Duh. In 2014 they did NOT have a working CLIA certified lab billing millions of dollars per week/month JUST for lab testing services. Welcome to 2020!

Watching a machine turned on making noise does not justify a single thing.
Thank you so much for sharing this. It was nice of Arrayit to help out and I hope the little guy gets some relief...
Good to know that they're still busy, busy, busy!
:)
What a fine and dandy gift to yourself! Merry Christmas and congrats on meeting your 500K-plus goal!
:))
Laughable comment and, as you know, completely UNTRUE.
You are wrong and you know it.
And it's absurdly, not absurdidly.
If "many" think Arrayit is a scam, then they should do just a wee bit of homework and their fears would immediately disappear. Or, better yet, pay a visit and watch the action in their certified CLIA lab.
You are so right. Boo hoo. "Mark doesn't care." So many comments are really boring and absurd.
No one cares
Brilliant comment, as usual.
Why would you suggest that? It has NOTHING to do with Arrayit and never will. Everyone knows that ARYC is NO scam, even you.
If they had sold any of their shares, you would have seen a Form 4. Period. They are not the deviates you continue trying to portray and they have not broken any laws.
Way too funny.
:)
Hi Mike. I am thinking along those lines as well - re-emerging with a clean slate.
"SEC regulations require that annual reports to stockholders contain certified financial statements and other specific items. The certified financial statement must include a TWO-YEAR audited balance sheet and a THREE-YEAR audited statement of income and cash flows."
Maybe THAT option was presented to Mark at the last minute...hence the debacle on 4/1/19.
Things happen, circumstances change, and I do believe Mark and Rene have a plan that will ultimately benefit all shareholders, one of which is a potential buyout which would bring a very high premium for shareholders, or who knows what...they're running a very busy and GROWING CLIA lab now, something that is relatively new, PLUS they have so many other things going for them.
:))
The audits were completed through 2018 and pretty much up to date for Q1 2019. That I believe. We do not know what happened or what further documentation was needed for the reports not to be FILED at the end of March as promised--all shareholders felt that slap in the face.
The subsequent 8K regarding resignation says that RRBB did not ISSUE any audit reports. That doesn't mean the audits were not up to date, or at least close; it means no audit reports were ISSUED. It does not mean they do not exist.
:))
Arrayit has been business for 25+ years, but did not become a public company until 3/19/09 via reverse merger.
It is clear as a bell what was checked off on the Form 15 that was filed, and since no replacement or amendment has been filed, then your guy must be mistaken. People make mistakes.
I think he was mistaken. The form filed did not terminate registration; it terminated reporting obligations. Wow, this was a very nice day for ARYC!
That's a mere $14.42 million per week or $2.88 million per work day. I vote that we just do it! We are very speedy you know. :))
The digital report gets to the doctor 24-48 hours after receipt of the blood card specimen. Other methods from other labs that require a blood draw, take 2-3 weeks for the results to become available.
No they did NOT terminate registration with the SEC.
Are there actually people who are thinking the segment was fake?
Say it ain't so.
:)
Who cares? It's not worth talking about. It happened and it was great. Period. And give it some time.
Laugh all you want. It was GRRREAT! Hope you can feel the warm HUG from Dr. Schena on this cold and rainy day.
Of course. Too bad they don't FEEL this big FAT HUG Dr. Schena has given to all of us!
:))
What?? Oh give me a break. He said: "We have run MILLIONS of individual allergy tests." Those are sales! Also, "In GREATER THAN 99% of patients who report symptoms, we've been able to PINPOINT the cause of the allergy or asthma." Oh, and he said the tests are "covered by group insurers as well as Medicaid and Medicare."
He was NOT awkward or hesitant in any way whatsoever. During a live interview, people should be able to take a breath without being accused of being "awkward" or "stuttering." And he did not say anything at all about productions runs.
Maybe you should listen again.
Wrong, wrong, wrong (again). The segment ran 14 hours ago.

I wonder if he is downplaying the relationship with Arrayit, since the company refers to Arrayit at least a few times in its patent, and refers to Arrayit's website as well. I mean, they are using the microarray technology pioneered by Dr. Schena, aren't they? Why did Mark say that "Spiriplex is one of our allergy marketing partners?"
Hmmmmm. Thanks for sharing though.
Nope.
Is hair sample allergy testing accurate?
"There's no evidence that this can help diagnose a food allergy. In addition, hair samples don't contain IgE. Keep in mind that food allergies can be serious. It's best to make sure you get an accurate diagnosis from a doctor to avoid potentially life-threatening reactions."
Arrayit's proprietary technology measures quantiative levels of IgE contained in BLOOD, not hair! That's why it works.
Slow and steady wins the race.
W-O-W. Nice find SD!
"Inventory is a large part of the auditing process for companies with physical goods. Inventory is a substantial portion of total assets for many companies. In addition, there are many complex accounting issues surrounding the topic of inventory valuation."
You're welcome.
It adds up just fine if you are using the right calculator.
Those tweets WERE LEGITIMATE. The audits were progressing and, in fact, close to completion.
"It's our policy to not discuss, but you are so special, let's discuss," said the auditor to Mr. Joe Nobody.
Dan Brown would have lost his job and RRBB would have lost their customers. The email is stupid and should be removed as a sticky. It's an insult to anyone with half a brain.
Yes sir, and if Arrayit ever reaches the market value of $9 billion that the fake Theranos with their fake CEO and fake testing abilities achieved, then we could be looking at $7.50 - $8.00 share. Not kidding!
:))
FAQ from DXAllergy: What lab does the testing? How long have they been in business?
The lab is Arrayit located in Sunnyvale, California. They have been in business since 1993 and are the pioneers of Microarray blood processing.

Thank you so much, Sloan, for visiting and sharing and confirming what most of us already know--that, despite all the talk by the prophets of doom, the company is alive and well and working hard to achieve its goals. Your post caused me to dig up Rene's Letter to Shareholders, and I am posting what she said about 2019:
"For 2019, Arrayit Corporation sets some ambitious goals, most particularly for finger-stick allergy and lifestyle wellness testing. We will continue regular proficiency testing as we pursue additional laboratory accreditation for even greater access to reimbursement. We will continue to add hundreds of new clinics and doctors to the Patient Data Solutions portal. We will extend promotions with top retailers and add allergy sales professionals. We will solidify reference laboratory relationships with various government agencies. We will explore expansion into testing markets abroad. We will make new hires and refine our future business and financial objectives, including potential up listing.
Arrayit Corporation will continue its mission to bring the advantages of microarray technology to health care. We welcome ARYC shareholders to schedule a visit to Arrayit’s headquarters for a VIP Tour, and we look forward to meeting you.
Best regards,
Rene Schena
Chief Executive Officer Arrayit Corporation"
