2 board mods have been banned, anyone know why?
my l2 shows last trade at .70 yet my account shows .73, odd.
if by good stock you mean having all the red flags of a typical scam then yes.
l2 is looking great, 4 on the bid, 1 on the ask and then its .77
sounds good to me, here is some info on Prospect Capital...
http://www.prospectstreet.com
"As a yield-oriented company, Prospect seeks investments with historical cash flows, asset collateral, or contracted pro forma cash flows. Prospect has particular expertise in, but not exclusive focus on, industries related to the industrial/energy economy."
"Prospect Capital Management manages Prospect Capital Corporation (NasdaqNM: PSEC), a closed-end investment company which completed its initial public offering in 2004."
PSEC currently has a market cap near $300 million
looking over their portfolio they invest primarily in private energy companies.
no worries glasscrasher, no one is screaming dilution. pompano is the only poster who has suggested it and his post history speaks for itself.
"We expect total consideration for the acquisition to be $5.0 million in cash, $4.5 million in non-convertible notes, and 7,936,508 shares of common stock of Deep Down.'"
per the 6-21-07 Mako Tech LOI PR
just a hunch but i forsee Mako Tech related news soon.
time frames still stand...

if AURC is an American company then please tell us how many employees are in the US.
pompano, just sell and leave. you can come back in a few years and cry at the gains you missed out on due to your ignorance. acquisitions are not free and as i suspected, and the company just confirmed in the PR, are the primary reasons for the funding are legit.
the sentiment here is very bullish for the long term. this is a legit and growing company that is more transparent than any other OTC company. many here would agree that we are looking for the $3 to $5 range and up in the next few years.
its ironic that those complaining about anyone who questions anything concerning MCCY are the same posters who post absolutely no valuable information. elan is just one example, look at the posting history to see ZERO substance yet they choose to ignore someone who is searching for real information.
mikey, keep asking important questions and just ignore the ignorance in the form of personal attacks.

there is absolutely ZERO proof of almost all of those so called 'done' actions and your post is either a lie or a joke.
one of the most important:
"Aurus Takes Steps to Become Fully Reporting -Done
Feb 12, 2007 11:01 ET"
there have been ZERO filings with the SEC. if you do not file with the SEC than you are not reporting.
nice volume and PPS gain today. looks like we are set up for a nice week.
what was the company acquired with?
pwagle
i am sure dart does not have 857 membermarks for nothing (and means he is not playing with small $ as you put it). of course "Overconfidence/cockiness in pinkyland is not a good recipe." and one could argue that you are overconfident in the fundamentals MCCY.
TRIX momentum continues to be very bullish as the ibox charts show
agreed
and without the 'flippers' we would have no volume. a smart and successful investor maximizes their investment. i would love to have flipped DPDW the past two PPS fluctuations and increased my holdings by an easy 50%-100%. if we all would have done that there would likely be no float left and one could argue that DPDW would be at $1.50 by now.
reality is that neither a tinhat nor ihub has that large of an effect on the PPS. the future shared price will be a consistent upward trend with plenty of minor fluctations that do not matter (unless you choose to 'flip' and take advantage of them).
anchor, i do not post on investorsvillage, only ihub. the post was on this board and while i do not feel that it should have been deleted i also decided that Huppe being a scientologist did not really matter to my investment in MCCY.
lots of flatbeds in and out of DPDW HQ today. being both loaded up and shipped out as well as bringing in very large components.
looks like the MMS are successfully building their inventory today without much of a walkdown. excellent imo
they had a pickup truck onsite
chapter 11 will do that
hey, toonces can drive :)
psychobilly, i really appreciate all the info you care to provide. 2 months ago i didnt know what an umbilical was however i am finally beginning to grasp what goes on in the DPDW world.
just in case you missed these recent pics at DPDW HQ:
they shipped out half a dozen plus of both the spools (chutes?)and morays?! (the yellow pieces) and have 2 LARS in various stages.
still going up?
the chart sure doesnt indicate that. a lot more down then up.
excellent, it doesnt get much better than that.
yeah, they also moved the large grey arm closer to the cam and have just moved the LARS that was outside, inside to finish. the yellow things going out are either Morays or Terminations for SFLs
its not to late, sooner then later anything under $1 will be a gift.
krunk, DPDW issues PRs about projects and contracts with a major companies on a fairly regular basis.
it appears the MMs may have done some nice accumulation today. if they are loading the boats at these prices then watch out above.
looks like they may be customers
that is great and i am sure we would all love to see pics of DPDW equipment in action.
did you not think to mention Zabaikalgeoprom?
contract extension/expansion for DPDW?
4-24-07 - "Deep Down's first contract to assist Technip in the Gulf of Mexico with the Bass Lite Field umbilical testing and flying lead support project"
7-13-07 - "Mariner Energy has awarded Technip a contract for an electrohydraulic control umbilicals for the Bass Lite field development in the Gulf of Mexico. This contract follows the pipeline contract awarded to Technip in 2006 for the same field.
This new contract includes engineering and installation of three steel umbilical sections, approximately 19 miles long each, and installation of the hydraulic, electrical and optical connecting lines for the control of the subsea system.
The umbilical and the associated connecting lines will tie-back the two Bass Lite subsea wells, at a water depth of 6,750 feet in Atwater Valley 426, to the Devils Tower Spar moored in 5,600 feet of water.
Technip's operations and engineering center in Houston will execute the contract. Umbilical sections will be loaded out onto the Apache, one of Technip's pipelay vessels, for offshore installation in the fourth quarter of 2007."
http://www.rigzone.com/news/article.asp?a_id=47616
odds are DPDW will be involved in this.
$$$$
Technips 5 year chart for reference :)
wireline truck overhaul is something DPDW started a few months ago. per the 4-24-07 PR:
"expansion into the wireline market with the overhaul of wireline trucks for Diamondback"
i have seen around 3 to 5 wireline trucks onsite.
DPDW facility layout
this is a rough representation with the numbers representing the cams
work has been slow so i have been watching the cams pretty closely. i have a homemade diagram of the cam locations on a birds eye pic of the facility that i will post tonight when i get home that will help people with orientation when using the cams.
its the spools they have been making recently. the notched rings to the right will be the center part of the spool.
