The judge does not have in her to do this, she will side with the coruption only because she knows there are pending appeals and she will also note that she does not have jurisdiction to rule on all and must proceed to Third ciruit........

The debtors had to modify that clause specifically for the EC committee to not be abandoned after they launch an appeal.

That was part of the wrappper clause they were suppose to put in not to abandon equity. They had no choice.

Susman could see the appeal a long time ago, that is the reason he took case on a contingency basis so he could make billions after settlement in appeals court.

Yes it was!!!!!!Wasn't it Rosen's responsibility to provide the court with an accurate list of the estate's assets? What if it is discovered and proven that he misrepresented those assets to the court?

They are to assure with an audit of all assets to assure that the value is what it is.

When Bets was before the Judge that Judge wanted more proof, But Bet had more proof than rosen does of the asset value he is presenting and should have stated that. Bets should have replied to the judge since rozen does have to show a 3.1a or a signed P/A then why do I need more proof that JPM and others traded incorrectly including the debtors!!!!!!

If I had known what the hedgies new that the deal was so far apart that it would fall through I would have shorted the stock and when they new maybe a deal was being done I would have went the other way long. I am very sure that if I had the info they did I would have been a millionair.

That is the response that we needed, when the Judge stated Why now!!!!!

No one is doing anything and yet they are in it for the profit and when they saw an opportunity they jumped on regardless of the law.

If the judge did rule on 2019 exposing all to show their information including JPM it would have blown this thing wide open. instead we got, I could not remember or I do not re-collect. All this from guys that were sharp as nails in investment banking and you them managing your accounts.

What happen to all the money, I do not recollect or I do not remeber maybe it was there or maybe it was not.

Remember the judge has a short attention span, can not see the billions gain. she will not rule correctly!!!!! if she does, FDIC JPM go down.!!!!! TOOOOO BIG TO FAIL!!!!!!!!!!

Treasury made a deal with JPM and it would open a hornets nest if it came out in the open.........

Susman and especially Willingham knew about inside trading and how the SNH operate in these BK’s before Nate spoke up.

There was no legal reason for it. nate and many other shareholders brought this forward and he has yet to do anything substantial. Shareholders are moving this forward....

Have you read Susmans bio?

Numbers may not lie, but in his bio it should read we almost screwd the pooch if it was not for nate. Also, we could not get the claims moved to dc, but we needed time for an appeal. However the judge being an expert in this gave us an opinion allowing for a wrapper to be applied.

The judge also ruled that only under 120,000 shares for any party can be purchsed, but hey they had over 1/2 million and sold and made a pretty penny. She encourage them to buy and can not stop them from buying......

What I am saying is that the laws were put into place, but not followed. I would like a different outcome.

IT has been reported to the SEC, this I have done and have submitted to a person in hand. There were laws broken and this goes beyond just the IRS and Federal Judge. However, we are part of this PONZI scam and the debtors are at the head of this.

The reason DRosenbut is pissed with shareholders is that some of us have submitted his time sheets, it actions and his statements to ethics board. If anything he is loses his license. hedgies go to jail and the judge is removed from the bench. There are many BK coming in the next year and she does not need to be on the bench.

BETS had more detail information and she was not even a lawyer, Thoma stated hearsay that there was IT not the EC, You should be thanking him. Also, the judge has not ruled yet.

I do expect a denial, but with conditions against EC.

it is up to the judge to decide if IT occurred and whether the GSA was negotiated in good faith, based on evidence presented during confirmation, or not.

She already did, she has decided what information was valid and what was not. Unless someone can pull a rabbit from her rearview and show her the light, that she does not have jurisdiction. Then we have chance.

Remember we are the adversary here, wmi is only getting true value for the orgnaization and the SNH not shareholders.

One of two things. Either there is strong statutory law/regulation, or case law that supports ec's concept of materiality or because Walrus stated prior to the second confirmation hearing that she would decide what is material or not. JMHO

And that is the reason the witch is going to approve the Wrapper. She Pre-Deteremined what is valaid and what is not.

Also SHutman and firm could not represent and present jack. This is their second try at this and have failed. They could not get all the information in relation 2019, a common shareholder Thoma and Bets spoke up. It was not the EC. The EC could have but it takes shareholders to show them where to look.

If BETS would have asked for help on responses, she could have responded to the Witchs response of "WHY NOW"!!!!!!

our chairman willingham could of picked up 5,000p's at the time he picked up all u's..this tells me he knows the payout is gonna be large for the u's,over 5 million for the u's averaged at .20...if the p's were such a grandslam for a payout why wouldn't this forensic accountant buy all p's..think about it

This is why some of us expanded and when this went up, sold all out commons at .68 and expanded our Preferreds and double our positions in commons by 10 times at a lower rate and continued to buy as it went back down.

As long as Willingham owns commons I do.

chiron obviously the evidence that we submitted againt the sn holders was powerfull enough not to be shown to the public during court ...we got em ,and the judge can't do nothing against it ,nomatter how much she was baught for ..as d says LAW IS THE LAW

EC already agreed to not submit to the public until oral arguements.......Remember this is not criminal case other wise it would have gone public and EC would have let the public hang them.

That is what we want and that is what we will have! Me too. I believe Judge Mary Walrath will be called out by the Equity Committee and our attorney, Steven Susman and gang... to the very end.

Biz I can see why everyone is not onboard with the judge.....F/R is not what we want.

Nelson could not do it. Sussbutt is with the dodgers BK at the moment and we are left with what we got so far.

Bet said it the other day, Debtors failed equity, EC failed the shareholders. It was hearsay that open up the IT not EC.

Judge put a restriction on purchase of stock and yet that was not enforced. They bought. Bet brought it out and showed they were using a third party to sell. EC did not even bring that out.

EC could not even get a full 2019 that would have revealed that. Brazen already saw the EC written arguement and it will not hold water that is why he say in Court no evidence was found.

EC could not bring an evaluation of the assets. Could not force the 4b transferred to us.

EC had many opportunities to bring forth an eval, P/A, and the 3.1a.

We just do not need another Judges opinion we need her to rule with a backbone...

I agree with everyone she has the information but is she reading what we are.....

I am pre-bk holder of this and was set to retire after I finished my last deployment. While alot of guys were fighting the war, we thought our retirement was safe instead we came back to this.

Some of us are starting over others are not as lucky.....
