imo what matters for traders most is it won't be effective until 13 months from now. and which assets would be most affected remains to be seen, but defi platforms, DEXes, and NFTs are likely to get hit hardest.

the basis of this law is to provide transarency about all transactions of $10K or more and violators would face felonies.

maybe a token like CVC (civicoin) will fill the KYC (know your customer) gap. or some other tech like them.

this "passport" allows a customer to take their digital ID with them wherever they go, which means you don't have to share your sensitive info with some fly-by-night defi exchange.

and those handling your money would have your KYC info attached to (more likely embedded in) each transaction but be unable to read it themselves. a pretty solid system imo.

since you asked on the FEG board, i don't own MAGA coin yet. i'm a bit shocked it dropped so hard to .00378 after hitting .02312 on 11-4-21, just a few days ago.

i hadn't noticed that yet, but i do see a lot of "noise" in the ETH charts that BSC doesn't have.

spreads are all over the place with ETH. lots of lower wicks on candles, too.

FEG is stair-stepping higher, while SHIB is sort of tracing a pennant, because it ran up so quickly.

both are looking healthy imo.

don't forget -- crypto is a totally different animal from OTC stocks. it's very common to retrace (lose) an entire move before heading higher.

crypto fights like a champ on every rally, then gets KO'd with a jab on the way down. lol

there are so many new tokens being created every minute and hour of every day. i don't see how it's sustainable.

and the average investor is chasing hype, they wouldn't know a quality crypto from a total scam.

but if FEG token delivers on their promises, and can get some media exposure in this messed up market, we'll do fine.

so far it looks to me like the burn mechanisms they touted are slowly soaking up this giant circulation.
