Me too...TDA.
Good dream. This situation is FU for sure. Strange that BRND hasn't had any comment
They don't sell it, it's a non issue. The distributor in each state distributes, delivers and sells. Premier works with distributors and through their additional networks to help secure purchase, which go through the fully licensed distributor. Hence, why the post leans toward BS IMO.
Only if created by the right people. That is what is in doubt.
SEC too for illegally divulging proprietary information.
That's the bogus link...
Only according to what most believe is a bogus post. AB could bring bottles in if they didn't charge as long as they had a distribution agreement in the state and tracked its path. BRND would work with distributors in each state to get them to push BBV over any other vodka. BRND would never deliver, etc, that would come from whomever distributes, and it would vary from state to state more likely than not.
BRND doesn't make it and doesn't deliver. They also, as you've stated, don't have ownership stake. They are contracted to promote to distributors, nothing else. They don't need a license, they may need a background check and requirements vary from state to state I'm sure, but they don't manufacture, produce, deliver, or sell liquor directly. No liquor license required for talking...
All liquor in the US has to go through a distributor. The distributor then delivers everywhere. Salespeople for the distributor sell anything they distribute to either on premise or off premise sites. Labels, like BBV, have their people try to get people at the distributor to sell their stuff rather than anything else they distribute, joint sales calls, contests, etc.
By exclusive, I interpret that only BRND can present to distributors, etc, , at the time, in Cal and Fl.
It also implied BRND isn't authorized to sell liquor.
Exactly. Very proprietary...about the worst thing he could say.
Wrong group to upset IMO...
Post something if u can...I don't FB.
The posted about 3 weeks ago that they have exclusive distribution. They did not post it was month to month and they have a court hearing in Oct to assign damages from the Sharp lawsuit. Not feeling to good about this....
Lawsuits and...some may have already contacted many friends in the liquor, hospitality, restaurant, and distribution business...BBV on the do not buy list? Bulls fans might have a hard time finding it at home...if it ever makes it here.
You haven't been around long enough to be this unhappy or anyone's savior. If Bad Boy was readily available, I'd suggest a cocktail to take the edge off. IMO, .01 will happen easily...
Owned by AB Brands. Exclusive distribution by Premier through Premier's distribution channels. Developed by Premier for AB at ABs direction.
GL...I hope it works out.
One can hope...I'll settle for BRND @ $1...GLTA.
Does the plant come with the Bad Boy? If so, I've got big order for you...
Just happy to see movement. Thought good things would happen when they secured the line. Plus, timing couldn't be better to promote new toys for the holidays.
Awesome!!!
Too much sugar in GG for me...bad hangover too. American Vodkas are becoming popular...Tito's is blowing up, out of Austin, TX. At $20, BB is mid-price...people will buy it for the name initially, smart marketing.
Yes, 5 calendar days from the prescribed due date. GLTA.
Huge movement change. Sharp seems to be unhappy, as usual.
At least one of the websites mentioned as a source to research scams belongs to Sharp.
Not so far. I hope it happens.
I got some 70's early.
IMO, yes it would be outside info. I imagine the bulk of his compensation is shares. He can't say anything if so...once it starts selling, he can sing from the rafters.
At least the lawn should like nice, lol. Of course, the office space is rented from Harmon, so you never know. GLTA.
Don't do it, you're good for the board...unless you mean anAPS type of retirement, lol. I hope you het filled.
True. Surrounded by people from STZ, Fortune, etc, all the time. Wife is in the biz...
The thief was removed pre-pump. Unless of course, you've unraveled a different thief...who's not a thief in OTC?
Nothing for me on TD. Past splits have been anywhere from 4-15 days for me with TD. Lots of shares to account for with ELAY.
Premier can't distill. They can have something bottled and they can sell to distributors to sell to the public.
Frank-Lin is the distiller. They have the authorization to produce alcoholic beverages. BRND contracts with them to produce. BRnD then sells to distributors within each state who sell within their state.
I hope they hit!!!
Impressive Penny too...
Yes. I set a high sell on everything as soon as I buy it. I can't always watch and every now and again they sell when I'm not looking...other than Scottrade, I set at 500% or so...GL.
