I don't even like cutting my lawn anymore during the spring/summer/fall. I only cut it when I've too. LOL - Just got done shoveling for 1.5 hours. Finished the driveway, deck, my son's trampoline, & wiped down the car. Nope, they have a war chest full of cash which have they recently received from Private Placements & Kodiac. Also, did you know they have no more toxic debentures on the balance sheet? The only current dilution left is Kodiac shares which has a restriction on how many they can sell depending on volume percentages. Plus, we will find out soon how much revenues the company is making from subscriptions of its disruptive technology notifiCRM. Two-multi billion dollar companies have recently signed contract agreements with nFusz. Read all the recent 8Ks, PRs, & stickies on this forum. Plenty of Intel to go around. GLTU

Salesforce.com Inc.'s (CRM) investment arm, Salesforce Ventures, is investing $100 million in a late-stage company--one of Salesforce's largest strategic investments to date.
Salesforce, which didn't initially disclose the company's name, said it expects its ownership interest to be less than 5%. The disclosure, in Salesforce's 10-K filing, comes hours after the company and Dropbox Inc. said they were forming a strategic partnership.
Salesforce Ventures has been an investor in Dropbox since 2014.
Earlier Friday, Salesforce's outside public-relations firm sent an email about the expanded Dropbox partnership, noting that "Salesforce Ventures is making a $100M strategic investment in Dropbox." About five hours later, the PR firm recalled that email, and followed with another that didn't include any information about a $100 million investment.

Anyone selling shares now doesn't deserve to make money. This is a once in a lifetime opportunity to find a company trading on the OTC (Not for long) with an amazing leadership team & a disruptive technology about to be unleashed to the masses. I haven't found an OTC company like FUSZ since ZAGG back in 2009. That company was trading around .80 when I grabbed shares & was at its 52-week high I believe back then. It uplisted to the NASDAQ exchange & eventually got to $20 or higher. I sold in the $4-$5 range. Even though I made good profits, I'll not make that mistake again, especially with this company which has so much more potential. GLTA & enjoy the ride.

What the hell are you talking about? Dilution running rampant. Really? You do realize the float is only 49.5M. Revenues will be pouring in at a rapid pace soon enough. Remember, this technology with its 10M+ lines of coding is in its infancy stage & is about to be released to the entire planet. Facebook didn't have any revenues either in its infancy stage until it was released to the masses & everyone jumped on board. The same will happen here with nFusz.

Good morning Cuin, I've done all the DD on this company & haven't sold any of my shares yet. I've been buying shares at all levels. Just pissed this has taken a 50% haircut with all its potential & near term catalysts on the horizon. I guess it still trades like any other POS OTC ticker. Chartists got their 50 fib retracement. Nobody can deny their is a big seller(s) yesterday & last week. It cannot be private placement unless the deal was done back in September at the very least. So, maybe Rory issued shares for services rendered or consultant fees. I highly doubt this is all Retail. I've plenty to keep myself occupied with my job this week. I was off yesterday & watched LEVEL II most of the day to see what was going on. Anyway, the sky is blue & I'm alive another day. All is good.

P.S. - Hoping the stock gets some loving today & we turn green & blue sky breakout when news arrives. Aloha

I don't have facts that he is selling. I'm speculating because that makes sense to me. This selling isn't just today. It has been trading like this for the past week where the ask just keeps getting reloaded with shares & any bids gets demolished instantly. Also, he could only be selling a portion of his 9.3M shares. He might have had to liquidate some of the holdings here to move into another company or sell for his clients. Maybe, someone should ask Rory if he has information if Mr. Reddy has been selling.

I haven't bitched about any speculations. I actually appreciate CUIN & RED's posts & speculation on earnings from very conservative figures they post. I'm all aboard here. Locked & loaded but pissed off about the current PPS when we were just recently at .715 & all the near term catalysts the company will be announcing. Especially, when Rory was stating he had gasoline to add to the fire which he missed his chance when the PPS was much higher. Just makes no sense for sellers down here at the moment except for the JP Morgan guy who probably got all his shares under .10. This will move with ease once this seller(s) is done. We moved from .38 to .47 this morning with just a few buys & then the ask gets brought down to .41 without any rhyme or reason. I don't think the day traders are that stupid.

Well, if Insiders are dumping they will have to file a SEC Form 4. So, we would see the Form 4 filed after the fact. I don't believe Insiders are selling based on the CEO stating they were holding their shares like gold from one of the SHAC videos. But, it could be the Mr. Reddy from JP Morgan.

Those shares don't have to be registered. He can sell under Rule 144.

Those large bids get taken out immediately. Someone or group is selling large amounts of shares the past week or so. Just don't know who but speculating it could possibly be the JP Morgan guy. Hopefully, this is bottom.
