for those who have not seen the increasting activity at DPDW over the past two months.
the last 'cam visible' project that was completed by the 2nd quarter 10Q was half a dozen Morays...
since then around half a dozen SFL baskets were completed and shipped out
alongside a couple of Morays there is a currently a LARS in the final welding stages and a LARS that is on the final build stage. another half dozen very large spools have been manufactured as well as quite a bit of smaller equipment shipped in and out.
yesterday was not only the filing of the solid growth 10Q we expected but also a very busy day at DPDW with several overlapping projects in various stages of completion.
Dahlman Rose believes the DPDW PPS is currently undervalued by 40%. add on top of that another acquisition or two as well as the organic growth we can actually witness visually and i am just going to keep to myself the numbers that are running through my head :)
ME deals?
there is absolutely ZERO evidence of any such thing.
hence the "call it manipulation if you will" :)
from the market makers inventory, not directly from investors. the whole purpose of having market makers is to keep the market active. if there are no sellers of a stock, you can still buy as long as there is a MM who is active and vice versa if you are selling.
"Excluding Electrowave revenue, our core business was still up over 100% with revenue"
i was not expecting that
investors are not selling, its MMs doing their job 'making a market' (call it manipulation if you will)
another flatbed is being loaded with equipment and shipped out.
the DPDW HQ hive has been buzzing with activity which means....
$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$
hmmmmmm
very interesting
OUTT - .015
friday - up 0.012 (400.00%), first real volume - 257k
i said it was a random example and i was comparing only the share structure. please do not twist my words and add in earnings. you can do a little DD yourself and compare the share structure of any random growth company, be it OTC or Nas. the results will not change.
do you mind clarifying what you are insinuating with "poison pill"?
pompano, you should try reading filings
or learning how if the case may be
per the 10K:
"We are authorized to issue up to 490,000,000 shares of common stock and up to 10,000,000 shares of preferred stock, in one or more series, and to determine the price, rights, preferences and privileges of the shares of each such series without any further vote or action by the stockholders. The issuance of preferred stock could have the effect of making it more difficult for a third party to acquire a majority of our outstanding voting stock, thereby delaying, deferring, or preventing a change of control that might be beneficial to investors."
there is nothing abnormal about this. random examples:
AAPL - 870 mil shares outstanding
1.8 bil shares authorized
SEC filings are better :)
i can not wait for the 10Q to read more of this...
(from the 4-17-07 10K)
"The infrastructure we have in place has enabled us to increase our revenue over 63% from 2005 to 2006, after a 52% increase in the prior period"
"during the BP Aspen installation, a competitive version of Bell mouth failed allowing Deep Down the opportunity to develop a new type of latcher which was spring loaded....completely eliminating the need for divers both prior to and during the installation."
"Our management team has been involved in more umbilical installations then probably any other team in the industry. Our unique blend of drilling contractor, umbilical manufacturing, subsea engineering, and installation contractor experience has been effective in acting on behalf of the operator to ensure key hardware installation is performed in the most efficient and safe manner."
"Due to our ability to design and manufacture bend limiters in house, delivery time is greatly reduced....and have been designed with a simple and reliable hinged attachment system which significantly decreases installation time."
"umbilical splicing...allowed the King West project to save millions of dollars and months in delivery time by combining the existing BP Nile and BP King spare umbilicals."
"The Company’s customers include Shell; Amerada Hess; Marathon; ExxonMobil; Cal Dive; Devon; Anadarko; Texaco; Chevron; British Petroleum; Kerr McGee; Unocal; Noble Energy; Cameron and Aker Kvaerner, among others."
"The Company is not dependent on any one customer or group of customers."
"Deep Down has an established track record of introducing new products and product enhancements."
"We plan to meet our cash requirements in 2007 with cash generated from operations. We will continue to expand our product line offerings, and we are projecting to spend approximately $250,000 to expand our rental fleet and approximately $150,000 to develop new products."

i think you need a drink, the weekend is just starting :)
i have not traded ETLT as well as i should have but the profits have been good. i still have some of my original long term .40 shares and just recently started buying my trading shares back on the buyback news and the 10Q.
i believe there will be another chinese OTC run in the next year.
i got out at the beginning of the week. OnlySweet did not have the financial impact that i was hoping for. i still like SUWN for the long term but am out for now.
ETLT is so fundamentally undervalued its a steal now, not to say that it will not dip lower but i am not worried in the long term. i have been around for a couple of years and the company is stronger than ever.
great day, congrats everyone
fantastic day leading into the 10Q, Hurricane Dean and the likely finalizing of the Mako Tech acquisition.
congrats everyone
compare that small cobra Moray in the first and seventh pictures to the most recent version they designed and manufactured two months ago...
the new one is so much more advanced and complicated it is almost unrecognizable.
it just so happens that on the same day that pic was taken that DPDW announced:
"to further enhance Deep Down's subsea engineering capabilities and meet growing demand, we have also recently hired two additional subsea engineers, with strong experience from such companies as Minerals Management Service, Stolt Offshore, Ocean Design, Inc., and Dyna Technologies, Inc"
Hurricane Dean just upgraded to a Cat 2
read the post that he was responding to.
you mean GLBM?
if douglas beatty still has anything to do with that company which used to be STRU i wouldnt touch it for anything.
thats what the free shares/lower rebuys are for :)
no risk, high reward potential. always better to play it safe on pinks and take money off the table early imo.
i guess we do have our own way of investing.
i first bought at .22 and first sold at .66 so MCCY is a no lose situation for me at this point.
exactly and that is why all that matters now is audited financials filed with the SEC. the fluffy pumping around here and PRs clearly are not working.
because you bought at the bid
wrong again. pinksheets.com is out of date on ONMC...
Outstanding Shares
98,554,712 as of Jan 1, 2006
Authorized Shares
100,000,000 as of May 6, 2005
and now the cameras are overloaded again.
*shakes fist at the technology gods*
benfikaman, the server appears to be hard down as it does not ping. nothing DPDW can do about it as it appears to be a hosting provider issue.
the website is down for me.
actually, that is very wrong. my account often does the opposite of the broader market and the pennies are usually a hedge against the broader market.
the PPS of MCCY has NOTHING to do with the broader markets.
with the 10Q due on Monday or before, hurricane Dean heading for the Gulf, the likely closing of the Mako Tech acquisition in the near future and the lack of selling yesterday combined with large buys, i would say we are still set up for continued and steady green.
nice find sulphur
and when rigs move miles from their original spots guess what breaks...
Bill Gates? one needs to prove himself before that comparison can be made.
not to mention Bill Gates files with the SEC.
right on the money brikk
and as for an unrelated recent gap i enjoyed and is holding strong in a bear market...
do not forget to add wolfowitz to that list.
bid - .034
ask - .032
WTF?
Erin is only going to bring lots of rain from what i was reading earlier. not much of a threat to the rigs.
