I guess the same question could asked of you.....Why not ask Dufus if this was legit from the get go. if this was, why run and hide. In fact why did he hide from the get go, starve his horses, shoot his dog, run from state to state and hide in a closet. If he was telling the truth why not just hire a lawyer from the beginning, beside he had billions in bonds.......He claims it was all correct. He stated he had checks, why not used that money to hire lawyers..........so many questions but yet the answers have not been provided by him or yet they were that is why he is in jail,,,,,

The the moon thing, was there ever a JV on that or just a conversation pumped to the moon by the bashers?

H20, you need to go back and research, Dufus was the one who came up with alot of the crap (Moon, train, change the market, key person with the staff on the hill, being a ghost, and it goes on)

If you research just right, you will also hear it on wave files when he was talking on the radio on how he was going to change everything.

He even used a Godfather statement, "Just when I was out, they bring me back in"

he even used themes from movies that this is what is happening and why...He did not realize that movies are not real, fantasy, just the way he likes, all fantasy.

Dufus is a salesman, he can paint anything and call it gold and that is just what he did. All these theories that things will change or the stock will come, did you get your certs, all this is fantasy. This is the reason he was caught and the reason he is going to jail. Bubba here I come.....

They did not buy commons because they knew it would slim to none to be paid when you are the bottom of the totem pole.

Then again, it is also illegal to buy and steer a bk for your profit. Risk the SNH went after and did not care. For them to sit at the table they had to buy stock that would put them there. They can afford it. They bought stock that did that, but only to get commons in another company that would pay them higher dividends. What do you think they would get in the new company more bonds?

IT was brought the front of this BK, the judge if she had balls instead of bed then she would see that this BK should be halted and the SEC brought in to further investigate.........

How much did you profit from the pump, Picky?

I lost as I sold on the way down, but I still own alot of shares as well. Dufus and his late night radio broadcasts telling people to buy this and watch for the forward split. I would sell my house to buy more as dufus stated. Many people were caught. It was a pump from the beginning and dufus knew very much from the beginning that none of the bonds were good. If you have a problem with what everyone is stating, then you need to look at all the documents presented at trial. Here is a question, if Dufus was so in the right why did he leave and why did he hide in a closet when he was caught. Dufus ever explain that to you. I still love the story about how someone shot my dog in front of my little girl to gain ground with the flock. Even the one where the government was starving my horses....The Government is out to get me.

Yes there is something wrong with selling of shares if there is insider information and his family was in the know. He had them transferred to another account. This is why he went and hid in a closet. He knew he did not have a case and still does not.

It is on court record. One of the reasons he is going away. You can try and paint it as much as you want but stop drinking the milk and have dufus really tell you was he actually telling the truth. This goes back to same instance he starve his horss, shot dog story, how he was invited to the white house, he is part of the take down of the government and wall street. You can make up one story for another, but the truth will come out.

What it means that all parties are in agreement with the terms of the GSA or Wording of the GSA and can move it forward to have it approved. All it takes is one party to withdraw from the GSA to have it void. THE FDIC has left a window open for now. They have not signed the extension so really the GSA is void. However, they can sign off on it if none of the wording changes and the EC loses during mediation. In my Opinion, they are awaiting the outcome as well. The NOLS, this is the big ticket and the bigger NOLS do change things. THE FDIC did not anticipate this and now see more money in the pot, but it is not theirs and they want it.

All it takes is one party to squash the GSA and for now it seems the FDIC are temporarily holding back and not have signed the extention.

It means that they are in agreement with the GSA and still any party could walk away. Just because the FDIC did not sign only means that the GSA extention has expired. It actually expired on 10/15/2011. Rosen made the statements in the last hearing.

FDIC is not wanting to be bound by the GSA

I don't think we know anything right now. FDIC is unsure of where they will stand and how they will be left out in the cold.

The one thing we do know is, we have two more weeks of waiting and our lead counsel is on vacation getting a Mai Tai for the new week or so............
