My favorite picks are SPHE and AMHD

Imo SPHE should stabilize around .12 to .25 cents once people see the just released financials, they are now profitbale. In 2010, the sky is the limit, potential merger in the works and 09 Financials due Feb. March.

AMHD will probably top .002, not sure though, Keep watching it.

I will definetly also add some more if it dips, and your right, this alone without news or anything should be trading at an average of .12 to .25 cents, there is no way this company is worth 1.6 Million, minimum valuation for Spearhead is 10 million imo, and that is minimum at what it should be now after viewing 2008 Financials. And, who knows what 2009 will look like in Feb. It can only get better, if they pay off their debt and make over a million net profit again, it will only build a stronger more dependable company.

People will start to see it and realize that this is a safe stock to play even if its still a Pink, and eventually you will get more longs into SPHE and PPS will stabilize and hover to what they should be.

2010 is going to be a fun year for all longs here :)

This thing should be trading around a quarter just by being profitable and paying off over a million of Debts.

Company worth at the least !! 10 million $

O/S is 40 million, and insiders and instititions own about 52% of it all.

The good thing is that nobody knows about these guys, Once volume starts to come in, this thing will move big time :)

SPHE, Now a profitable Pink, no dilution since 2005, they dont need to, Over a million $ in net profit for 2008, 2009 Financials due out in March 2010, this is going to be a very good long term profitable company. Float is 23 million, very tight, way undervalued right now, should be worth on average around .25 cents with possible runs to .50 cents here and there, possible acquisition/merger in the works also, do your DD and see for yourself.

Oh, and... hold on to your shares, something is definetly up imo ;)

The company goes up for auction on the 13th of January with the actual auction taking place a week later I believe. The company will be sold and the transaction date is February 5th. There is a lot of debt holders standing in front of us that need to be paid out first,

I was looking at Brainhunters financials and I must say Spearhead knew exactly when to tighten down on over head costs, Brainhunter just realized it in mid 2009.

They could use Spearhead Management lol

Anyhow... I have a good story for all of you. I work in Cornwall, Ontario which is about one hour from Ottawa. And we have our own IT Dept for our company and I know one of the guys very well.

I asked him if he has ever heard of Spearhead Management in Ottawa and he said word for word, " Are they the ones taking over Brainhunter ? "
So, not being sure and/or knowing anything about it, I simply told him I didnt know.

So I started digging into this when I got home and Brainhunter is a competitor of Spearhead, they have offices in Montréal QC, Ottawa ON, Mississauga ON, and Calgary AB.

The Stalking horse bid is approx $21 Million to payout TD, and $6.1 Million to payout ROYNAT plus the assumption of all the contractors debt which is about approx $15.0 Million. This is what the current bid is in place

secondly,

There are $11.0 Million worth of Noteholders and $4.0 Million of Unsecured debtholders after that

Add it all up and you get

APPROX $58 Million plus $1.2 Million to common shareholdres using 0.025 Cents a Share (last trade) and someone would need to bid approx $60 Million dollars for this company for any of us to get our money back. Unless you get someone who is willing to put up 1/2 a Million in a NON Refundable bid and pay double what the going bid is, we will end up getting the square root of zero.

I wouldnt worry about it, odds are its going to get thrown out of court.

Take a look at the following report, one of the girls was fined 5000.00 and had to donate it to charity.
