Saudi experts have nothing to do will millions in burned up green backs chasing pseudo auto devices that attached a magnet to a vehicle and now to s pipeline! Btw the oil industry “experts” are in the US. It’s make no sense to jump a flight to Riyadh.
Any oil technology development worth it’s salt was developed by large Oil outfits located right here!
The penny’s in need of fake legitimacy will actively promote via these “off shore” opportunities ad it’s only avenue not subject to Joe Blow driving down and checking it out. . It’s as if Qsep believes it’s loyal investor will keep believing...no matter what play they try to rerun! Pathetic.
“The funds raised were used to develop the PROVEN AOT. “
Factually that’s incorrect and by all estimates over half of the current loss is attributed to the several generation of auto and truck devices too numerous to list here. Heck they spend one million for the Rand test which found all the predecessor devices were ineffective. So while there is mention of Aot in early 2006 docs it’s way down the list of markets they were chasing. Arguably 50 million in accumulated debt at that point so the actual deficit cost through 2013 for auto devices is much higher. These are the facts. Anyone is free to look up the various 10k and work it out. Posting that the majority of cash was used for Aot is just flat out wrong. Qsep/STWA spent most of the money on overhead with high salaries and high dollar rent in Santa Barbara with extra facilities in Morgan hill. Not to mention the and bus load of consultants!
It’s assigned to Temple who pays the fees and it looks active. IMO It really doesn’t matter....a patent by itself doesn’t create sales or change the laws of physics. Qsep has had more than enough time to flesh out any reasonable application of any of Tao’s theories and after 20 years of trying they still can’t clear the green
Monster.
If any of Qsep claims were true they would not have abandoned the fuel injection devices and even an idiot CEO would license it out to a half dozen other companies even if they mostly sell bogus gas saving devices. At least they would get sone return after spending 40 million dollars to develop!
Nov 15 is the more important date as it’s the 10q deadline. Let’s see if they report the Q a week early at the share holders meeting. Bets? I’m sure the spiffed warehouse and Aot museum will be on full display. Come onnnnnnn in....kick the tires!!!
Another predatory journal looking for fees to publish Tao’s whacky nonsense. This ain’t fooling anyone. The days of hope and promise have become the days of praying for survival. Honestly I don’t see them squeezing much more from convertible buyers and no Corp is going to finance these guys given their record...even though Constantly reminded what bang up job management is doing. I wonder how many other public companies are held to such s low standard of success!

Tao’s viscosity patent is utility. Here is the link. If it was design it would have a D in front of the numbers.
https://patents.google.com/?q=Viscosity&q=reduction&q=crude+oil&q=magnets&oq=Viscosity+reduction+of+crude+oil+with+magnets
“Regardless I think we have at least 5-10 years until we would have to address them, and then we would simply renew them. “
Lol..patents can only be “renewed” after they expire by an act of Congress. After 20 years all exclusivity is lost and the market is free to reproduced its version of the invention without fear of litigation.
Utility patents are 20 years from the “filing “date not the issue date. The patent office doesn’t suddenly turn on the clock after you get a deal. Tao’s paper on fuel combustion and viscosity and the many patents that were filed are in early 2000’s range so I would assume they have another 8-10 years of protection. A life time to any other tech company except one that has spent 100M with nothing to show for it other than some very expensive metal sculptures! This after 20 years of throwing darts!
Investors need to ask why after a dozens years Tao’s “discovery” has not converted to ANY viable applications or products. The quantity and quality of any comparative studies speaks volumes on why industry has ignored Tao’s theories and any Qsep products based on its concepts. Especially noted is the new crop of studies from third world nations or posts of repackaged papers in predatory journals with dubious reviewers. Heck a middle school in China is listed in the latest Gavin publishing piece. Qsep must believe it can sway belief by reinserting these old studies. It won’t...nothing moves the needle except execution and that has never been in Qsep vocabulary.
Gavin publishing another pay to play academic journal that no credibility!

Patents offer limited protection. If the under lying technology if any offers no benefit to industry then it’s value or time remains is basically irrelevant. Here is what RAND concluded about magnets and fuel and oil.
“
CHAPTER FIVE
Findings and Conclusions
The RAND analysis of the magnetic treatment of fuels for the purpose of reducing automotive emissions and improving fuel economy supports the following findings and conclusions:
• The existing technical literature does not contain credible reports that the application of magnetic fields to either gasoline or diesel fuel oil will reduce the viscosities of these automotive fuels. Recent experimental work published by Tao and Xu (2006) shows that a pulsed magnetic field can reduce the viscosity of crude oil. Tao and his collaborators have extended this experimental work to examine the effect of pulsed magnetic fields on gasoline and diesel fuel. Pending peer review and publication of this newer work, it is premature to conclude that application of magnetic fields has been shown to lower the viscosity of automotive fuels. Even if this effect is subsequently established, several other factors must be addressed to establish that the application of magnetic fields can reduce emissions and improve economy.
• Establishing a theoretical basis (if any) underlying the effect of magnetic fields on fuel viscosity, surface tension, and atomization might provide useful information, in addition to empirical testing, for the development and evaluation of magnetic field-based fuel treatment devices. However, we cannot predict a priori how productive further research to establish the device’s underlying theoretical basis might prove to be.
• Sofar,thetestresultsforuseofthedeviceare,atbest,mixed.Focusingontestsofmotor- cycles after STWA redesigned the device, the test results indicate a statistically significant and desirable impact of the device on CO emissions and fuel economy relative to opera- tions without the device. Other tests indicate a change in the direction toward worsen- ing fuel economy or emissions. Moreover, there is no theoretical basis for predicting that the direction of impact on NOX emissions will fall due to the aftermarket application of magnetic fuel treatment. The motorcycle tests, in fact, showed a statistically significant increase in those emissions. (After RAND completed its work on this project, STWA informed RAND of additional tests conducted in California and completed in February 2007 on two on-road and one off-road motorcycles. These additional results may shed further light on the device’s performance potential.)
• Should further laboratory analysis and in-use testing provide clearer and more positive outcomes, the market potential for the device will depend significantly on the advances realized from other technologies and regulatory policies and on its cost-effectiveness rela-
27”
So now close to a decade later the company does not have yet one active pilot or established some reoccurring revenue stream derived from any of its 40 some patents! Fuel injection, oil viscosity reduction, joule heating etc etc...
"
It doesn't get any bigger in the oil game than Saudi Aramco. Period, full stop. Just the fact that they had their oil tested with the AOT technology is absolutely huge, and says everything you need to know; Saudi's are looking at this. What will happen if/when Saudi and other oil companies can come see AOT working on an active line real time. Another reason why this pilot we are hoping for if they get it will be a major jumping off point.”
Same promise different nation. China tried a mini version of the Aot many years ago. No dice! Iraq had contract documents translated into Arabic but again nothing came of it. There is no proof of any serious commercial interest and that will continue until Qsep has several units in the field working 24/7 and major industry cooperation and investment. That’s not happening anytime soon.
Last time I checked the wizard Tao didn’t add nanosilca to flow. Let’s get rid of all diluent in favor of this new recipe! One part injected sand then cook with electromagnetic field for 30 seconds. Hahahahah!
Pure fantasy. The movers and shakers in the oil industry are here in US. They have seen the AOT and have passed big time. Real companies don’t need to go to Saudi Arabia for business. They have enough pipeline operation domestically to do all the business they can handle. That’s the rub no sales in US means no real academic scrutiny from US based profs means no legitimacy no matter how much they pay Tao or Temple. Failure to land any real contract of even develop an ongoing strategic alliance is all the info anyone needs. All these paper are compilations of previous work and represents no studies. It’s complete BS!
Fuel saving devices are bogus. All reference to Magchgr and Elektra have been purged from the 10ks. The only mention is that they still are on the hook for hundreds of thousands of dollars they owe for the “fuel injection” licensing fees now past due with compounding interest payable to Temple.
Sounds to me like one of Tao’s fans decided to recirculate some old garbage through this publishing company posing as a scientific journal. Qsep would loose all remaining credibility if they tried to relaunch those bogus devices.
“TWST: Which of your products do you consider to have the most potential to combat climate change?
Mr. Kyte: That's a complex question, because you can also look at it in terms of how many more units could you sell, which by the mere fact of quantity in the field would have an impact. Is it quality or quantity. On a qualitative basis, we believe our ELEKTRA™ technology for diesel engines, what we call Big Rigs, 18 Wheelers, Class A Trucks, Tractor-Trailers; those are four names that represent the same vehicle, this Technology can really make an impact. This is a large market, and until recently has been largely unregulated in comparison to the gas engine market, which is really the lion's share of the emissions control market. We are really in a good position in our opinion. We actively are tracking legislation on the State and National level, and we maintain close contact with our local representatives. We believe our technology offers a solution to meet the mandates being proposed by the State and Federally. In fact we are about to get a State Senate Resolution that basically acknowledges our past and present accomplishments in our industry.
TWST: What are Save the World Air's priorities for the next four to eight quarters?
Mr. Kyte: Next year to two. Well, in the next year, we want to become profitable. We are transitioning out of R&D and into sales.”
Ahem...9 years ago Qsep took a shot and the same promises and hidden clients persist today Nine years later!
“
Cecil Bond Kyte, Chairman and CEO of Save The World Air, Inc., commented, "We have had numerous inquiries from many organizations interested in assisting us with the sales, development and distribution of ELEKTRA. We chose to work with a group that can immediately provide executive level introductions for our company. This helps STWA gain entry into doors that could otherwise take us months, if not years, to open on our own."
Kyte added, "For strategic reasons we are not naming the firm at this time, but we can say that they specialize in enhancing the competitiveness of businesses and industries on behalf of corporate, union and government clients. For almost twenty years, they have directed hundreds of projects spanning the manufacturing, transportation and distribution and mining industries. They are the right partners at the right time. Engaging this firm is a major leap forward for this company and its marketing and sales initiatives for ELEKTRA."
Hahaha.....the zombie elektra is reborn...What a convoluted chop job! It’s clearly a hybrid bunch of Tao responses and papers which amount to nothing more than Mumbo jumbo! It’s not even clear if they are talking about combustion or viscosity now sulfur reduction...maybe just strap a Mini Aot on anything that moves fuel or contains fuel and call it a day! I bet investors are now relieved that the hundreds and thousands of dollars in fuel injection licensing and
maintenance fees were well spent! Lol!!
Litigation against Qsep would be a tough road and they have covered themselves in safe harbor legalese from head to toe.
Tao’s comments on the other hand have not been so calculated and while he is not an officer of the Corp he is seen as the de facto “inventor” and has made unsubstantiated scientific claims that have painted the picture of a revolutionary scientific discovery for both fuel injected products and oil and gas pipeline operations. He has claimed in publicized presentation that his discovery has such an amazing efficacy that cars could get 15% more mpg and move thousand of barrels of oil for a few dollars of micro amps. Yeah well we sell how that is going. I also think Temple bears some responsibility as well. They have legitimized Qsep by taking their grants and licensing fees without requiring actual proof that Qsep company has products that can benefit industry. No legit licensing arm of a University would allow a company to get hundreds of thousands of dollars in debt and show zero revenue after a dozen years. Yet they happy to wait as long as they get something. Here lies the real issue. Without Temple’s rubber stamp this company could not have raised the millions of dollars it consumed. I doubt there is much legal action available but I would not be surprised if someone took a shot at it.
“Houston we have a problem”
Qsep always just about to lift off providing unlimited wealth to those lucky and loyal investors. The problem is the last two launches blew up on the pad! Boom!!
A pilot program, paid or not , successful or a failure, does not suddenly create market adoption. The lines in the sand of hopeful deployment of this or that are meaningless. Qsep is so far away from any kind of real sales it’s useless to predict what happens in 60 days as if it’s some unwritten guaranteed execution timeline is ticking down. A neophyte investors might bite on that one but no many more.
One thing for certain. Qsep and all its previous iterations of management have failed at getting any major oil and gas concern to do anything more than test AOT for a few days. The results of those test are well known as dramatic failures but it’s constantly spun as a grand slam homer! This is the problem. Company has misrepresented its products capabilities and deployment timelines for so long that not many are buying the latest promises. It’s the same pitch over and over.
“
Ehh, sorry dude. Actually they are not so tired. I know the largest controllers of QSEP stock and they are 100% not going anywhere. They support the CEO, the opportunity, and the company.
“
Lol! The “largest” controllers of the stock could barely pass the last proxy forcing them to solicit votes in favor of authorizing the latest massive dilution... so sorry if I’m not jumping up down because some penny stock mavens supports Lane. They supported Bigger,Kyte and the rest who came before. It doesn’t make a bad scientific conclusion suddenly viable or a product not ready for prime time ready for industry. Qsep is a classic example of how to operate in the shadows and extract as much water rock as possible.
The QSEP pitch is that the whole world is always in desperate need of its magic AOT but nobody is ready to fork over actual dough!
Qsep investors are tired of “reading between the lines” and extrapolating positives from the belly of this equity.
The same company promotions are repacked and pitched again. Apparently the philosophy remains: If it ain’t broke..don’t fix it! I wonder how much more cash will burn before it all stops.
“No Mr Sano you are incorrect!
He is flagging a region that is well and truly on the QSEP radar with active business activities already underway.
You can read between the lines, AOT is going to be globally disruptive to many legacy ways of the oil industry.
Mr Bigger is a significantly wealthy man, if you were right he would have moved on a long time ago, he has dug his heels in, he's here for as long as it takes.
AOT impresses industry leaders.
The Next Generation AOT is going to change the way oil moves.
And guess what, we are all happily invested up to our eye balls and still buying.
Smile it's the next generation unit coming your way
smile “
Same excuses year after year. Every new guy that steps in receives a: get out of jail free card. Each one has and continues to be heralded as the next savior of this supposed physics-defying disruptive technology that can't land a deal! The key players know this has little value. Especially since its been kicking around the pipeline markets for over a decade.
Top Ten Qsep failure excuses:
10. Contract docs being translated from English to Arabic for Iraq Basra project. ( apparently they must have been in scribed in Hieroglyphics on 100 ton sand stone blocks pulled through the sand without the invention of the wheel)
9.
"People were amazed at the energy savings when we first tested this device. They didn't initially understand the physics," said Tao.”
( did you hear hear that Tcpl engineers?)
8. New Samples are being sent to our testing facility at Temple. Great! Another 6 weeks to run a beaker full of crude through Tao’s magic testing lab!
7. Qsep’s NDA prevents the many LOI from being released. (So the NDA makes the LOI MIA lol!)
6. Aot has an 11 hour effective treatment time. (Just like an Advil!)
5. “Aot equipment may be moved to a different Kinder Morgan line however the lease is “ in suspension”. (Lease in suspension would mean a lease actually existed. Where’s the cash?)
4. Although Tcpl contract was official terminated. They still show
“ continued interest”. (No apparently doesn’t mean no!...good luck with that one in the era of me too!
3. Pick one: Kyte,Bigger, Lane will right the ship!
2. Aot also works on diesel, gasoline, condensate, blood and chocolate! ( also great at extracting cash from unsuspecting investors)
1. The chemical companies are in fear of this disruptive tech. (Always make me chuckle!)
Its clear Qsep has major obstacles ahead and a dwindling fan base.
It's absurd that every new CEO revolution is heralded as the next savior and immediately given the keys to the throne. I remember what was said about the previous CEO who was thought to be some great deal maker.
Then as he was shown the door, the next guy steps up and spins the giant wheel of opportunity!!
Whacky... Qsep has touted its pipes as ASME certified for 5 years. Whether they proof test this after they were initially built is not significant news and typically that test could be done on site without the expensive transportations costs. This is easily seen as just another in a long line of fluff jobs.
“
AOT(TM) MIDSTREAM CRUDE OIL VISCOSITY REDUCTION PRODUCT CLEARS IMPORTANT COMMERCIAL EQUIPMENT CERTIFICATION MILESTONE
SANTA BARBARA, CA -- (Marketwired) -- 04/18/13 -- STWA, Inc. (OTCBB: ZERO) ("STWA" or the "Company"), a developer of applied efficiency technology solutions for oil and fuel delivery systems in the multi-billion dollar global energy market, announced today that the Company's AOT™ Midstream has achieved ASME (American Society of Mechanical Engineers) Section VIII, Division 1 certification.
The ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code (BPVC) analyzes and tests the equipment to provide grounds for safe operating parameters, and a margin for useful service life for the product. The international code certification process analyzes the structural and manufacturing integrity of commercial equipment and is a part of the clearance process for installation of new equipment to commercial installations. Successful completion of this step is required prior to clearance from regulatory agencies to approve installation of the new equipment to customer installation sites.”
"The ASME certification process is an important milestone for our new commercial equipment," stated Mr. Cecil Bond Kyte, Chairman and CEO of STWA, Inc. "Our team and our supply chain have been working diligently to make the AOT™ Midstream into the latest 'Must Have' equipment for this important industry. Achieving successful ASME certification for the equipment is a key step towards achieving this goal."
“We have sent an AOT out for hydrotesting in anticipation of installation in the next 60 to 90 days.”
Qsep has to send static oil samples to Tao for testing (wait)and doesn’t have the equipment necessary to pressure test its own equipment in-house (wait)(wait more)
Please... it’s funny how the technology is never questioned. It’s either red tape or management or the Tcpl engineers not “understanding” what they were seeing but never Tao’s conclusion or the execution of this supposed technology. It’s always one excuse after another but they have piled up so high that the company can’t even sort out all the reason they have made for selling units. Translation to Arabic for the Basra deal...oil sample test at Temple that take months to turn around ...the list goes on and on! Never is there a mention that the concept could be ill conceived and therefore efficacy conclusions are likely be invalid. After 20 years of trying..there is little doubt.
Nor can the SEC change the laws of fluid dynamics!
Although the odds are very low, Aot best chance is to be used
as some sort of scale or precipitate reduction or water separation device which has been used by industry for many years. This of course would not require Aot to be fully deployed at 11 mile intervals in a 1000 mile pipeline and would be niche market at best! The idea that Aot would somehow reduce diluent use by some 60% is complete fantasy and highly unlikely.
“This Current Report on Form 8-K (including the exhibit hereto) will not be deemed an admission as to the materiality of any information required to be disclosed solely to satisfy the requirements of Regulation FD.
“
In other words the disclosure of the update in the recent 8k is meaningless and has no material effect on the company or its’s business prospects and is just a safe way for management to imply that there are greater things to come. Gee... I wonder where I heard that before! Nothing has changed here..the fluff continues and some investors seem to be willing to dust off the old pom poms for one more college cheer!
Same song different tune! If investors had a dollar for every time Qsep supposedly hit one of these self prescribed “milestones” then they would all be wildly rolling in dough!
Wow...another fluff job that’s morphed the story once again! Honestly not many will buy this delay factor as legitimate sorry to say. LOIs to determine scope of this or that is just nonsense and even if true not necessary to report as it not material until ink hits paper. One year to get to this point??? Hahahaha!!!!
“Johnson Fistel, LLP Announces Investigations of Aqua Metals, Inc., Ellie Mae Inc., PayPal Holdings, Inc., Xerox Corporation and OSI Systems, Inc.; Investors Encouraged to Contact Firm”
I think ANY company is potentially a target by this outfit but I’m curious to see the actual evidence of wrong doing. As reported it seems to be weak. In the US, if a company reports a material contract (8k)the terms are typically disclosed but if they do a company press release they can hide behind all types of safe harbor.
Lol!...if it was written in 2016 they could not report the operation through 2017? Here’s the paper and quote that this article was based on:
http://fractalsys.ca/wp-content/uploads/2018/02/2018-02-06-FRACTAL-SYSTEMS-CONFIRMS-ENHANCED-JETSHEAR-READY-FOR-COMMERCIAL-DEPLOYMENT-v2.pdf
“From August 2016 to August 2017, the company ran a 1,000 bbl/day demonstration plant near the town of Prevost, Alberta. Over 225,000 barrels of bitumen were partially upgraded using the company's Enhanced JetShear and Acid Reduction Process (ARP). The bitumen was sourced from an unnamed SAGD operator located south of Fort McMurray. Fractal says the demo plant was a success, and it's now ready for commercial deployment...”
A one year pilot is a legitimate test not a 36 hours fluff contest no matter what the volume. In fact Qsep the Tcpl test never ran at full capacity which is easily determine by calculating Tao’s own before and after pump power usage numbers. The condensate rig for KM didn’t even past the so called pre-acceptance clause which btw morphed from the “pre-safety startup” nonsense with no explanation!
This upgrading approach is how real legitimate companies operate. They get an ongoing small scale test for a year so they can work out all the issues that could arise in the field then after reviewing the data announce that it is commercially ready. They are a private company and have no incentive to raise public funds. Qsep has done the exact opposite!! They have said for years they are now ready for deployment even though they are only based on a few days of testing yet go out and raise as much money as they can by implying they are moments away from full scale deployment.
The major point being is that it takes years of testing in the field at scale volumes before any operator would even consider new technology and there are several other companies looking toward this “upgrading” process which makes logical sense to reduce the diluent ratios.
“For additional upgrading, the Enhanced JetShear module removes olefins from the naphtha stream using a low-pressure catalytic hydrogen polishing unit. Diluent volumes can then be reduced by up to 60%. This allows for up to 25% more bitumen to be transported in the pipeline, dramatically freeing up capacity.”
This is how pipeline operations will reduce diluent ratios. They will change the composition with cheaper processing method with these small processing units like jets shear which is in the field for months and ready to deploy. How will Qsep compete with actual players in the game with real technology?
http://www.oilsandsmagazine.com/news/2018/2/6/increasing-pipeline-capacity-without-building-new-pipelines-partial-upgrading-fractal-systems
“
And, if they get a pilot it's highly possible that the third time is the charm and they get a contract with annual recurring revenues, considering they have perfected the technology through real world tests on commercial lines with Kinder Morgan and TransCanada. “
Qsep can’t perfect anything without at minimum 6 months of running the rig day and night in all types of weather and conditions. To say simply they know how to fix the issues with only a few days of actual infield combined testing is not a sound conclusion. There is no more leapfrogging baby steps in favor of the big enchilada. Tcpl was a disaster and I’m sure management still trying to bury those results but I have no doubt news of Aots performance leaked out to other operators pros and Km could not be happy when Qsep used the KM pilot announcement as a counter force to the Tcpl termination 8k...basically a simultaneously release that’s about smarmy as it gets! I’m sure this played a role in determine how KM dealt with Qsep management after the first delivery of a shorted out Aot.
“
Trying to discount a pilot if QSEP are successful at getting one? “
“If” being the operative word and I’m happy to discount that one all day long especially if its coming from Qsep!
