So about 90 days has passed since the PR and that it considered unacceptable that nothing new about it has been press released? How long should it have taken to get this project underway to proceed correctly? Would it be considered acceptable if the share price was still hovering around the August price level in anticipation of these events happening shortly? Knowing the price has fallen and some time has passed doesn't mean they cancelled the entire project. Any investor concerned about how long it was gonna take to get this underway could have left at any time! Remember that there is no guarantee that when either the EUA or Phase 3 press releases happen, upward stock movement ISN'T guaranteed to happened! That should have been taken into consideration in August...
I read this one...
OCEANSIDE, Calif., July 23, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- via OTC PR WIRE -- Therapeutics Solutions International, Inc., (OTC Markets:TSOI) announced the appointment of Dr. Francesco Marincola to the Company's Scientific Advisory Board. Dr. Marincola is currently Chief Science Officer at Refuge Biotechnologies, Menlo Park, California. Most recently, he served as a distinguished research fellow and strategist for immune oncology discovery at AbbVie, Inc a 148 Billion Dollar Market Cap Company.
The press release about Marincola joining TSOI came out on July 23, 2018! And your post about TSOI being a hidden gem came out in August of 2021! Almost 3 years had passed and there wasn't any concern about things not moving forward as planned? So why go long and get on the bandwagon at that point? If there was no sense of urgency showing up after 3 years, wouldn't that make someone question what's really factually happening? Obviously something told you it was time to climb aboard for the ride in August...
What was the date of this? Before or after your August post? You do know Francesco Marincola works for a 70 billion dollar company! What's he doing here at TSOI? Just sight seeing? Marincola spent 23 years at the NIH (National Institute of Health)! He wasn't sweeping the floors there..
Can you show the board when Tim Dixon used the word SWIFTLY? I find it hard to believe a CEO of a slow moving biotech company would use a word like that. I don't see how the companies objectives have changed since August! Science moves at a snails past the majority of the time...
I agree completely! Patience will win in the end here! Just give it the time it needs... Biotech are not always overnight success stories...
But it is true the run to .17 and sell off back down to .03 was there for the viewing purposes prior to becoming a TSOI shareholder! Correct? Or was it overlooked? What was your reasoning for not using a stop loss after the run to .13? The stop loss could have been placed at a buy-in cost or average that would have voided any tax obligation! The companies future plans/goals have not changed since August!
Well I can ask you the same question! How did you personally come up with the conclusion that TSOI would not sell off like the previous run earlier in 2021? Was the decision based on what was written on a message board?
Around February, TSOI went up to .17 and then settled about 6 months later at .03! After last run in August that took the share price to .13, what made you come up with the conclusion that the share price was not going to sell off again?
Hey! Music is back commenting after 3 years in hiding! Tis the holiday season...
So Tim doesn't want to give up any power? Picture this scenario!
Tim Dixon and TSOI hires renowned Mr. Silva a few months back to accelerate partnership discussions for Phase 3.
Next, Tim Dixon tells Mr. Silva prior to going into any discussions with potential partners that he will be unwilling to give up any control to the potential partner who would be paying for the entire Phase 3 trial.
Next, Mr. Silva has to go out and try to sell the concept to potential partners that they get to pay millions of dollars to conduct the trials out of their own pocket and in return, when the trials are completed and approved by the FDA, the partner who financed everything gets to walk away with nothing in return?
Does that seem rational for Tim Dixon to put Mr. Silva in a position like that? More importantly, would Mr. Silva put himself in that position?
So it's mandatory for all TSOI press releases to make the stock to go up? Does that theory apply to all stocks?
I look forward to more uptrend like on Friday! Next up .04 range! .02's = NOT...
What day did you get these shares on?
How should have things at TSOI played out over the last 3 months? Was the share price supposed to stay at the August high price of .13 after a large run? Is profit taking allowed by stock traders of high risk, OTC penny stocks?
What I am record for saying is TSOI will have substantial news by the end of the year! I didn't put a mandatory share price on that news release as others have! Nobody cannot prove my statement false until the end of December has officially arrived and not before hand! Posters state it ain't happening and I am entitled to differ...
Well how long should have the funding taken to be secured and finalized?
Sure looks like a lot of strong support today! Definitely a good time to buy!
Here's a likely fact! Others think the opposite! Sub penny will never happen, Phase 3 is an upcoming reality and the EUA is an upcoming reality!
So a partnership for phase 3 trials gets released and if it doesn't put the price over .13 it will be a disappointment? So obviously, it would not be about the science in progress, it would about the share price! That's good to know...
Hey look! Someone wants 600,000 shares at .031 because they don't have faith in the CEO!
That's really just too bad! The SEC will laugh! Every investor had faith at some point to buy into the CEO and his plan regardless of whatever timeframe was needed to achieve the companies objective! The CEO would have known he would have had to give up some control prior to going into any partnership discussions! There would never be a partner willing to pay for the trials out of their own pocket just to get nothing at the very end! It's foolish to preach that Tim didn't know that from the beginning... Everyone buying at any level know what's coming in this companies future and they aren't concerned how long it takes to make it happen...
And I said "I disagree"!!! I expect substantial news by the end of the year!!! Look at all the buyers clogging the bottom here!!!
I disagree! Every investor here had the opportunity to view the sell off from .17 down to .03 earlier this year and many refused to take what happened as a learning experience! Then it happened again from .13 back down to .03 recently and many decided to watch and let it happen again to their portfolios! TSOI has never been profitable to date and any investor should have known that prior to buying in! That's where blaming management and especially the CEO for being at fault is truly laughable! If anyone can truly tell me why this can not be considered the investors fault, I would like like to hear it...
Tell us about yesterday's DROP that made TSOI close UP over 5%? Everyday?
Read exactly what it says!
"This would NOT have been something JUST written in the MOST recent and today's 10Q"
Therefore, we already know it is in today's (most recent) 10Q! Check the past 10Q's to verify if it was written in them! You're saying the company has had "recurring losses over the last couple of years"! Check past 10Q's over the last couple of years for this statement...
I was not an investor here a couple of years ago! Any guess how many other otc penny stocks state something like this in their quarterly filings? That is if other otc companies even file quarterly reports! How many years have you been invested in TSOI? If TSOI has experienced recurring losses over the past years as stated, why become a shareholder? This "recurring losses" statement would have been written in past quarterly and yearly filings! This would not have been something just written in the most recent and today's 10Q... It costs money to create a biotech company and if this company was gonna go bankrupt it would have already happened! And then you can bet Dixon would unload all his shares prior to going bankrupt knowing he doesn't take a salary! Wouldn't you? Dixon has only continued buying more stock in recent years!
There is an order, a process and a business strategy that all goes into what TSOI is trying to accomplish. Yours or any investors daily and personal sentiment of TSOI is not the companies priority! It is nothing but a personal opinion that nothing is being accomplished! Why not make a forum post directed to Tim Dixon thanking him for his lack of commitment to his business knowing he and many others on the team don't even receive a salary! Emphasize in your forum post what was mentioned here that the company has not accomplished anything and nothing is a priority! Have you ever thought about volunteering your own personal time to show TSOI management exactly how and what there doing incorrectly? This is not where anyone can say they are not qualified to do so...
Simply assume that everyone didn't decide to hold after a run and what is their price average? There are thousands of articles on the internet that talk about trading penny stocks and almost all of the mention about penny stocks have a reputation of burning investors and rarely hold gains! When smart investors understand what that means, they plan accordingly! If TSOI had two major runs in 2021, why not believe there are more major runs coming in 2022? Now the only question currently is if there is greater downside or upside from this current price level? I like the upside...
Everyone should just keep holding and then they can complain even more! The concept of protecting against greater losses should always be considered!
Ask the Venvalo Group! Wouldn't that make sense? That is, if any shareholders want to...
It sure looks like the buying today reflects the so-called "upcoming" dilution?
Tell the board how it traded red all day when it didn't go red till after 11:30? It was green for basically the whole first hour of trading! It was trading at basically Fridays closing price the last hour of trading! Look at the chart! It's been at this level for about a week so it may NOT go lower! Green Close!
I know if anyone doesn't like the TSOI situation, they don't have to be a part of it...
Up 2.34% today and some seem disappointed! More uptrend coming...
Again, and the stock closes green! I can understand that! There obviously are believers out there...
"We fully understand the value that pharma type partnerships can bring but they also bring with them a change in equity of that thing, usually in the form of first rights of refusal or bench mark things.. This was written by Tim on October 15, 2021...
Tim Dixon would have known what a pharmaceutical partnership would have wanted before hiring Mr. Silva on August 26, 2021. Tim Dixon would have known what a pharmaceutical partnership would have wanted before hiring the Venvalo Group to oversee Jadicell Phase III Clinical Trial on September 10, 2021. Ichim and Reznik work for the Venvalo Group and were compensated for their services...
So did Tim Dixon intentionally deceive Mr. Silva knowing he press released a statement saying he was hiring him to accelerate partnership discussions all while knowing he never wanted a phase 3 partnership in the first place? If that's the case, wouldn't Mr. Silva know that by now? If there is no partnership in the future, why is Silva still in discussions and employed with TSOI? If the partnership concept is over as you stated, wouldn't Silva, who is internationally renowned, prioritize his work agenda now with more important and worth while things to be doing? If there is no partnership in the future for TSOI for Phase 3, Silva would no longer be needed!
So Tim Dixon is seeking a partnership as press released all while you say he is not willing to give up any control? So Tim Dixon hired Mr. Silva a few months ago to accelerate the partnership discussions with a belief that any potential partner, who would have been financing the Phase 3, would not be entitled to any say or control of the ordeal/process? Do you really think a seasoned veteran like Mr. Silva would go out and try to sell that concept to potential partners?
Personally, I don't know about substantial news being released this year! Yes, partnership news is in the works and Ichim and Reznik both work for the Venvalo Group so being able to time anything like this would be extremely difficult. Understand that news can come at any time and it's best to be prepared! For me personally, I am not in the biotech line of work and do not really know what truly is involved in the entire EUA application process and partnership seeking. Never, ever underestimate a great possibility of TSOI moving up significantly without any news! It's happened before with this stock and many others...
