Is this the "rumor on the street" or a fact? When did TPAC do the BOEING presentation we have been waiting to see? TIA
Yes, TPAC NEWS about any of the following are possible:
BOEING
AVIC
COMAC
PROJEN
INTERNATIONAL DISTRIBUTOR
FINANCE TERM SHEET
ACQUISITIONS
POs
Yes, the possibility is there. BOEING has requested more info on TPAC's capability and capacity, hence, the briefing that TPAC is preparing. It was 90% done last week, and albeit late, TPAC wants it perfect.

@bruczybill @AlexSin21092190 Very good. Lots of detail. Someone else has the lead and is doing a great job. It's about 90% complete.

Working on a presentation requested by Boeing re capacity & capabilities for BQMS & orders. Once done I will post it to the TPAC website
BOEING projects a worldwide demand for 38,050 new airplanes over the next 20 years, with Southeast Asian carriers needing more than nine percent of the total global demand during the period.
WOW! How many bearings will be needed for 38K Planes? TPAC needs to finalize a long-term relationship with BOEING to become a main supplier of NAVAIR-approved Self-lubricating Spherical Bearings (made in China with US materials). My understanding is that offsets will save BOEING money as they cut costs (but not quality).

BOEING in Space ($4.2B Contract)....more and more need for Aerospace bearings and need for TPAC to solidify a long-term relationship with BOEING.

BOEING has a new market for selling planes and will need more bearings. Good timing for TPAC's BOEING presentation!

BOEING sells $1.3B in 737s to China's Okay Airways. More and more need for TPAC NAVAIR-approved bearings.

I think something good is going on behind the scenes with the new Director (Wenig) given his marketing background. McKay pretty much stated this (without stating his name) regarding the BOEING presentation. Wenig will probably also be involved in any developments regarding PROJEN given his automotive background.
I think we'll start getting more updates soon regarding BOEING, AVIC and PROJEN. McKay has done a lot of additional legwork over the past few months with all he trips to China and the initial meeting with BOEING in early January.
2016 looks to be the year TPAC fully transitions from developmental stage to a revenue-producing company.
I also think the BUYBACK is pivotal for the PPS to rise and to finally deal with last years share issuance (to deal with the convertible debt). My understanding is that the BUYBACK will get the FLOAT back to about 1B shares (currently 1.9B).
That is my current view (subject to change).
That is because it is not definitive yet. TPAC still has a pending major presentation to BOEING prior to confirming what that will lead to. TPAC also needs to confirm what they are doing with AVIC in terms of acquisitions and partnerships which is projected to help AVIC in its' relationship with BOEING. We are still waiting for the financing term sheet related to possible acquisitions. Lastly, TPAC has not yet named the International Aerospace Distributor.
As the outcome of these events get announced the PPS should reflect the outcome. Also, as the BUYBACK continues the PPS should rise.
All in all, looks to me like the PPS is headed to 008 and then 01+ in the not too distant future.
008s by the end of FEB and 08s by summer?
TPAC is clearly working on a long-term relationship with BOEING and AVIC in light of the strong Boeing-China connection as noted in this article:
http://www.boeing.com/resources/boeingdotcom/company/key_orgs/boeing-international/pdf/chinabackgrounder.pdf
Are we ready for 008s yet?
Spaceships need bearings too...TPAC may need to reach out to Virgin Galactic for future business...

TPAC's Marketing Expert is probably Jason Wenig who was recently added to the BOD:
Excerpts from PR on 1/7/16:
In addition to his leadership in the automotive field, Mr. Wenig brings over 15 years of marketing experience, having served in various management roles in large advertising agencies and an internet startup company prior to starting The Creative Workshop.
"I look forward to bringing my strategic planning and marketing experience, and my extensive contacts in the automotive field to TPAC, and immediately contributing in a meaningful way.”
Just waiting for the BOEING Briefing to be delivered to BOEING and posted on the TPAC Website for shareholders to view.
After that, looking forward to more AVIC updates, financing term sheet, and another announcement of more BUYBACK.
If all this happens in the coming days/weeks TPAC will be clearly on the path to success and silence some, but not all, doubters.
No problem. I'm thinking TPAC can save Boeing some costs by building the bearings in China.
Nice summary of the numbers behind TPAC's future!
BOEING needs to cut costs and I think TPAC may be able to help....perhaps this is part of the briefing TPAC is working on for BOEING.

TPAC pending information needed to determine the way forward and the prospects for 2016:
1. 10K
2. BOEING Briefing
3. Name of International Aerospace Distributor
4. AVIC Partnership and/or JV Status
5. HK Bank Financing Term Sheet for Acquisitions
6. Name of Australian Marketing Company
7. Existing PO Completion and Delivery Date
8. New PO Prospects and Status
9. PROJEN Meeting Date Confirmation
TPAC has indicated that an "in-depth" update is coming soon so I anticipate it will address most if not all of the above.
Great thanks. Just saw that....TPAC working hard for shareholders to develop a long-term relationship with BOEING.

@AlexSin21092190 We are still working on the Boeing presentation and finishing up the 10-K
Great Idea! Do you anticipate and "in-depth" update on the deals soon?
Perhaps LIFAN/PROJEN is why TPAC has a new Director tied to the automotive industry.....

We're very happy to add Jason Wenig to our board. His knowledge of the automotive industry & capital markets will be a great benefit to TPAC
Perhaps the BOEING Briefing has been submitted by TPAC!
TPAC = NAVAIR-Approved Supplier to BOEING, AVIC and possibly LOCKHEED and NORTHRUP
Pure speculation pending an update from TPAC, but below are 2 links to bearing companies in Australia and China. I know that TPAC was working on a JV with Harbin in 2014 and has now signed with an Australian Marketing Company.
FWIW, below are the links of interest:

http://www.hrbchina.com/
I don't think they finished the 1.8B planned BUYBACK yet. My understanding is that it is ongoing and that 1.8B is the target but they may do more.
$8-10 Billion in planes that will need bearings in the coming years. Either LOCKHEED, BOEING or NORTHRUP will win this contract and TPAC is a potential supplier to all 3 Aerospace giants.
http://news.yahoo.com/lockheed-offer-t-50a-race-u-air-force-154340113--sector.html
Looks like the TPAC love has been dampened a bit with this recent OS filing.
Is it time to sell and move on or do we still have an EPIC 2016 in the making?
Will we see the BOEING briefing posted on the website this week?
Will we learn the name of the International Aerospace Distributor?
Will we learn the name of any of the acquisition targets?
Will we learn the details of the financing term sheet?
Will we get an update on the BUYBACK status?
Will we learn of any additional POs?
TPAC, BOEING and AVIC shall have an enduring relationship based on all the hard work for the past several years.....

This gives us a huge opportunity. It also allows us the opportunity to assist AVIC with Boeing & help grow the AVIC/TPAC relationship.
TPAC is working on a BOEING briefing to make this a fruitful relationship in 2016......

TPAC Bearings ?@TPACbearings Jan 5
TPAC has just been approved as a Boeing Supplier. We're anxious to develop a fruitful relationship with Boeing as part of our 2016 strategy
This has been approved and we are just waiting for the name of this distributor......

We are also working on an approval with a major international aerospace distributor and will work to obtain other OEM approvals as well.
TPAC also has maritime products to market in China and Australia.......

We've a product to improve ship maintenance & ops. We will present this to Chinese & Aussie defense & civilian groups. Low cost/high volume
More BOEING exposure in Asia (Singapore)....as you may recall TPAC is developing a long-term relationship with BOEING and has also signed a marketing deal with an Australian company.

TPAC Bearings ?@TPACbearings 31 Dec 2015
Happy to say we just signed a marketing deal with an Australian company. They'll market our products in Australia, SE Asia & Middle East.
So it looks like TPAC has $100 Million revenue capacity out of their current facility and a capability to produce bearings for all BOEING commercial aircraft and most military aircraft.
If this is the case, then I would expect this info to be in the BOEING briefing later this week.
This could lead to an EPIC 2016 for TPAC.
Patience is key. TPAC only got final NAVAIR approval in September 2014 and then worked on debt issues in mid-2015(converting debt) which led to the increased AS/OS/FLOAT.
Now TPAC is working on a BUYBACK/RETIRMENT plan to bring FLOAT back down to about 1B (currently 1.9B) and developing a long-term supply chain relationship with BOEING and AVIC.
2016 looks to be both a PIVOTAL and an EPIC year for TPAC.
BUY now under $.01 or later over $.01. It is your choice.
We also got NEWS on Jan 7th regarding the new Director....
However, I do agree that NEWS is due regarding the name of the International Aerospace Distributor and the term sheet for Acquisition financing likely related to the AVIC group. Once this information is made public we are off to the races.
In addition, looks like BOEING is requiring more information in the form of a presentation, and there are now pending meetings with the PROJEN automotive folks in China. These events should also tell us more about the bright future of TPAC.
I think it is clear that TPAC is on the cusp of great things in 2016, but we have been told to be patient. Being "patient" will be difficult, especially for those who think everything started 5 years ago. I'll remind folks that the NAVAIR approval just got finalized in 2014.
I
It is a simple equation....TPAC = Supplier to BOEING and AVIC in 2016. Get TPAC shares now under $.01 or later over $.01.
An EPIC 2016 is in the making for TPAC!
