I put about $150.00 into this last Spring - it was like paying for a seminar on how not to buy pinks.
It's over. These guys are masters at this game, they've been playing it for years - and none of it involves shareholders.
Mr. Gray's E-mail should lay to rest any doubts as to the viability of AMNE. His reference to "start-up companies" and "distribution continues to be the cornerstone of our plan",
speak clearly to the goals AMNE is pursuing. Those who have been aware of this company for awhile know they have come a long way since last winter and spring - and will be going further. Looking forward to January and beyond. Patience, wait. IMO
HELLO...anybody there?...anybody? Where's my money? I want my money!!
Don't know. Don't look for much activity until after the new year, sales structure is taking shape, sales will begin and grow and AMNE, hopefully, will move off the pinks to greater transparency and investors. Patience. IMO
All sorts of scenarios can be read into the many postings on this board but some AMNE facts are unchanged: There is clearly a huge market for all things "green", the gov't is strongly behind it (cash for caulkers) and green is woven into all areas of commerce worldwide. AMNE holds a product - Infinite R - and other green friendly products, that fit right into to this. Scrutinize, do DD and speculate until your head caves in, but these two factors of this issue scream for you to just be patient. I have never nutured a business from the ground up but I've got to think that setting up marketing, sales, distribution, etc. takes some time - like around 18 months or so. Simple: huge market, good product, get the product to market. Sometimes a cigar is just a cigar. IMO
Is it toast yet?
Maybe .0009 today - maybe not. Those who have been around here awhile will recall that as far back as the early Spring the word was "patience". This AMNE is a business gearing up, there is plenty of potential here, if you think they are being slow and deliberate - even better. All we were told would happen, has happened. The FINRA scrutiny, the purchasing and expansion of distributors and other developments are clear indicators of the ability of the guys running the company. Forget the bashers - they will never go away - be patient. IMO
Whoa!! Energy from alfalfa/beet mass and palm oil sludge!!
I think this is going to take off, and at this price - WOW!!
Mr Owl; What is your take on Mr Isen's trading here?
Touche' Satellite - well posted. I came on board in February, originally for some flipping opportunities but did some DD, saw the managerial enthusiasm and growth potential and have been impressed by what has evolved so far. I'm anxious to see the direction they take product development following the intro of Inf-R. That may be getting a little ahead of things but I truly believe there is a huge market for all things green. IMO
This is more than a regional "Mom And Pop" 10 to 20 store concern. SPKL, I believe, is waiting for the opportunity to spread out and become more prominent across the country. This will involve a loosening of money and an availability of entry level risk takers - those who are tired of job layoffs and are now pondering their own 12 to 16 hour a day job of starting and running a small business. Entrepreneurs. I fully expect that someday SPKL will be at a level of those you mentioned earlier.
It is safe to assume so. The others you mentioned are all well established, this one is not, when the economy lifts it will lift. IMO
I stated that they "will reap" a profit, you mis-read my post - but then what else is new?
A case can be made - for or against - any enity. I can find things wrong with AMNE and I can find positives, it all depends on how you do your DD and how you interpet it. However, when you begin to reach back two or more years for frivolous and misleading info, and involve players and symbols that are no longer relevant, your methods and your DD come into question and your opinions and comments become suspect. You become invisible and your agenda is clear to all who do serious DD. There's a lot to like with AMNE, these guys - Terry, Gary et al - are very carefully and methodically building a company that will reap profit for those who are patient. IMO
Watched a video this morning, don't know if it's new or old, but it showed in detail the insulation of a aluminum sided home and a brick home. Very impressive! This is what's needed to move this forward, very good ad, getting the word out on this product.
Explain. What is the advantage to anybody of TGGI doing a RM with AMNE?
Experience in a particular industry is not so relevant as experience in building business. These guys see themselves with an opportunity to get on a good horse and they're going to run with it. IMO
Demos, web sites, advertising - all point to the growth of this company ("one of the nation's leading companies in environmentally friendly products". Hang in there, news will make it better!
It's important to keep in mind two things when contemplating an investment in this company: 1) AMNE was CLOSELY vetted by FINRA for almost two months this past summer and came out shining, enough so to proceed with an authorized 5/1 FS, and 2) Mixon, et al have taken a "dirty shell" and within a year have turned it into a very viable company with a product ready to distribute to an eagerly waiting market. The FINRA scrutiny says the company is clean and Mixon's action speaks well to his ability to build and move an enterprise forward. If I knew nothing else I would at the very least look further and discover all the other underlaying positives about AMNE. Let the bashers bash, those who pound on negatives, clearly have, another agenda There is indeed a lot to like here, just hang on. IMO
Why would anybody buy this?
I think this 3rd Quarter news is just what most of us who have been here awhile have been expecting. If you didn't believe it before, you must now know that this company is solid and legitimate. Sales, distributors, advertising, accountants and especially - green products, AMNE is rolling.
the rider has gone to the whip and this horse is drawing clear. Lot to like here. IMO.
Good job NEHI, you da man!!!
A simple clarification: no R/M, no R/S for AMNE, but a partnership, joint venture, whatever, to better oversee the distribution of product. AMNE is hiring upper level sales people with experience and expertise in the product. That they have even made this clarification is encouraging. IMO News will be forthcoming - good news. Keep bashing if you like but this company just keeps on rolling. Lot to lijke here.
Why is the volume listed at 315M and the I-hub streaming board shows it at 359M?
RGNO indeed has nothing to do with this, it's dead and over in spite of what some on this board would have you believe. I believe that the $8M in assets to AMNE is the anticipated revenue as a consequence of this upcoming R/M that ECOFL is undertaking, not money across the table. If this deal is queered in any way I think we will have a whole 'nother shootin match. That said however, I believe this will be completed to AMNE's - and our - advantage. These guys are smart and are getting smarter, especially since the FINRA scrutiny last summer. Terry and Gary haven't been sitting on their hands all summer, they've been wheeling and dealing. The rider has gone to the whip - the pace quickens. Soon, real soon. This is my opinion...but you knew that.
Also strange that it moved that well on a 100 share trade, and since the F/S of AMNE. We shall see.
CGYJ - dead shell, hasn't traded for over a year, listing on OTC - with the connections you mention it may be the one. Interesting IF SO, old players getting back in?
Very keen perception Bud, I also noticed that and was curious, you may be on to something. On another note, the recent joint venture with ECOFL seems, as someone mentioned earlier, a win -win for AMNE. They get distribution and PR for their product throughout the southern US and 50% of all revenue from ECOFL and their new unknown partner. ECOFL, already with 5 territories in FL, gets rights to an additional 14 states, the product at cost and elevation to a public trading forum. What does AMNE have to lose here? The people at ECOFL obviously have confidence in the product and their ability to move it, and their public trading staus will, IMO, give them flexiblity to move through the inevitible regulatory barriers in various jurisdictions. My only concern here is ECOFL and the ECOFL players. Who are they? Can they pull this off? Is ECOFL really a three month old no asset company? I've been to the ECOFL site and found no answers, perhaps someone can help us here. I've been around since Feb, have 4M+ shares and believe very very strongly in this one, will be here for awhile. Lot to like here. All of this is my opinion....of course.
Joint venture not a merger - but why is it necessary for ECOFL to do a R/M to make this work?
You may be right, however a merger is a joining of two and the only two mentioned in the PR are ECOFL and AMNE, there is no mention of a third. I feel it is safe to assume that they (ECOFL and AMNE) are merging. If a third were involved wouldn't it be good business to mention it? Your point that there would be no AMNE to issue shares or a % of ECOFL to if the two became one, is well taken. I question that too. My understanding of a R/M is that when a private untraded company that wants to go public, buys a controlling interest in an existing publicly traded company, and with that control acts to absorb itself into the recently bought public company and thus becomes a public trade. When a third party is brought forth, I will stand corrected. Either way it's a good move, the product will be on TV in FL and be active in 17 states - a leap forward for AMNE shareholders. IMO
You may well be correct, there could be a third player here, however there is nothing in the PR of this morning to indicate that. Para. 2, line 2 states: "ECOFL will be completing a R/M in the next few days...", para 4 line, 1 states: Amne will only be a shareholder and joint venture partner in the ECOFL is merging into." A bit mangled and ambiguious perhaps but nothing about a third company. The implication is - very strongly - that the two are joining and will become a third company. That's how I read and re-read the PR. Thoughts?
ECOFL did a R/M to acquire AMNE. The symbol will change but the players will remain the same because neither enity has a controlling interest - 50% each. If one had demanded a 51% share, they would be running the show. AMNE gains a share, 50%, of ECOFL revenue - an income with which to build the business of distribution of Infinite R and other of their products. ECOFL gains rights to a greater marketing area and the product at cost, plus the opportunity to trade in a public market. AMNE gets bigger as ECOFL gets bigger and vice versa. More like a straight merger than a R/M, both teams benefit. This is my take on what happened. I won't venture a guess on how the shares will be restructured, if at all. As stated this is only my opinion from limited knowledge of these matters. I still like it - maybe more than before - and will be holding and watching. Patience.
I agree Jobman, this is clearly a move up for AMNE but it's the particulars of the deal that have me somewhat confused. Two companies in the same industry joining together can only strenghen the venture - any change in symbol or directors is, IMO, not really that important. Will be holding and watching.
In my experience a reverse merger is often used to move onto another trading venue, such as off the pinks and onto the BB. Does Eoc-fil, or whatever this new "company" is, trade on the BB? I understood it to be a part of AMNE already. Why would AMNE merge into a company it already owns. The last time I was invovled in an R/M we got a forward split, that seems unlikely here. What's going on? Enlighten us! Still holding - this should be good. Ya think?
You're gasping here Bentley, maybe not today but this will take off.
I hold a good bit now and will be accumulating if it goes much lower (.12 - .14). I've looked at this rather closely and believe it will do well, even if, as you say, it takes a couple of years. I believe they currently have 46 stores up with plans for several others, it's interesting that they are marketing out of the far west into the midwest and even to the east. Anyone who has lived in this country for awhile knows that Americans love a new eatery in the neighborhood - be it good or bad. These type of quick food/sandwich outlets are one of the first to suffer when the economy sinks - when the overall economy heads north, this should go with it. I'll be holding and watching, and maybe buying.
The AMNE news release of a couple of days ago was welcome, it certainly shows that the company is solvent and will be for some time. However what I really find encouraging is the ads for salespeople for the product, a product that is clean, green and environmentally correct, and in favor with politicos and markets. I'm sure that today there are many people tired of being laid-off or let go with every economic swing who may look with interest to selling, or installing, this stuff. The marketing of this product and the subsequent development of the company seem to be on schedule. Yep, the rider is loosening his hold on this horse and letting him run a bit - the pace is quickening. Close to .005 or better by year's end. This is of course, my opinion so Rex, Bentley, Jon and you guys, please try to restrain your snarling.
I agree. The strict sideways movement for the last couple of weeks IMO, indicates that the opportunities for short traders are diminishing - the split is done and the company seems focused on moving forward. The increase in shares to 20B is interesting - is it to dilute or is it for raising capital? Arguments can be made for either, however based on my DD, I suspect the latter. If you're in this free and clear, as many of us are, it should be an interesting, and perhaps lucrative, few months ahead. All of this is just my opinion - of course.
All my shares were in my account on Monday, 8/3 - what's curious is the long delays in making accounts right following this split, any other splits that I've been involved with were done right away or very shortly after the split. People on this board are still waiting 10 days later - naked shorts yes, but for this long?
