John: I too wish to thank you for all your diligent investigation work.
Ford: Did you fall asleep posting to Janice? Are you okay? Should we call 911?! You fizzled out on that last post and many of us have serious concern for your welfare!
Please tell us everything is okay with you!
Is this moving, higher ... higher ... higher? Friend of mine wants to know.
News tomorrow, guys?
Outbackin: I concur totally. ETIM is nice to compare regarding the end of the 504 and shares outstanding ... but goodness sakes ... we are talking real RSDS diamond rings here compared to Cracker Jack's rings that cost the company fractions of a penny when they bought them in bulk.
The value of the mines Rick already owns has not begun to reveal itself fully. If he keeps buying more ... THEN what?
Let's say we have major turmoil with oil this summer or the months following. I don't think any of us can be certain right now how high the price of uranium might climb to.
Buying this around $.001 is a steal! Bare bones - it's a double most certaintly ... and beyond ... only time will tell. Much will be determined on the skill, knowledge, temperment, and wisdom of the CEO, like any other Pinksheet company. After reading his profile (Rick Berman), I think many of us underestimated the guy a few months back.
We'll see what a year brings.
Best to all on this company. I think this is a rare find in Pinko land, I really do.
Roger: Thanks for the link on 101. Great resource. Just sent it to a couple of friends who can do well to benefit by it.
Also sent the "motorcycle accident" to a nephue in Iraq. He loves cycles. I'm sure he and his buds will get a kick out of it. I sure did!
Blessings,
Lucky
I would do the same. Many might well be looking to unload shares near $.002, expecting that to be another top, with expectations of it dropping back down again like it now is, or putting profits somewhere else.
I'd fool these folks, and drop about 2 or 3 wazoo PR's back to back to send this baby flying even past the $.005 - $.006 area on up to above $.01 as the initial pause area, if I was Berman.
From the website of White Mesas Mill, last paragraph:
The Company intends to fully maximize the advantage of its ownership of the only conventional uranium mill operating in the U.S. To that end, in addition to processing its own ore and alternate feed material, the Company has entered into negotiations for toll milling arrangements with other mines in the region.
Emphasis on HAS - HAS - HAS - HAS!!!!!!!
Whom might those other mines BE?
I think we knowwwwwwwwwww ...
Been rubbing my krith-del-bawl, and get the strongest impression that Jerry is stacking up PR's to get the share price up above $.30 this time, with every intention of KEEPING in there, to rise higher to what this stock is TRULY worth.
Have a blessed weekend. Especially you shorts.
OT: Loof ... anyway we could construct an Old Loofman's still on a pirate ship? Seems to me that if Makes would let you test it on one of his ships ... you may just have a way to earn some extra income to have power lines run to your domicle again. That meter on the side of your house isn't doing much good until a new power line is cur-naketed to it, I wood think.
I get the strongest impression that GLXI has bottomed out. Up from here.
Scottrade let me place a GTC sell order at $.097 a couple of seconds ago. I'll cancel it tomorrow, because they won't let me set it at $.97 YET.
OT: John - you gone fishing today?
MOD's - I'll be the FIRST to ask you to delete every post of mine from here on out that hints of any way of discrediting Russell Industries or Mr. Rick Berman.
If you happen to delete one or more of my posts, I do ask that you grant me your blessing to PM you and ask you WHY you deleted that respective post. Of course I understand you are not obligated to state your reason/s why.
I realize that I need to address any of my concerns directly to Mr. Berman from here on out, and if he chooses not to answer me, then I'll just have to bite the bullet.
Rick has been very generous to email from time to time, and few Pink CEO's will do such a thing. Rather than take advantage of his generousity in so doing, I want to show him more appreciation for doing so.
And ... I'm going to be sending Rick emails frequently encouraging him to try to give us a PR once a week, even if he chooses to only post them on Pinksheets.
Of course I don't want them to be just fluff PR's, nor PR's that are promising the moon. I just think that if Rick can find the time, a PR once a week would give him a lot of mileage. Investors like to feel like the CEO's care about them. Frequent communication is the most logical way for a CEO to accomplish that, IMO, by posting PR's.
I realize other's may think differently, so I stand to be corrected (even though I'm right!).
Okay, Loof ... but can I be the "official taste tester" as well of each new batch?
Good move, Makes, IMO. The more meat we toss to the sharks, the more sharks that keep coming.
The greatest defense is a strong offense ... and when these bashers dump their poison on this board, all we have to do is keep exposing them and reporting them for TOS violations. Matt will eventually comply.
Every CEO has within his/her power to keep new investors coming to the table. Let's keep encouraging Rick to dribble out those PR's on Pinksheets to keep everyone abreast, and everything else will take care of itself by and by.
Loofman: I'm thinking about selling some of my shares around $.05 and taking those proceeds and buying shares of Old Loofman's Yellow Cake Corn Withski.
Here is a Form 211 just released on HCPC, in case anyone is interested.
Anyone heard if Miller is making any progress with IVAY's 211?
Hey! Getting a little nibble!
I own at least 100 shares of RSDS. Can't count any higher than that so I'm probably not much help.
Bigslick: You can run for President anyday, in my book!
RSDS has a ton of potential, and when you clear all the bashing cobwebs away ... it is much easier to see a HUGE pot of yellow-cake gold at the end of the rainbow.
Don't quit posting, Slick.
Weren't we supposed to get some news about Mr. Berman's contact in Utah this week, or is my tired brain playing tricks on me again?
dak: Warren?
Roire: $.0008? You WISH!
Roire: I happen to believe RSDS IS the best play out there.
As the old saying goes, "Bashers don't bash worthless stocks."
With all the ruthless bashing that went on last week and over the weekend ... what more does a person NEED to spot a stock with so much potential?
Better get more before the price rises, my man.
I was taking a little cat-nap, and I had a dream that Warren Buffett may soon be buying RSDS. Suppose this could REALLY be?
Roriesearch: Thanks for posting the info you got from Rick. That is information I been waiting to receive a reply back on. I'm glad he gave it to you, with his blessings for you to post it here.
Dear Rick Berman:
If you happen to read this post before it gets removed ... if you are going to attract new money to your company, don't you think that you are going to have to convince new money that you are soon to end dilution ... at least for a reasonable amount of time?
Why would new money come flocking into this stock when their only perception is that you are going to keep selling shares day in and day out, non stop?
Maybe you don't realize that is what you are advertising, but at the risk of offending many longs on this board ... that IS what you are advertising. Wake up, Rick, and realize that when you are so focused on securing assets at the expense of retail investors without building their confidence that they will receive a reasonable return on their investments ... you are slowly digging yourself a very deep hole, at our expense, no less.
Truth hurts, Rick, yet you have the power to turn "perception" around before it is too late. Convince us that you aren't going to keep diluting indefinitely. Your silence is NOT golden, believe me.
Lucky
OT: Loofman ... I was going to ask if there is any ordinance that forbids having chickens to eat the bugs. See you have a dog (Russell) for that so I'm assuming NO ordinance?
OT: You know how your mind runs when you're mowing the grass that isn't long enough to mow yet? Loofman - how much would you take for that little cottage of yorn? I need something that requires no yard maintence, yet something very affordable, while we wait for our yellow cake shares to appreciate.
I'm going out and mow the grass just in case it decides to grow tall enough to cut. Keep the cannons manned, mates!
OT: Loofman - suppose Berman and crew might need some of those outhouses up there near the mines? Install a little bar in each one with a bottle of Old Loofman's Bourban thrown in for FREE ... "If you buy Today!"
I think if Berman solid old Sears and Roebuck Catalogs he could probably get this good of share price!
OT: Loofman: Is your outhouse equipped with turlet paper, or must you continue use those corn cobbs from out back at the still will our stock price vazzzzelates?
Very, very interesting PR released earlier. Appears that many RSDS shareholders will be visiting this board a lot more often!
From the TRSI PR today:
Mr. Berman began his career in 1976 in the medical device manufacturing industry and over seventeen years specialized in marketing, finance, reimbursement cycle management, regulatory and compliance. Rick organized, chartered and became the Chairman of the Board and subsequently sold Galleria Bancshares, Overland Park, KS. During the next twelve years Rick specialized in finance while being associated with Premier Air Parts, KPMG, LLP and Methodist Retirement Communities. In 2004 he successfully received, clearance from NASD for quotation of a security and has advised other public companies regarding regulatory compliance. Mr. Berman now serves as the President and CEO of Russell Industries (see www.russind.com) with holdings that include over 100 Uranium claims in Utah.
Now we know some past of RSDS' CEO. Very impressive!
BHS: Pop a handful of Advil, chug a quart of Old Loofman, and find the nearest building that has at least four floors and jump! It will help your pain!
I would be of the strong opinion that Blue Hoe Shew is not going to have a very good day.
Regarding GLXI ... I think there are a number of GLXI shareholders who are considering bailing out of that stock and coming over to RSDS ... simply because Berman's Uranium leases are in the U.S. - where easy Uranium was found in the past before the price per pound dropped too low to make it worth mining - and there is a RUNNING mill to process the Uranium nearby.
Depending on how things play out in the Energy Sector ... no one right now can really know how valuable RSDS shares might become down the road. What if Israel takes out Syria this summer? What if the Middle East errupts into full blown chaos? What if Energy costs jump higher than what anyone in the U.S. dare fear of right now?
I think one of the safest gambles in the stock market at this time is in Uranium. And penny for penny, I see a lot more UPSIDE potential in RSDS than I see downside.
Sure there are a lot of unknowns. But we can say that about ANY stock we own. RSDS is about as low in price as a stock can get in the Uranium sector! Where ELSE could it go, but UP from here? (In it's proper time, of course).
If all people can do is stay hung up that this stock is a Pinky run by a CEO who has no proven track record (that we know of right now, anyway) ... then I pray that this stock pukes quickly and we can all get on with our lives.
I can't for the life of me believe that Berman is going to let this stock puke. I'm very content to wait things out and see where it takes me.
If anyone thinks I'm completely blinded and utterly stupid, let me know. Buying Loofman's Bourban wholesale and selling it to my wino buddies (former stockbrokers) at a discount may be a better investment!
People are watching this stock AND this board - don't think they aren't. Multitudes are trying to decide whether RSDS is the "real deal," or just another fly-by-night operation whose CEO longs to spend the rest of his life laying in a hammock on some tropical island sipping mint julips, smirking to himself how he conned a bunch of retail suckers ... as the warm gentle breeze rocks him into la-la land.
Personally ... I think 'ole Ricky boy might just have found the pot of Uranium at the end of the rainbow, and he's trying his very best to grab as many lucrative leases in Utah he can before aliens from outer space snatch them up.
(You DO realize that alien spacecraft need nuclear energy to recharge their batteries, don't you? Aliens have a HUGE interest in Berman succeeding in this!
Ahh ... Loofman ... love that smooth bourban.)
