Yep! .40 or bust should put that on the back of my car
I couldn't sell even if I wanted to. Tim Harrington right in the PR... One of the best pinkies in a long time. Holding till .40.
"update shareholders with next steps"..... love it!
Innovative Health Sciences Completes Due Diligence Request to Potential Buyer
CLEARWATER, FL--(Marketwire - May 19, 2010) - Innovative Health Sciences, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: IHSN), announced today that the Company has completed and submitted its final request for due diligence to its prospective buyer, pursuant to an offer received on April 29, 2010 to purchase 100% of the Company.
"Once we receive a response from the potential buyer, we will work prudently and expeditiously to review the information and update shareholders with next steps," said Chris Winter, president of Innovative Health Sciences, Inc. "Management of our wholly-owned media and marketing subsidiary, HM3, have been traveling extensively this month and will continue to do so over the next two weeks. Feedback from the road indicates a number of productive meetings were held, which are laying the foundation to launch new consumer products later this year."
Tim Harrington, president of HM3, said, "We recently attended Response Expo 2010, a three day trade show held in San Diego. Several hundred of the top executives in the direct response marketing industry attended the show. Management was able to participate in over 30 one-on-one meetings with the leaders of the top companies in attendance. Particular emphasis was placed on looking at new product marketing opportunities and in developing relationships to capitalize on the exploding internet market."
did something happen? whoa.....................
150 million .04-.05 before it really tanked, had unbelievable support... shame.
Is that what happened? I was wondering a little bit. Tons of support for the first hour and you would have thought the selling would have subsided after the first half hour 45 min. To bad... recent news could have sent this to the moon.
Hmmmm maybe I spoke to soon, but really looked good first hour and a half showed a lot of strength.
Been watching last sales all morning... wow this has got amazing volume for a .04 stock and it's holding to boot. If I weren't tied into other things I would be jumping in on this. Get rid of the day traders/flippers and this thing could fly and probably will. GLTA.
Thank you jprit12 for time and dd.
Staying long and holding till .40
navycmdr really appreciate.... thanks.
Just wanted to throw this out there. Could this all be steps toward moving to the NASDAQ?
* All the pink sheet prep and listing was done in record speed.
* Buying all the OS (you could then move the price easily to the $5 minimum).
* HM3 is big enough to handle the financial requirements.
Listing Standard No. 1
The company must have aggregate pre-tax earnings in the prior three years of at least $11 million, in the prior two years at least $2.2 million, and no one year in the prior three years can have a net loss.

This wouldn't surprise me at all... Harrington's strike me more of a NASDAQ family.
I know this is probably way off, but it would help to explain the buyout offer.
I agree. If you can communicate by secretary then the whole "can't say anything till it goes through legal" doesn't hold water. It would boost share holder confidence to hear directly from Paul. We know at least in the past and I'm sure to some extent now that he reads posting on the boards. Is it really asking a whole lot for 20 minutes in reply's to some basic questions? Is it really unreasonable? I don't think so. We aren't talking about Fred Smith of Fedex or Brian Moynihan of Bank of America. We know other CEO's do it (ex. IMGG). If you think about it could be done relatively easily. We know he knows MLR_Lite through email. Paul could set it up so that questions would be posted at a specific time say 10am-10:15am eastern and reply to what he felt he could. If he was feeling really kind... he could just come on board and chat once in a while.
I owe you an apology your right...
as I'm sure you know.

Excellent point...
"One thing the Purchase agreement doesn't say is which three days were used as the average."
Hammer candlestick yesterday strong reversal sign imho.
In 1992 Harrington's previous company produced Tony Little's first infomercial for the Target Training product. This product generated over $200,000,000 in sales. Tony Little is affectionately known as "America's Personal Trainer" and over the years has worked on numerous product marketing campaigns with Harrington.

(PINKSHEETS: IHSN) announced today that the company plans to begin pre-production for a new fitness product in the coming weeks pending the completion of contractual negotiations to acquire the rights to a unique piece of exercise equipment.
100 shares sold @ .0066 for 66 cents------------ mind boggling.
The poor guy @ .0066 trying to get filled locked in with a 100 share fill lol.
Under the terms of the offer, 100% of Innovative Health Sciences outstanding shares will be sold at a price of $0.40 per share, which is at a premium to the Company's current market price. The proposed sale is subject to close on or before June 15, 2010.

"The sales phenomenon known as the infomercial has turned into an international success when in 1989 Tim Harrington's company, Quantum International, launched the first infomercial outside of the United States. With HM3, Tim has taken the direct response marketing industry to a whole new level. HM3 integrates all the latest media tools to launch multi-million dollar consumer products," said Chris Winter, president of Innovative Health Sciences. "With a pipeline of commercial-ready products backed by celebrity endorsers, the HM3 acquisition positions us for top- and bottom-line growth in 2010."
Really appreciate the email you sent. The doc's originated from sterae on the board. Your opinion is clear, concise and priceless... thank you for your valuable time.
Darwin thanks you for the update. I agree with everyone CA was logical from a less costly perspective. Lawyers probably wanted to test Lee and see if they could flush him out easily. Not happening he's got debt... pride(ego)... and most of his 543,000,000(majority share holder) other reasons to do as he pleases (in his mind). I really like this going to Deleware. Pull out the stops, go for broke and nail his --- to the wall (Got a bug in me today or something). Great update... looking forward to the follow through PR probably next week ...
Post an email address and I'll send it.
Hope you guys don't hate this thought, but I almost don't care about pps right now. I'm still thinking this is gonna go off and I'll take my 40 cents pps (will wait it out or if it goes to 25 cents which ever comes first). If this goes lower I might be willing to pick up more. And all that comparison to those other stocks to me is like comparing Ford and GM and we got us a Ford. Nice to have some good Mods... I'm in relax mode on this stock... GLTA...

I really do appreciate your opinion... not bashing here.
I hear ya...
Good morning ria... well, SL would start dumping and diluting the already pathetic stock price. If we get news that this is on track again then he starts dumping into the PR's. jmho.
It's good to have informed opinions on both sides of an argument... after all we are in pinky land. Thank you sincerely. For me the reward potential is greater than the risk... a few hundred bucks with the potential of becoming a few thousand in 30 days. I'll take the gamble, have lost more at Foxwoods by far in a couple of hours lol.
Besides I like some of dd and the names associated with the stock.
Not to be a doubting Thomas... but if I am PL and I know that Delaware was the agreed upon place to settle disputes, why then screw around with CA? I mean if I feel I've been wronged and I'm mad as hell... I would want to expedite this as fast as possible and leave no chance for argument if I'm in the right... and clearly the agreement is on PL's side and Lee has breached it. So why?
Lee plays footsie for 3 months sending the harp piecemeal. Paul's dinking around in CA and South Korea. THE FIGHT IS IN DELAWARE... pardon me I don't normally do this but WTF? I'm going back to my original theory that this is all a delay till SL shares become unrestricted... kickoff probably just before that... octoberish... and if not then I'd probably have to agree with K9 thoughts.
Just me pee-terbed.
EOD should be AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!
Yeah... think I'll just keep holding my little stash...
Appreciate that. Thanks...
Thanks...
