know the NFLPA is working closely with the WADA on coming to an agreement for testing a lot of the articles that pulled up revolved around WADA has no set standard for HGH testing and they want to regulate NFL players on it.. whereas WADA has no literature, background, studies, or baselines for HGH. Big arbitration going on between the two.. as well as WADA and MLB..
I only bring this up because if the WADA is stepping in big with our Professional Sports leagues.. and MP is going for certification that is accredited by the WADA, then that is a good sign.. perhaps some things to come with MP banners at NFL games.. or on the back wall of a baseball field.. just some thoughts..
I agree on your secong paragraph and not to be rude but its Combat Orange Creamsicle..
I'm a little upset because i have 2 tubs of Combat coming in today that i ordered and I would have much rather ordered that flavor!
Dakota that really tears at the NSF's credibility that at a time when ON is banned from NFL due to banned substances, they are on the NSF list...
Makes it seem like with enough money you can NSF anything...
Just a thought.. Curious what you think
As per FB..
One of their FB groupies mentioned
"over a dozen new supps in the coming months"
That could be true but wasn't ON on the NSF list for good to go supps in March?
Oh and more thing... PROVE MP was "canned" and that MP did not choose to stop with that certification.
PROVE that. I know you can't.
one of our fitness models Lyndsey Nicole recently stated on twitter via facebook she is excited for big things in June..
may or may not have anything to do with MP but worth keeping an eye on .....
Ok yeah now I remember..
Yeah I'm sure selling directly will be better for the margins..
Any business types out there have any numbers they can work up for examples on how selling directly would be better?
I don't recall?
The MusclePharm home page is still changing and now the "buy now" does not go to bb.com and it has "cart" on their page..
Maybe they are going to start selling directly from their page.. this would pretty much solidify that they have their own distribution/warehouse facility..
i received 4 picture files but 2 of them were the same so only 3 different pics.. the one of the corner is the duplicate i received.. is there another?
i saw a box in the front door so naturally i abused my google function..
m&o knits.. clothing..

got it.
Alright sweet
you have a facebook app? just upload them to the FAcebook MSLP shareholders page.. give them something go crazy about.. kinda like giving a cat some catnip those guys are silly sometimes
I dont think people would go for that.. as good natured as it is...
there is no way of knowing lol I have 1.03m and i'm on the low end of the mill+ group hahaha
very nice.. very nice..
i like the part.. "things are going to get much better"!!!!!
I would think that all information regarding share structure and financial information would all be reflective of the most recent financial filing... how would the brokerage you are referring to gain access to the 34% insider holding information?
I'm not questioning you i'm just curious how they got that information.. if thats the case.. then saying retail owns 10%(my opinion) of the company would put retail shares around 140,000,000, making 44% ownership of common shares between retail investors and insiders...
This leaves 56% to who? The shares are not just sitting in a bargain bin waiting for someone to come grab them..those shares have a voice...... someone has to have them.. even if you bump the number of retail shares to 15% thats 210,000,000 + 34% by insiders(where 34%=476,000,000) you still end up with 49% owned by retail and insiders(686,000,000 shares) and 51% owned by whom? It can't be ONE large group because that would have to reported as beneficial ownership.. what if one large group of multiple investors under 10% acted as one.. collectively.. how does the SEC feel about that.. multiple groups of 9.99%(139M shares)
Now we pose the thought of well if the company is buying back shares then at some point those groups of 9.99% have to sell so they do not exceed the 10% and have to file for beneficial ownership.. but what would be a problem with this?.. except for the fact that if this did happen MP would have to include them in all of the going-ons within the company.. theres a catch 22 there..
its almost as if theres a power struggle going on where the majority ownership and the execs are battling for control.. i mean we cant honestly believe the Series B preferred shares are going to last forever..when they go away the execs AT THIS POINT lose control..
Wait lets not forget Mr. Drew Ciccarelli who owns 105,000,000 shares or 7.27% he is more than likely on the side of MP's exec team... who is considered retail officially because he does not have to report his buying selling due to being under 10%
These shares are held by Mr. Ciccarelli individually, and through (i) TSX Ventures, LLC, a South Carolina limited liability company and (ii) Five Star Consulting, LLC, a Nevada limited liability company, entities of which Mr. Ciccarelli maintains sole dispositive voting power.
the abbreviation guide on the key statistics page states March 31, 2012 as the most recent date.
no that is a small number.. i have personally 1.03M shares.. and out of people on this board.. i am on the low side of many of the longs..
Yahoo says the float is 800M and O/S 1.4B so we have 600M shares locked up by ?????..
it also states 7.35% owned by "insiders" well that number doesn't add up.. if the float is 800M and O/S is 1.4B then that means 42% of the shares are locked up.. not in the float.. soooo 42% locked up, only 7% by insiders means somewhere, there is a 35% stake in the company that is not being traded..
period.

I could be mistaken but wouldn't current quarter filings as of today mean the most recently filed quarterly financial statement which reflects a period ending 31 March 2012?
Yeah NSF told me this as well.. no worries here.. as the Stack3d article stated.. they chose to discontinue NSF certification for other certs..
Awesome... welcome to the board. Finally someone else that says Yall!!!!! get ready for a wild ride.. this board is absolutely insane lol in good way.. very informative both positive and negative aspects..
I found MSLP by using their products first as well, soo good on ya
Alright cool.. You see starting July 1st MP bumping up its Combat Price
No prob.. Hope that didn't come across rude lol didn't mean it too..
%'s, decimals and physics revolving around diving, pressure, breathing gas mixtures, and dive medic responsibilities are my life!
MAKE THE NUMBERS STOPPPPP!
Negative .04=4% 1.0=100%
Therefore .04%=.0004
article regarding price increase on Combat.

To be honest I would rather see the products tested first, then put on the shelves.. Thats just me. I would hate to see a product pulled for reformulation or recalled due to contaminants when it could have all been avoided by just doing the testing before hand..
I'm not so sure that the switch to IC has so much to do with a cheaper testing, more than likely deciding between the two certification agencies and choosing the more premier of the two.. here is HFL's website.
http://www.lgc.co.uk/divisions/hfl/hfl_sport_science.aspx
with this we are not only getting Informed Choice certification but also 'INFORMED SPORT" certification..
here is Informed Sports list..
http://informed-sport.com/sites/default/files/I-S%20Web%2002.02.2012.pdf
looks identical to the HFL list huh.. so i'm seeing a double bang for your buck... one test 2 certifications.
here is Informed Sports website
http://www.informed-sport.com/
a little excerpt from the IC page..
Is HFL a WADA (World Anti-Doping Agency) accredited laboratory?
HFL was only the 34th laboratory in the world to be accredited by WADA/IOC. Experience within this elite environment has provided a unique understanding of the regulatory environment from a laboratory perspective.
WADA now prohibits any of its accredited labs from providing testing services to supplement companies. HFL voluntarily withdrew its WADA accreditation in 2007, ensuring that a high integrity service could be provided to address issues of quality assurance within the trade.
HFL remains part of the WADA community, undertaking WADA-funded research contracts into drug detection in sport.
We have experience of testing within the framework of the World
Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) and maintain ISO 17025 accreditation for testing sports supplements to control contamination with banned substances. This helps athletes to manage the risk of an inadvertent positive drug test by choosing supplements that are prepared to the highest quality control standards.
Or maybe HFL is tied to the world anti doping agency
Another thing.. If HFL is part of the FDA's new process and it is in fact approved this could get wild
Not a lot of companies on that list just a lot of supps by multiple companies...
Funny... I see ON on that list as well in full force..
I'll do more digging when my brain wakes up
Good morning.... Been busy on the board today... Did I see someone found an HFL list?
I noticed most of the supplements are on their.
I am curious if anyone on this board is in the Vegas area? If so can you check out MPs line of MMA Elite supps and see if there are any Certs whatsoever on these.. Probably not as they are for MMA Elite and their standards..
I remember seeing something about HFL testing/standards in my snooping around about either the NSF legislation or maybe it was user that FDA's proposed guidance on pre market testing of all supplements... I'll have to check...
Also my point about MMA Elite supps.. And no certification crosses over into our 15 new supplements due to be launched this year... Almost half way through the year and nothing..
Perhaps the new line of supplements is not for MP but powered by MP...
You would think especially with this recent debacle of supplement certification that these certification 3rd parties will have access to these new supplements before they come online for testing, and these supplements will show up on these lists of products being tested.... Unless they are another "powered by MP" line for another partner...
This thought process is crazy I can't believe I'm entertaining the thought that a company trading at .015 with 1.4B O/S and 2.5B A/S does not need retail investors..
If what you are claiming is true and only 10% of O/S is claimed by retail(us) then if every single one of us sold tomorrow(@140M shares) @pps of .016 it would take $2.2M to wipe us out... While the current O/S of 1.4B represents $22.2M @.016... Retail is a blip on the radar
Then you have the theory that the institutional investors are the ones to please and they get info before we do most of the time info that we don't..
Then you have the lynch mob of frustrated retail representing a measily %10 or $2.2M who demands answers every single day... Which ofcourse is undoable..
If making institutional investors happy the key then what's the hold up if that many shares are locked up?
What you are saying is the actual float sits around 150M shares... If this is true then it could explain why no high volume days.. And the daily low pps is the trickle of frustrated longs getting out..
So when they are ready the institutional investors create a buying frenzy by slapping the ask constantly for a few days creating volume and drastically rising pps due to low float and they buy up what they can of longs willing to sell...
Pretty wild plan... But what's the hold up...?
