No one has to make claims when the science explains the mechanisms aka how it works. The real laws were provided by the universe long ago. True science cuts through all opinions and claims. Check out the Rikki lake special getting crowdfunded too... ERBB ON!

Its expected to pass the various legislative hurdles with flying colors because of elections coming up and CBD being a contemporary human interest story.
FYI, a bill to make CBD federally legal is being introduced next Monday. A very big deal...
Right on! Renovating my swampy home world into a luxurious space station, I will be!

The most telling MJ sector Market Cap comparison yet, IMO, is that we are still valued less than AEG*. 1.4 vs. 1.3 mil. If that doesn't seem weird, well, then I don't know.
And consider, MDB* is at $437,418,778 and it isn't even a direct to consumer machine, AFAIK. Budtenders access it for the customer, I believe. On the other hand, EDX* is only at 14 mill but that is also considering a huge drop and no business to speak of. Good share structure is paramount, IMO.
UNGS
ERB* is still at $75,490,824 after dropping from the Q1 run.
It was hundreds of millions, no joke. 2 machines placed so far. Logical market cap valuations seem to go out the window when potential MJ revenues are within reach. Not without good reason, but when it rains it pours...I guess more folks buy on low market caps than those who sell on high market caps when "potential" is part of the equation. Luckily, here, "potential" is the icing not the cake.

Thanks, Here's some good market data from an article on our soon to be competitor.
According to Pharmacy Times, the pharmacy automation systems market is expected to grow to $7.8 billion by 2018, having been valued at 4.7 billion globally in 2011. This market gain of over 65% does not include figures for the rapidly growing legal marijuana industry, which according to CNBC , could grow to $10.2 billion.
An article in Pharmacy Purchasing and Products stated that the growth in the Automated Dispensing Systems market is not surprising, considering they provide "Improved medication security, robust tracking capabilities and inventory control, and fewer dispensing errors compared with manual systems."
The American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons recently recommended using automated medicine dispensing systems. "It is apparent that the use of this technology will decrease medication errors," they reported. "Technological solutions will continue to emerge with efforts to improve safety and quality in all aspects healthcare delivery."

Automated Retail Concept BV,creators of the innovative self-serviceShopping Wall, has appointed Canadian
company Signi? Solutions Inc to market,
manufacture and distribute the ground-
breaking retail unit throughout the U.S.
and Canada, including major airport,
cruise and border locations.
The hi-tech self-service ShoppingWall — highly suited to the travel retailenvironment —is a stand-alone, hi-techautomated retail unit, which can be placed
in any public location. The customer
chooses an item from the stylish andwell-presented display and through a stateof the art touch screen interface can select
additional product information and makea purchase within minutes.
The Shopping Wall offers a totallyunique retail experience for travelers,
suppliers and retailers alike, and hasalready proven to be a success in Europe.
As Eric van Velzen, managing partner,Automated Retail Concept BV explains, the joining of these two companies placesthe Americas region at the forefront of
new opportunities in automated retail.
“We have found a great partner in
Signi? Solutions. They fully understand
and appreciate our vision for the future of automated retailing and have the highest
level of experience and knowledge of self-service technology. They introduceda highly sophisticated DVD kiosk themselves, so we are therefore con?dent
they will be the best partners to develop
the market for our Shopping Wall conceptin this region.”
Automated Retail Solutions hasspent three years developing not onlythe technology behind the unit, whichincludes a fully remote management
front and backend solution to collect
comprehensive data and to control the
kiosk, but also the look and feel of how products can be displayed.“High level merchandising is keyto successful retailing and we know how
important it is to protect a brand’s image, which is why we are always developingthe best possible displays for productsand can adapt the units in terms of style, color and shape to suit a company’s
branding and image,” says van Velzen. The very ?rst unit was launched at
Schiphol Airport in 2009 in partnershipwith Schiphol See Buy Fly selling a widevariety of goods, such as electronics,
toys, watches and confectionery. In 2010
Schiphol Media, in cooperation withAutomated Retail Concepts, approachedAKG by Harman, a leading manufacturerof high-end headphones, to use TheShopping Wall to launch their products
at Schiphol Airport. The promotion was
a real success, with over 2000 people
using the kiosk to purchase and obtainadditional product information.
Automated Retail Concept has since
introduced the concept in Frankfurt with
Gebr Heinemann, selling perfume and
cosmetics at the Gate.
“Each unit can be fully branded bythe supplier and in the case of AKG, theunit serves as a large advertising displayoffering consumers the chance to learnmore about the products and have a total
brand experience, as well as make animmediate purchase,” adds van Velzen. The company is currently in talkswith a supplier about creating a bespoke
unit designed for a particular product
category. “The potential for bespokesolutions is endless. This particular
company sees The Shopping Wall asthe ideal solution for them to bring theirnew range of travel friendly products to
market, which would otherwise not have
such a large shelf space in the traditional
travel retail offer. We can accommodate
any brand and any category – with theexception of age restricted items, such as
alcohol.”
The company views this uniquesolution as the ideal offer for airportsas it bridges the gap between onlineretail and shopping in store, and answers
many modern shoppers’ requirements.
“Customers these days are used to the

With this solution we can combine allthese elements without the need for additional sales staff or large retail spaces, making it an ideal investment for retailers with the highest potential turnoverper square feet in the industry.”“The Shopping Wall complements existing travel retail offers. Hey Flex, Not sure if this has been mentioned before, but Wayne Anderson is actually Dr. Wayne Anderson M.D. And is also the founder of an old hedge fund, but their website seems to be out of date at best. But the Doc status can only help with the move towards mmj...But notice in the first link that the merger is listed on the Bloomberg listing page for this hedge fund. Not sure what that means...

Yeah, I saw that, it's getting very interesting. I hope there is a very small time gap if any at all between the 8-k and registration statement. That is how this should roll, right? s-1, s-4?
I can dig it. I am in this super heavy now (double digit mills) and will be adding UNGS again...this will be a student loan killer and house builder, IMO. My biggest investment ever, thus far so...getting nervous, but I'm that confident as well. Too much coffee...UNGS.
And, finally, sorry for blowing you up with questions but, is it possible that their could still be another company involved (like pwm) with the merger that we wouldn't find out about until the 8-k?
And have you looked at their (signifi's)other partner that I posted last night? Their chart has had a long down trend...
Question: Do you, Hippo, or anyone else know what happened with the signifi:public media works relationship? Or who replaced them PMW for signify, Because:
Public Media Works, Inc. (PMW) is focusing on merger/acquisition opportunities with businesses. In August 2011, the Company discontinued its kiosk operations. On September 23, 2011, the Company filed a voluntary petition for relief under Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code (the Chapter 11 Proceeding) in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California, Riverside Division (the Bankruptcy Court). The Company and its wholly owned subsidiary, EntertainmentXpress, Inc. (EntertainmentXpress), was engaged in the business of offering self-service kiosks, which deliver digital versatile disc (DVD) movies to consumers. The Company is no longer in this business. As of February 29, 2012, the Company did not own any patents
