Tuna BBA just had some officers report buying shares on 12/31. Although down today, the volume is quite low. Still think this one has legs once initial 4th quarter sales are reported. Jim
Tuna added some LOUD here. Remember how well we all did on it back in 2003. They are almost back to the .29 I got in for back then. Been over $2. Has taken a woopen this year. Still has potential. Maybe even could be bought out. Jim
Tuna BBA looking strong. I will wait for a pr on 4th quarter sales and then sell. This is the only profitable quarter for them and stock usually does well in January. Jim
ARSC doing great again today. Most activity in the last couple of minutes. Now at .155 +10%. Was .10 two days ago. Jim
Tuna that CES show should highlight ONT more. Maybe 1.50 next week. Hang on. Jim
ARSC finishing strong. Now up 36% to .15. Jim
Tuna good luck with BBA. I road if form $2 to $5 a few years back. It eventually got to around $11. Jim
ONT - I am still too Tuna. I will wait to see if it jumps some more during the CES next week.
HAUP off again. Back to 5.30 +13%.
EKWX needs volume. Maybe next week. Just a matter of time. Be patient. Jim
XDSL now up 15% to .209.
CEO: mPhase Technologies Poised to Deliver Substantial Breakthrough in Battery Technology; Says Recent Developments Pave Way to Create a Storage Battery Far Superior to Any Currently Known
1:03 PM EST December 29, 2005
mPhase Technologies (OTCBB: XDSL) CEO Ron Durando, today said the company is poised to deliver a substantial breakthrough in battery technology utilizing superhydrophopic nano-patterned structures.
As validation of his comment Durando cited a seminal paper describing the achievement by scientists in the globally respected, peer reviewed Bell Labs Technical Journal, with a current issue dedicated to nanotechnology. The article details the achievement by scientists in demonstrating a working reserve battery prototype that relies on a nano-based architecture. Reprints of the paper are available through mPhase website, www.mphasetech.com.
"We are navigating uncharted scientific waters in our approach to developing a radical improvement in battery technology," stated Durando. "The publication of the paper in the Bell Labs Technical Journal is a strong indicator of the development progress, and I eagerly await the team's next technical milestone in 2006."
The company's work on the nanobattery was recognized by multiple awards this year. mPhase was named to the inaugural "Nano 50" list of the most innovative companies and individuals in nanotechnology, selected by a panel of experts assembled by Nanotech Briefs, a licensed publication of NASA. An earlier recognition of the company's work in this area took place in April when the company won the Frost & Sullivan 2005 Excellence in Technology Award.

SAN LEANDRO, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 6, 2005--After completing the reverse merger with Xtrana on October 3, 2005 Alpha Innotech Corp. (OTCBB:APNO - News) today announced completion of the following key milestones:
As previously announced, Alpha Innotech entered into a development, manufacturing and supply agreement with GE Healthcare for a full line of proprietary imaging systems. First shipments were also made of the new NovaRay® Detection Platform, designed to address the growing number of applications in the microarray market, including multiplexed arrays (few targets--many samples) for high throughput analysis of DNA. NovaRay can also be used to perform protein and cell array analyses in microplates and on other substrates.
Introduced AlphaPart11Ease(TM), an innovative and comprehensive software package that enables digital image acquisition and analysis compliant with the electronic validation, audit trail, record retention, and record copying requirements of FDA regulations promulgated under 21 CFR Part 11.

The recently announced OEM agreement with GE Healthcare and the introduction of new products such as the NovaRay and AlphaScan systems are the first steps toward attaining this goal. We anticipate sales for the new products to be modest in 2005 and becoming a larger contributor to revenues in 2006."
Mr. Chaudhry added, "With our new growth initiatives and product launches, combined with the increasing interest in drug development and life science research, we anticipate 2006 to be an active year for the company.
