The MMs got caught with their pants down on the last run up to .0041. This week they got even. There are going to be a lot of new bag holders.
The rumor worked because everybody knows it's coming in spite of what the CEO says.
No company should be allowed to RS that many times! If you can't get your act together in 8 years you should be shut down.
Please do! The SEC needs to be investigating this scam! 3 RS in two years, no revenue, nothing but shares for sale here.
Soon all will believe!
What goes up must come down
The PPS is not supported by revenue, it will not hold.
You can bet others are taking their profits!
Sure is easy to spot the traders!
The fact that it trades means it's a valid stock. However that doesn't make it and investment, it's still a gamble.
Traders are jumping out again, hoping to get in lower. So predictable!
Stop it!!
Please make it stop!!! I can't take it anymore!!! Can we agree to disagree?
Please somebody come up with something different!
A lot of people want this company to fail!
It doesn't matter how many times they won or lost. Each case has to be tried on it own merits.
So, it's going to take years so we are going to delay getting started! Wow that's the kind of CEO I want in charge. Sounds like they are scared of Google.
Yeah Google is infringing, but let's go after these little guys. Are you kidding me!! What a load of crap!
Right! They keep getting n the way of the pump!
Maybe because they changed auditors?
Oh, now the court doesn't know what they were doing!
Those are some powerful words! He wouldn't even let him amend the complaint. Talk about a smack down!
Why would he pay them if he doesn't own it? If he does own it why would he let it go into foreclosure over HOA fees? Doesn't make sense.
Maybe, I don't recall that.
Remember they didn't have the money to pay for the licensing agreement. This may have been a no win situation that Ed was trying to make the best of.
When MEC purchased GreenPay the property may have been in default already. The bank would not have let the property be put into the name of another company without the mortgage being paid off. There are many scenarios here.
So, maybe Sierra global didn't want the properties and neither did Ed(GreenPay). So they just let them be foreclosed on.
You may be looking at outdated documents.
I'm not looking for positives. I'm not trying to change anybody's mind. I'm pointing out all these "quote facts" are nothing more than speculation.
I'm not trying to solve the issue of who owns what properties. My only point is, nobody here knows what the true scenario is. You don't, I don't. This is all speculation. Just because you don't know what happened doesn't mean something illegal is going on.
This is a pink sheet company and a gamble for me, nothing more. I'm not spending anytime investigating it. I've spent to much time arguing this now.
Than you have a different agenda than DD. Because if you are, you know what I'm saying is true. This may not be the case with GreenPay and these properties. However, you know the scenario I put forth is possible, but yet you only want to see the negative side of this issue.
You are so totally wrong. Ask a real estate attorney. They will set you straight.
That is not fact. There may be a binding contract that has not been enforced yet. You don't know. All you have is an online image.
My point is, it was still in the name of the previous owner for three years even though I owned it and was paying the taxes on it.
Smart post.
You are showing your ignorance. This week I just transferred property into my name that I've owned for 3 years. All done legally through my lawyers, the bank, and previous owners. It still will take six weeks for the recording of the deed,
Can anybody post revenues from retail sells of any of their products? Remember they only have enough to survive for twelve months according to their filings. How many six figure salaries are they responsible for now?
That is your assumption, it's not fact. Maybe the owner is setting up a new LLC that they want to transfer the deeds to and GreenPay has allowed them the time needed to get it done. This can be spun both ways. I'm betting this will all be made clear in the near future.
It's a lot more than that. The recording fees depend on the selling price, if there's a mortgage, if it's a corporation. Many things play into the cost and the timing.
They may be in GreenPay's name. However they may be in process, sometimes these things are complicated and take more time. It doesn't mean there is anything illegal going on.
There are many ways in which this issue can be explained. They may have chosen not to record the deed yet because they don't have the money.
Maybe because some government archives are not kept up to date online.
What homes? Round and round and round......
