Nope wrong again...If no wifi the store owner has other options that we can go over...All cloud based machines take a wifi signal but if the store was to have WIFI go down and it was me I would have a hot spot back up and I am sure that many do have a backup plan for that as much of business today depends on WIFI not just us...But then again I dont see any mention of ATM or other devices that need WIFI to verify one identity before they make a transaction.

I never did as again it is a twist on words of what I said to a caller who ask me about seed to sale software and how it works, what I said is we would need to know what software was being used so we can do the API to interface it but the machines are well capable of being interfaced with seed to sale...Ask our competitor what they use and if they can even do the interface with the many different companies?
They like us are only in a location that they are doing a test program with...Ask um if that machine was sold to that location or was put there to do a partner program?As far as Canada goes....well we will see as competition is good for us as it keeps us on our toes
No what I said was it depends on what seed to sale platform you are using as to how long it would be before we could deliver your machine.
We can interface with the different seed to sale programs but need to know what one you would want to use to give the person who called me a delivery time.
There are many seed to sale programs out there so no one machine does them all off the shelf.
The machines do work and can be set up for different seed to sale programs.
That is a corporate question sorry outside my roundhouse.

The interface of the vein reader and system is confident info as you can imagine.
I feel that after working with fingerprint bios that can give false readings due to dirt and oils or that one cuts their finger and the print changes, or that maybe someone can mold or duplicate a fingerprint, that vein bio is the best way to go.
And retna bio, well who wants to put their eye up to something?
Face bios is improving but still angels of light and where camera is placed have an effect on that.
Vein bio is a secure and non invasive way to do it.
The data is keep safe as that is a major concern of everyone and including ourselves.
Yes the system requires internet and but a different model act in a stand alone fashion but that would be a different system then the vein verified.
The major advantages over zazzz are we have lowered parts cost such as touch screens and use of off the shelf components over VE boards that were pripriotary to their system.
Also the VE system was not as good of a bio-metrics interface as was desired.
The VE system interfaced with just one manufacture and we wanted to interface with more to add features and benefits to our lineup
What mag reader are you speaking of as it was replaced by the vein reader.
The webcam will be used for different applications that may use video and a way to communicate with customers at the machine, it is currently being used to depict what age you are and gender to make suggestions of products.
That is a crystal ball question.
I would say that you should ask a dispensary operator what they belive would be the average sales of certain products.
The system is a great marketing tool as well as a responsible item to their business plan but the revenue per month is not something I can answer.

I can assure you it is my top priority to make sure we have a system that does what dispensaries as well as other industries want.
The zazzz machine was built on the VE platform and this new system is a better platform.
I for one do not want American Green to fail and I for one am doing everything I can to make sure it does not as far as systems are concerned.
Now I am not saying I am no team player and do not have interest in other aspects of the business plan, just I only know the machine side so that is all I can comment on.
I know people are upset, I get it and I also know that American Green heard
the comments and did bring in new additions to assist in getting those issues resolved.
I am not hiding nor dodging questions, I am here to work with people who are interested in the systems we offer.

This is now funny that it is even suggested that CNET would put out a video that was a known not working machine.

Lost key is really not the point here as the machine is working fine and will be stocked and back selling soon.
Blowing up this issue about a lost key is really silly and not the point at all.
The point is the machine system works as we have said it does and it is moving forward.
This may not be the system for everyone and if you choose not to use it that is your decision but I can assure you it does what we say it does.
No there are videos of the machine working as CNet did one as well as one from the NAMA show was posted some time back.
Anyone that buys a system and you will see that it works just as we say.
I would say this is just an attempt to put out false rumors about the new system.
You can check with Hempful farms and Chris will be happy to verify the system is working fine.

I am sure Cnet would not be showing the video if we did not do a demo for them and they saw it working and did what we say.
I think you are making up things that are not real.
Maybe you should learn how the system works 1st and then see what is needed to support it.
There are many techs out there that work on machines that we can call upon, just like coke has independent repair people in different cities to work on their fountain and machines.
We can handle our job and our partners in Canada can handle theirs so customers will be in good hands.

Thank you for your concerns and if you ever become a customer I am sure you will see we do take care of customers right away.
I can assure you that if this was a customers machine, 1st of all they would probable call locksmith themselves as they lost the key and that would not be a warranty issue.
So if this was a customer and it was a warranty issue that would be a different story but it is company store and we will get it handled but thank you for your concern.
The tobacco industry did more sales out of vending machines then stores back in the day and since they had no way to id sales from vending machines the machines became a thing in the back of the bar.
With id verification it opens up an entire new market and gives an old market back...But keep in mind these are not vending machines, they are complete systems that can do much more then what you think of as a vending machine.
They are working and we are making improvements to our higher end system.
We have different levels of options.
Just because we are adding options and features by no means that our base system is not working
