Yeah, I saw that, it's getting very interesting. I hope there is a very small time gap if any at all between the 8-k and registration statement. That is how this should roll, right? s-1, s-4?
I can dig it. I am in this super heavy now (double digit mills) and will be adding UNGS again...this will be a student loan killer and house builder, IMO. My biggest investment ever, thus far so...getting nervous, but I'm that confident as well. Too much coffee...UNGS.
And, finally, sorry for blowing you up with questions but, is it possible that their could still be another company involved (like pwm) with the merger that we wouldn't find out about until the 8-k?
And have you looked at their (signifi's)other partner that I posted last night? Their chart has had a long down trend...
Question: Do you, Hippo, or anyone else know what happened with the signifi:public media works relationship? Or who replaced them PMW for signify, Because:
Public Media Works, Inc. (PMW) is focusing on merger/acquisition opportunities with businesses. In August 2011, the Company discontinued its kiosk operations. On September 23, 2011, the Company filed a voluntary petition for relief under Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code (the Chapter 11 Proceeding) in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California, Riverside Division (the Bankruptcy Court). The Company and its wholly owned subsidiary, EntertainmentXpress, Inc. (EntertainmentXpress), was engaged in the business of offering self-service kiosks, which deliver digital versatile disc (DVD) movies to consumers. The Company is no longer in this business. As of February 29, 2012, the Company did not own any patents

The end-to-end Signifi software solution incorporated into its kiosks, and those manufactured by Flix Kiosk, includes Web-based backend, inventory and customer-management tools. It also includes Esprida's remote management platform for real-time reporting and advanced analytics, which is widely used in the digital signage and kiosk industry. afaik, there was never a real buyout rumor, only speculation focused around some family ties between erbb and a private powerhouse.
Whats up with this crazy high short interest listed on otc?

D.C. officially adds recreational to November ballot today. They collected enough sigs.

Well, no mmj can be grown outdoors. Regulatory issues. Only hemp outside. One day soon it will be hard for illegal grows not to crossbreed with hemp that may be quite a distance away.
I thought the oil and gas were to be exchanged with signifi first, then sold off completely later on, but I like this much better. BAYP was new to me... Anyway, moving forward, as to not bother anyone who may have Awakened on the wrong side of the bed.
So you knew who was buying the assets before the pr? I think you may be misunderstanding me...
Totally, I just was wrongly assuming the sell off would only include ungs and signifi. I didn't consider a 3rd party so it surprised me. Otherwise, right on...
Yes the analyst report called the asset sell off within a day.

Any opinions on the implications of this new participant in the MnA? Did they just save Signifi some bread? Could it provide share buy back fuel?
No prob, strange though that it didn't show up attached to UNGS at all.
Check this report out.
Nothing groundbreaking as it has all been seen here before but nice and concise.

L2 lookin crazy today. Maybe it will update before opening, or wow.
It sounded like balance sheets were also why the deal never happened as the post mentioned "cash flow." So, wasn't sure if the idea was maybe entertained.
We had some deals but they were in the grey market and we felt that our money could go into a safer company in a safer market that makes good cash flow
GM...Cuomo really annoyed me with the details on this one too. Side deal with GW and his whole approach bugged me. But it could have not passed at all. NY is the biggest deal in the U.S. Take em where we can get em IMO...
Do you think that the grey acquisitions she was referring to could have been Aegy/Skto? Phot? Cann? Who do you think they gave up on is what I guess I am asking?
I posted it on skto board. Just speculation, but it looked like a candidate for the mentioned canadian company. If so tho, it maybe stopped before it started. Just speculation.
NXTT* did this on the day that everyone was looking for Canadians:

Drank vodka red bulls tonight(stupid) so can't sleep. But, I posted a while back that a Canadian mj company announced a new subsidiary on or around the time time necessary for it to be a legit candidate for the mysterious canadian company mentioned in the road ahead letters. It was NXTT*. But I found a post yesterday that both possibly confirmed and denied this simultaneously. Read through this guys post, please lemme know whatchyu think...
