"The reverse split, which provides flexibility to obtain new capital, represents
the first step in the Company's planned financing strategy to enhance growth. We
are currently in negotiations with financial organizations, seeking funding
programs which will allow us to invest in advertising, marketing and development
of our sales organization. If we are successful in raising capital, we should be
able to more successfully introduce and grow our new products" stated Jim
Bobbitt, Mycom's President.
Bobbitt continued, "We also believe the stock split combined with new capital we
are seeking will allow us to consider other growth opportunities such as merger
and acquisitions."
The Mycom Group, Inc. is a technology solutions and managed services provider to
businesses and organizations throughout North America.

DJ Knight Capital To Cut Payments For Order Flow >NITE
. . By Gaston F. Ceron . Of DOW JONES NEWSWIRES .
JERSEY CITY, N.J. (Dow Jones)--Knight Capital Group Inc. (NITE), which runs a big stock-dealing operation, will reduce the payments it issues to brokerage firms that send their clients' orders to buy and sell stock to be executed by Knight.
The move, which will go into effect Monday, was discussed by Knight Chairman and Chief Executive Thomas Joyce at the company's annual meeting, held Wednesday at Knight's headquarters here. At the meeting, shareholders approved a proposal to change the company's name from Knight Trading Group to Knight Capital Group.
In its proxy, Knight said the name change will "better reflect the company's broader business operations beyond equities trading." Knight has an asset-management unit that runs a hedge fund and whose profile has grown in recent years.
Payments for order flow, or "rebates," as some on Wall Street refer to them, can be controversial. Although brokerage firms must get the best execution available for their customers' trades, the existence of the payments can raise the question of whether they are influencing where orders are sent.
Joyce said Knight plans to make a "meaningful" cut in the payments it makes for orders it receives for stocks in the Nasdaq 100 index and in the Standard and Poor's 500-stock index. Reductions of around 30% to 40% will be made to payments issued for orders to trade Bulletin Board stocks, Joyce added.
"It's more and more difficult to extract a return from the order flow," Joyce said. "Trading opportunities have diminished."

Death Cross Naz article
CBSMW newsletter today.
Looking ahead, if you were going to draw a line in the sand, there's a not-too-distant area on the Nasdaq that will be worth tracking. Its 50-day moving average currently holds at 1,991 and its 200-day moving average rests at 1,992.
So those two areas hold just 1 point from one another and make for completely obvious resistance. Yet perhaps even more notable, is that those two moving averages just formed a bearish 50-day/200-day moving average crossover, known in technical jargon as a "death cross."
The death cross occurs when the 50-day moving average crosses under the 200-day. It signifies that the intermediate-term downtrend has overtaken the longer-term uptrend. (Notice the Nasdaq's response to the reverse crossover in mid-November).
So just as talk is resurfacing that the markets have "seen their worst levels" for 2005, that 1,991 to 1,992 area on the Nasdaq with be worth tracking. If somehow the Nasdaq would break sharply above that area on strong volume, the longer-term technical outlook would improve substantially.

thx kg esp AMEP action
Bit of board buzz for AMEP.
OMOG.pk has a checked history. Several name changes and
RS. New management and deals. Big AS OS.
Texas oiler that moved with oil spike. Seems to follow the
queen bee of the tiny spec oilers-- PRVB.ob Canada.
I'm going to try and research some stair steppers rather
than just long flat liners. Need some runners to stay
with it all.
Have had head in the Izone switch over by AMTD from their
great, now gone Freetrade. Freaken IZ been nightmare.
Getting it to work with Quotetracker taken bit time too.
Thanks again!
Nice grouping, DNAP faces small RS
Getting some action for sure. To vote on 1:10 to 1:20
Announced 4/25. Noticed that quite often then small (NOT
large RS) ones often go on a rapid rise after RS.
But it shouldn't have had a jump going into the RS. Better
when they 'surprise' with a small timeframe. Traps the
weak hands. They bail on RS day, then it pops.
These are very short time plays. WFTV did some crazy
twists after RS. Plunged after done with it all.
DNAP's small RS gives it promise if they don't run it too
much. Caught both CALI and then BXTI off their RS.
The 1.5 Bil AS is kinda big tho for just a 1:10 into the
OS of 1 Bil. AS stays same so can issue mess of S-8s into
that AS for R&D.
PS AAMI in defense realm as an ammo maker. Just noticed
they have a patent of a fuselage bullet. Can penetrate
human body but not rip a plane's cabin wall. Wicked.
Plus a 'green' bullet that is non-lead based. Great for
indoor target ranges and environ friendly.
Downside is they are still in growth phase. Fell from pop
of 0.50 to 0.08 all time low. American Ammo. Miami based.
US DoD contracts, Latin Amer, and Israel. New program
for direct to dealer, bypassing distributors.
Runs when it runs.
Such a sloppy market this year for little guys. Nearly
half a year and few large Vol micro-cap subs have moved.
All the old faves like QBID are weak.
Holding BLYC, ADVC, HPON, and hoping PNDR isn't just a
CMKX dream. PNDR is either for real and ignored or someone
knows something bad. But they pounded GSPG too and I picked

Thanks PC TRIN delist note too
Great work on S-8s! Been watching TRIN since popped. Thin

Trinsic Receives Delisting Letter
Friday May 6, 4:19 pm ET
TAMPA, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 6, 2005--Trinsic, Inc., (NASDAQ/SC: TRIN) announced today that by letter dated May 6, 2005, The NASDAQ Stock Market, Inc. has notified Trinsic that the market value of its common stock remains below the minimum of $35 million required by Marketplace Rule 4310(c)(2)(B)(ii) and accordingly its shares will be delisted from the Nasdaq SmallCap Market at the opening of business on May 17, 2005. The company indicated that it intends to appeal the decision. An appeal will stay the delisting pending a hearing before a hearing panel.
Oh thanks those are Pennys
Appreciated. Didn't expect comments but sure would be
cool to reflect on that. They are minor plays but have
a tendency to be mine canary.
Some did hold up today. I'm still pissed I was gutless
on CPN drop & pop. Lately tendency is to distrust any
Company comments that they are 'really, really' doing Ok
when they respond to a severe drop.
Then they turn out to be an Overstock or DRL. Me thinks
duth protest and all that. Here Street seems to be buying
into CPN. Geez missed IVAN back at 0.75 or so and even
LU. CIEN too. But I just know when I get in that it will
be a DROOY, CLN, death dive bomb.
Thought maybe CPN was a bomb. So hard to know. They
took it down hard & fast like old EXDS (Exodus).
Any help is so much the better. Later then. I'll check for
the good word.
I can handle the obvious crash dives like DRL, VPHM. It's the
Sneaky Petes that can waste your account.

nice chart comment PPHM
Followed this one (and FONR, GALB, HIV). You're dead on
about story trumps TA. They turn, they jump & run. But
often just lie around as sleeping dogs. Beats getting into
CLN >$1 and getting killed. But still dead $. Stupid VPHM
(cure for cold -- death dive) is another of those.
Best to follow and then get them as floor scraps like
HIV was. Or some other junior bios that did RS at 0.20
range and then had better share count. Avoid if any history
of S-8s.
Been thinking PPHM should have run by now as cheap drugs
getting some play. Maybe doesn't apply to really cheapo
ones!
Miss the days of runs in IIP (INAP) and ERTH. Spec $$ are
in short supply now until they see some ADSX type news
as when got long awaited FDA letter. Note, take care with
Amex stocks. AAC, WEL, IIP can run like a dog in heat
when their makers grab hold. And Amex won't let you in but
will sweep lows as price rises, taking out Stops easily.
Oh, have you or kgoodrich worked with the Beta at stockchharts?

Great. Bar charts site used to be kinda sluggo even on

mover in favor of Vol or Trades. Couple places break
down the top 50 by Vol. Course have to throw out the
CMKX things, but can see something that is awakening
like SMTR was after loong base.
Aroon has always been so darn confusing to me. Guess
need to check on it too. Will %R had some predictive
use tho so snaky that it can get you in too early and out
too quickly so certainly need other indicators. Like
at stockcharts (beta version), the %B can be helpful.
Didn't check but think %B is based on Boll Bands.
Trading mostly subs in OTCbb/Pinks. Had held ADSX
for years til finally broke out. Stuck in GOAM. And
waiting on some pennies like AAMI, GSPG, ADVC, MOGI.
lot of dead wood there tho -- MCLD, BIZ, HIV, EXBT.
Need catalyst to save them but runners when they run.
Had AAC and WEl back at 0.10 point. Oh TCOM there for a
brief moment too. Thing is to catch them as they rush
thru 0.20s into 0.30. Ones that flag in 0.20s seem to
become dead dollars.
Thanks again. Will check in a bit.

Is the economy falling apart? Not according to Lakshman Achuthan, managing director at the Economic Cycle Research Institute, an economic forecasting firm in New York that has accurately predicted the past three recessions. Achuthan says the economy hasn't hit a soft patch recently — rising inflation and stagnating economic growth have been the reality for at least a year.

Thanks for the Charts!
Nice selection. Seems a solid reversal in place for real
when very high ADX ACCOMPANIED by a ROC at least 10 where
ROC was below zero for many months.
Have to look closer for any other tie ins.
Use anything special for the finding of these, like a
specific scan?
Back in '90s I keyed in on value of ADX but it got kinda
hard to use in powerful uptrends. Showing some use here in
bottom signals -- until everybody piles on? Guess we'll see.

China soon > US broadband?
China to Top U.S. in Broadband Subscribers
Online staff -- Electronic News, 5/4/2005
If the competitiveness of nations can be measured by their broadband subscriber rolls, then the United States is on the verge of losing its leadership to China, market researchers at iSuppli Corp. suggest.
China already is rapidly approaching the United States as the country with the largest number of broadband subscribers, according to the El Segundo, Calif.-based firm, and by the end of the year, China is expected to have 34 million subscribers, compared to 39 million in the United States.
By the end of 2007, China is expected to have 57 million broadband subscribers, compared to 54 million in the United States, with an even wider lead in the years to follow.
As nations jockey for economic advantage, broadband access is emerging as a key competitive differentiator, iSuppli noted.
“In the networked economy of today and tomorrow, national broadband subscriber rolls represent a key metric determining a country’s competitiveness,” said Steve Rago, principal analyst for networking and optical communications, and head of iSuppli’s broadband and digital home service in a statement.
“Broadband is now driving the growth of the global telecommunications business and indeed represents the future of communications itself,” he continued.
“Beyond communications, in areas including entertainment and electronic commerce, everything is moving to broadband,” he added.
“To stay competitive both technologically and economically, nations must remain at the cutting edge of broadband deployment,” Rago concluded.
The United States in 2004 remained the world leader in terms of the number of broadband residential subscribers. However, the U.S. broadband market over the past few years has been plagued with regulatory issues that have stifled the growth of high-speed Internet-access technologies.
Largely because of this, the nation has fallen behind in the percentage of its Internet households that have broadband connections.
iSuppli estimates that at the end of 2004, the United States ranked 15th worldwide for broadband penetration of Internet homes.
If nothing dramatic occurs, iSuppli expects America’s ranking to continue to decline in the coming years.
However, some developments indicate the United States is regaining its broadband footing including a ruling last year by a federal court that ruled against the Unbundled Network Element-Platform (UNE-P) requirements as put into service by the U.S. Federal Communications Commission (FCC).
UNE-P mandated that Independent Local Exchange Carriers (ILECs) share their network facilities with their competitors, the Competitive Local Exchange Carriers (CLECs), at wholesale rates determined by the states, which stifled ILEC spending on new broadband deployment.
Meanwhile, President George W. Bush recommended that Congress not tax access to broadband technology in order to promote proliferation.
With UNE-P removed and tax relief in place, the U.S. broadband industry has been rejuvenated, and iSuppli has increased its forecasts for carrier capital spending and for penetration of high-speed data access in North America.
For the United States to retain its leadership, it must do more, including minimizing regulations on Voice Over Internet Protocol and delivery of video, iSuppli advised.
Further, the government should consider tax incentives or other measures to encourage service providers to upgrade their networks, which may help to stave off China in the broadband battle, and increase its penetration level, the firm concluded.

Japan job holders stay
I think their lack of willing job mobility in older Gen may
have had a little to do with it. Very educated work force,
less of a real estate housing boom. So workers leave big deals
to the congloms. Jobs are-were held pretty much for life.
Why not. Pay well and lots holidays. Oil import hikes have
not hurt them as in past given sub-sized technology break
thrus. I too used to envy them but watching with a jaded
eye now for what future may hold.
Much like a reduced England they can stay intact for long while since they don't front a massive military or even a heavy social cost structure.
Notice the action in Australia lately! Raw materials and
a young aggressive society paying off. Japan had its day in
